Abstract

攀山轨道车的驱动导向一体胶轮的设计方法,公开了一种驱动和导向整合到一体的驱动胶轮的设计方法,该方法解决了驱动和导向分体设计带来的重量增加构造繁杂的缺点,以简约的构造较轻的重量满足了导向和驱动两方面的功能要求,并且能够拐急弯,爬陡坡。是攀山轨道车的应用首选。

 游览设备和山地轨道运输领域。
背景技术
现有的轨道车车轮,没有胶轮,是钢制轮,不能够爬大坡,不能够拐较急的弯。本驱动导向一体轮轮体驱动部分为胶轮,导向部分为钢制导向轮边或导向盘,导向轮边或导向盘边沿部分较薄,心部较厚,形成锥度,利于导向拐急弯。一个轮子上可以有一个或两个导向轮边或导向盘。
发明内容
解决的问题:导向和驱动轮分离导致的总体结构复杂重量增加,以及爬陡坡、拐急弯困难的问题。
解决问题的方法:其构造由导向轮边或导向盘和驱动胶轮组成。本驱动导向一体胶轮的设计方法,其设计构造由驱动胶轮部分和在轮体的侧面立起的圆盘状导向轮边或导向盘组成。驱动胶轮用于驱动车辆攀爬,适宜于爬陡坡提高摩擦力,侧面的盘状导向轮边或导向盘,用于在行进过程同时实现导向,使车辆按照轨道前进方向前进。从而避免了驱动轮和导向轮单一的构造和功能,从结构上集成了两者的功能,从而从总体上简化了构造,减轻了重量。导向轮边或者导向盘与驱动胶轮之间是一体的或者是分体的。
 导向轮边或为单边或者双边的设计方法。使单边或双边的导向轮边,挡在轨道边上,在车辆运行过程中,起到导向的作用。
 攀山轨道车的驱动导向一体胶轮,轮边或导向盘的边沿设计较薄,和轮边或导向盘的心部形成锥度。此设计方法使轮子有利于拐急弯,不咬轨,使车辆平稳行进。
 有益效果:导向轮和驱动轮整合到一体,减轻了总体重量,简化了构造,可以攀爬陡坡,拐急弯,适合于山地轨道运输车用驱动。

  具体实施方式:驱动导向一体胶轮,由驱动胶轮(1),驱动胶轮轮毂(2)、导向轮边或导向盘(3)组成,在驱动状态下,由驱动胶轮(1)与轨道接触,因为驱动胶轮(1)与钢轨的摩擦力较大,适宜于攀爬较为陡的坡道,导向轮边或导向盘(3)卡在钢轨边上,起到导向不出轨的作用,导向轮边或导向盘(3)的锥度,有利于在拐较急的弯时,不会与轨道卡住,使车辆平稳前进。

3. 根据权利要求1所述的攀山轨道车的驱动导向一体胶轮的设计方法,其特征为导向轮边或导向盘的边沿较薄,和导向轮边或导向盘的心部形成锥度的设计方法。
