Abstract

本发明公开了一种单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯类富锌涂料及其制备方法,该涂料由无机硅酸鈉、锌粉、助剂等组成。在制备涂料过程中,通过加入单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯,使聚合物与金属锌粉之间形成桥键,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力。制备工艺简单,操作性好且制备的涂料流动性能好、机械强度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种富锌防腐涂料及其制备方法,特别涉及一种添加钛酸酯偶联剂的富锌涂料,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
在金属材料中,钢铁的使用最为广泛,2014年全球粗钢产量达到16.62亿吨,同比增长1.2%,其中中国粗钢产量达到8.23亿吨。但是钢铁使用时容易腐蚀,腐蚀时,在金属的界面上发生了化学或电化学多相反应,使金属转入氧化(离子)状态。这会显著降低钢铁材料的强度、韧性等力学性能,破坏金属构件的几何形状,缩短设备的使用寿命,甚至造成火灾、爆炸等灾难性事故。人们通过各种方式来延缓钢铁的腐蚀速度,如改进基材、选用防腐蚀材料、增加金属镀层、添加缓蚀剂等。通过向纯金属中添加其他物质来抑制或者阻止钢铁的腐蚀缺点在于与原来的材料相比,其物理性能往往会有所缺失,或者由于合金的成本而导致成本增加。因此最常用的防腐方式就是给需要保护的金属外加一个有耐受能力的表面涂层。涂料是钢结构防腐的重要途径之一,而富锌底漆是防腐涂料中应用最广泛的基础品种之一。富锌涂料中含有大量锌粉,锌粒子之间、锌粒子与钢铁表面之间紧密接触,锌的电位比铁更负,所以在电解质溶液中锌原子容易失去电子变成阳极,铁则为阴极。在阳极区锌由于失去电子而被腐蚀掉,在阴极区钢铁表面不断得到电子,从而得到保护。当涂膜上有部位损伤后,露出基体金属,在较小的面积内腐蚀电流能流向钢铁露出部分,则锌的产物就沉积在此处形成一层保护膜,延缓腐蚀继续发生。
富锌涂料分为有机富锌油漆和无机富锌涂料,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌涂料的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌涂料又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌涂料是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。水性无机富锌涂料由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但同时由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉与无机硅酸盐较难融合,与底材着附力低。
单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯偶联剂可与聚合物及金属锌粉之间形成桥键,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力。同时对涂料具有较好的分散、防沉、改善加工流动性、提高涂料的机械强度的效果。本发明通过在制备富锌涂料过程中,添加单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯偶联剂,制备出一种高性能的富锌涂料。
发明内容
本发明公开一种单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯类富锌涂料的制备方法,该涂料所含组分的质量百分比为:
硅酸鈉    10%-20%;
超细锌粉     50%-70% ;
硅丙乳液    15%-30%;
单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯     3%-6% ;
稀磷酸   2-10%。
一种单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯类富锌涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴   取适量硅酸鈉溶液倒入一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热;
⑵   当加热到一定温度后,将一定量的硅丙乳液缓慢添加到容器中,并不停的搅拌;
⑶   停止加热,再往容器中添加适量的单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯,高速搅拌;
⑷   加入锌粉,不停地搅拌;
⑸   最后添加适量的稀磷酸,即得一种含有单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯的富锌涂料。
优先地,在步骤⑵ 中,加热温度为60-70℃。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴  该涂料制备工艺简单,操作性好;
⑵   涂料流动性好、机械强度高。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
取一容器,将400g硅酸鈉溶液加入到容器中,缓慢加热,温度达到60℃后,再缓慢往容器中滴加400g硅丙乳液,并用搅拌机不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,将体系温度降至室温,再往容器中加入60g单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入1000g超细锌粉,最后添加140g稀磷酸,即得一种含有单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯的富锌涂料。
实施例二:
取一容器,将300g硅酸鈉溶液加入到容器中,缓慢加热,温度达到65℃后,再缓慢往容器中滴加300g硅丙乳液,并用搅拌机不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,将体系温度降至室温,再往容器中加入120g单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入1200g超细锌粉,最后添加80g稀磷酸,即得一种含有单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯的富锌涂料。
实施例三:
取一容器,将400g硅酸鈉溶液加入到容器中,缓慢加热,温度达到70℃后,再缓慢往容器中滴加600g硅丙乳液,并用搅拌机不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,将体系温度降至室温,再往容器中加入120g单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入2800g超细锌粉,最后添加80g稀磷酸,即得一种含有单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯的富锌涂料。

Claims (2)

1.一种单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯类富锌涂料的制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴   取适量硅酸鈉溶液倒入一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热;
⑵   当加热到一定温度后,将一定量的硅丙乳液缓慢添加到容器中,并不停的搅拌;
⑶   停止加热,再往容器中添加适量的单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯,高速搅拌;
⑷   加入锌粉,不停地搅拌;
⑸   最后添加适量的稀磷酸,即得一种含有单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯的富锌涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯类富锌涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,该富锌涂料组分含量的质量百分比为:硅酸鈉10%-20%,超细锌粉50%-70% ,硅丙乳液15%-30%,单烷氧基磷酸酯型钛酸酯3%-6% ,稀磷酸2-10%。
