本发明提供一种簇绒基布的制作方法,其包括将高分子量聚乙烯纤维在抗静电剂中浸泡之后将其中三分之二切断成的短纤维,并将短纤维混入剩余的三分之一高分子量聚乙烯纤维中,并经过水刺法制成非织造布形成第一基布层;采用纱罗组织织造第一PET单丝形成中衬材料,并将中衬材料粘接在涤纶平纹布上,所述中衬在所述涤纶平纹底布上形成网状容纳空间,每个所述容纳空间内填充有芳香颗粒,之后在中衬材料上表面刷一层环氧树脂,然后将表布铺覆在中衬材料上烘干定型,取出冷却到室温形成第二基布层;第三基布层通过第二粘接剂粘接在所述第二基布层上,所述第三基布层为第二PET单丝采用凹凸组织织成的凸条结构。本发明工艺简单,制作的簇绒基布结实耐磨。

Description

一种簇绒基布的制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于地毯制作领域,特别涉及一种簇绒基布的制作方法。
背景技术
地毯是以羊毛、棉、麻或化学合成纤维材料,经过手工或机制而成的铺地材料。广泛应用于宾馆、酒店、家居、学校、会客厅、飞机等多种场所,具有灭菌、防潮、隔热、减少噪声美化室内环境等多种功能。随着社会经济建设的快速发展,人们生活质量的提高,地毯已成为人们生活中不可或缺的产品。因此,对于地毯中重要的组成部分基布的要求也越来越高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种簇绒基布的制作方法,其包括:
首先将高分子量聚乙烯纤维在抗静电剂中浸泡10-20min,之后将其中三分之二切断成20-50mm的短纤维,并将短纤维混入剩余的三分之一高分子量聚乙烯纤维中,并经过水刺法制成非织造布形成第一基布层,这样高分子量聚乙烯纤维避免了静电干扰,可以制成高质量的非织造布;
采用纱罗组织织造第一PET单丝形成中衬材料,并将中衬材料粘接在涤纶平纹布上,所述中衬在所述涤纶平纹底布上形成网状容纳空间,每个所述容纳空间内填充有芳香颗粒,每个所述容纳空间内填充有芳香颗粒,芳香颗粒可以保持室内空气清新,之后在中衬材料上表面刷一层环氧树脂,然后将表布铺覆在中衬材料上,放到温度为60-110℃的烘箱中烘干定型5-8min,取出冷却到室温形成第二基布层;
第三基布层通过第二粘接剂粘接在所述第二基布层上,所述第三基布层为第二PET单丝采用凹凸组织织成的凸条结构,凸条结构可以起到按摩的作用,同时也可以避免打滑。
优选的是,所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述非织造布的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
优选的是,所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述第一粘接剂为环氧树脂,所述第二粘接剂为不饱和树脂。
优选的是,所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述中衬中采用直径为0.22mm的PET单丝作为地经,采用直径为0.30mm的PET单丝作为绞经,采用直径为0.20mm的PET单丝作为纬纱。
优选的是,所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述凹凸组织为横向凸条组织,经纱采用直径为0.38mm的PET单丝,纬纱采用直径为0.25mm的PET单丝。
优选的是,所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述第一层基布的下表面还涂覆有一层橡胶垫。
优选的是,所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述橡胶垫的下表面还涂覆有一层拒水涂层。

采用纱罗组织织造第一PET单丝形成中衬材料,并将中衬材料粘接在涤纶平纹布上,所述中衬在所述涤纶平纹底布上形成网状容纳空间,每个所述容纳空间内填充有芳香颗粒,之后在中衬材料上表面刷一层环氧树脂,然后将表布铺覆在中衬材料上,放到温度为60-110℃的烘箱中烘干定型5-8min,取出冷却到室温形成第二基布层;
第三基布层通过第二粘接剂粘接在所述第二基布层上,所述第三基布层为第二PET单丝采用凹凸组织织成的凸条结构。
所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述非织造布的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述第一粘接剂为环氧树脂,所述第二粘接剂为不饱和树脂。
所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述中衬中采用直径为0.22mm的PET单丝作为地经,采用直径为0.30mm的PET单丝作为绞经,采用直径为0.20mm的PET单丝作为纬纱。
所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述凹凸组织为横向凸条组织,经纱采用直径为0.38mm的PET单丝,纬纱采用直径为0.25mm的PET单丝。
所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述第一层基布的下表面还涂覆有一层橡胶垫。
所述的簇绒基布的制作方法中,所述橡胶垫的下表面还涂覆有一层拒水涂层。

Claims (7)

1.一种簇绒基布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
首先将高分子量聚乙烯纤维在抗静电剂中浸泡10-20min,之后将其中三分之二切断成20-50mm的短纤维,并将短纤维混入剩余的三分之一高分子量聚乙烯纤维中,并经过水刺法制成非织造布形成第一基布层;
采用纱罗组织织造第一PET单丝形成中衬材料,并将中衬材料粘接在涤纶平纹布上,所述中衬在所述涤纶平纹底布上形成网状容纳空间,每个所述容纳空间内填充有芳香颗粒,之后在中衬材料上表面刷一层环氧树脂,然后将表布铺覆在中衬材料上,放到温度为60-110℃的烘箱中烘干定型5-8min,取出冷却到室温形成第二基布层;
第三基布层通过粘接剂粘接在所述第二基布层上,所述第三基布层为第二PET单丝采用凹凸组织织成的凸条结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的簇绒基布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述非织造布的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的簇绒基布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为不饱和树脂。
