Abstract

本发明公开了一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)涂胶、热压:将基材上均匀涂10级环氧树脂胶,然后铺一层钛白纸,进行热压,热压温度为190~200℃,压力为3MPa,热压时间为20s;(2)砂光;(3)热压:在刷光后的基材上铺一张数码打印纸,然后再铺一层透明表层纸后进行热压后得成品,其中,热压温度为70~120℃,压力为10~14MPa,热压时间为40~70min。该制备方法工艺操作简单,生产效率高,不会对环境造成污染;数码打印纸的大小可根据人们的需求来设定,不受制备工艺中设备及环境的影响,应用范围广泛还可降低成本。

一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于人造板的深加工领域,具体涉及一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们对装饰纸业的要求也越来越高,因此以饰面纸与人造板作为原材料,生产加工各种饰面板材的市场正在不断扩大,其生产工艺是将饰面纸直接贴在人造板的表面,使他们紧密的接触,然后再在其表面涂刷一层面漆,但面漆的大量使用使得饰面板在使用中易产生有害气体,不利于环保,同时还增加了成本。随着生产的改进,将饰面纸进行浸胶处理后再与人造板压制成一体,不需要涂刷面漆,明显降低了对环境的污染,但此生产工艺对纸张大小有一定的要求,不适合定制饰面板的生产,若用此工艺来制作定制数码打印饰面板,会极大的浪费纸张和胶水,整个工艺会造成能源的极大浪费,大大提高了成本,不适合工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足之处而提供的一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,该制备方法简单可行,成本低,对环境不会造成二次污染,可将任意大小的数码打印纸用于生产,在成本低,效率高的前提下生产出优质的产品,满足人们的需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)涂胶、热压:将基材上均匀涂10级环氧树脂胶,然后铺一层钛白纸,进行热压,热压温度为190~200℃,压力为3MPa,热压时间为20s;
(2)砂光:对热压后的基材进行砂光打磨,砂光打磨后,基材表面无凸凹,基材四边板厚度误差小于0.15mm;
(3)热压:在刷光后的基材上铺一张数码打印纸,然后再铺一层透明表层纸后进行热压后得数码打印饰面板,其中,热压温度为70~120℃,压力为10~14MPa,热压时间为40~70min。
进一步地,步骤(1)中基材上胶量为80~85g/m2
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述的基材厚度为2.7~16mm。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述的基材是刨花板、中纤板和多层旋切板中的任一种或几种。
一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,具有以下几种有益效果:
(1)将基材经过胶处理,再采用适宜的热压温度和时间,然后再覆盖上数码打印纸,经过适宜的热压温度和时间,可将数码打印纸覆在上面,再经过适宜的热压温度和时间后得到成品,此制备工艺操作简单,生产效率高,并且不需要涂刷面漆,不会对环境造成污染。
(2)此制备过程中的数码打印纸的大小可人为控制,根据人们的需求来设定,不受制备工艺中设备及环境的影响,应用范围广泛还可降低成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)涂胶、热压:以中纤板作为基材,在规格为1.22mm×2.44mm,厚度为2.7mm中纤板上均匀涂10级环氧树脂胶250g,然后铺一层钛白纸,进行热压,热压温度为190~200℃,压力为3MPa,热压时间为20s;
(2)砂光:对热压后的中纤板进行砂光打磨,砂光打磨后,中纤板表面无凸凹,中纤板四边板厚度误差小于0.15mm;
(3)热压:在刷光后的刨花板上铺一张数码打印纸,然后再铺一层透明表层纸后进行热压后得数码打印饰面板,其中,热压温度为70℃,压力为10MPa,热压时间为70min。
实施例2
一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)涂胶、热压:以刨花板作为基材,在规格为1.22mm×2.44mm,厚度为16mm刨花板上均匀涂10级环氧树脂胶250g,然后铺一层钛白纸,进行热压,热压温度为190~200℃,压力为3MPa,热压时间为20s;
(2)砂光:对热压后的刨花板进行砂光打磨,砂光打磨后,刨花板表面无凸凹,刨花板四边板厚度误差小于0.15mm;
(3)热压:在刷光后的刨花板上铺一张数码打印纸,然后再铺一层透明表层纸后进行热压后得数码打印饰面板,其中,热压温度为100℃,压力为12MPa,热压时间为60min。
实施例3
一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)涂胶、热压:以多层旋切板作为基材,在规格为1.22mm×2.44mm,厚度为14mm多层旋切板上均匀涂10级环氧树脂胶250g,然后铺一层钛白纸,进行热压,热压温度为190~200℃,压力为3MPa,热压时间为20s;
(2)砂光:对热压后的多层旋切板进行砂光打磨,砂光打磨后,多层旋切板表面无凸凹,多层旋切板四边板厚度误差小于0.15mm;
(3)热压:在刷光后的多层旋切板上铺一张数码打印纸,然后再铺一层透明表层纸后进行热压后得数码打印饰面板,其中,热压温度为120℃,压力为14MPa,热压时间为40min。

1.一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)涂胶、热压:将基材上均匀涂10级环氧树脂胶,然后铺一层钛白纸,进行热压,热压温度为190~200℃,压力为3MPa,热压时间为20s;
(2)砂光:对热压后的基材进行砂光打磨;
(3)热压:在刷光后的基材上铺一张数码打印纸,然后再铺一层透明表层纸后进行热压后得数码打印饰面板,其中,热压温度为70~120℃,压力为10~14MPa,热压时间为40~70min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中基材上胶量为80~85g/m2
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的基材厚度为2.7~16mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种数码打印饰面板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的基材是刨花板、中纤板和多层旋切板中的任一种或几种。
