Abstract

本发明提供一种新型注塑成型机,包括加料装置、气缸、喷嘴、成型模具、脱模机构,其特征在于还包括搅拌桨、加热装置、电机、止返流阀、移动轮、支架、推进控制器、冷却装置,所述加热装置包括加热棒和保温层,所述加料装置包括加料斗、搅拌桨、推进器和传送筒,所述加料斗和传送筒外侧安装有保温层,所述保温层内安装有加热棒,本发明还增加了支架和移动轮,便于本发明的放置和移动,在移动时减轻了工作人员的工作强度。本发明的推进器还连接有推进控制器,推进控制器可以控制推进器的运行和停止,避免注入原料过多或过少,确保模具的质量。

技术领域
     本发明涉及注塑领域,尤其涉及一种新型注塑成型机。 
背景技术
    注塑成型机是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备。现今的注塑成型机在加料斗一般都设有加热装置,便于浇注到模具中,但是加热设备在加热的同时也会有热量散失,不停的加热则会浪费大量资源,现今的注塑成型机一般是通过推进器将原料注入模具中但是因为加热不均与,会导致原料溶解不充分,不便于浇注。 
发明内容
根据以上技术问题,本发明提供一种新型注塑成型机,包括加料装置、气缸、喷嘴、成型模具、脱模机构,其特征在于还包括搅拌桨、加热装置、电机、止返流阀、移动轮、支架、推进控制器、冷却装置,所述加热装置包括加热棒和保温层,所述加料装置包括加料斗、搅拌桨、推进器和传送筒,所述加料斗和传送筒外侧安装有保温层,所述保温层内安装有加热棒,所述加料斗内侧安装有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨和电机连接,所述加料斗下侧连接有传送筒,所述传送筒内安装有推进器,所述推进器和气缸连接,所述气缸下侧连接有推进控制器,所述传送筒下侧为喷嘴,所述喷嘴和成型模具连接,所述成型模具下侧连接有冷却装置,所述成型模具和脱模机构连接,所述脱模机构和传送筒下侧为支架,所述支架下侧安装有移动轮,所述推进器和推进控制器连接。 
所述推进控制器设有开启和暂停按钮。 
所述冷却装置内设有水循环系统。 
本发明的有益效果为:本发明改变了加热方式,通过加热棒和保温层进行加热保温,提高了加热质量,因为在保温层内加热,避免了在加热时热量的流失,减少了加热时间,节约了资源;本发明在加料斗内安装了搅拌桨,可以使加料斗内的原料在加热的同时也进行搅拌,便于后期成型。本发明还增加了止返流阀,可以阻止原料回流,有利于模具成型。本发明还增加了支架和移动轮,便于本发明的放置和移动,在移动时减轻了工作人员的工作强度。本发明的推进器还连接有推进控制器,推进控制器可以控制推进器的运行和停止,避免注入原料过多或过少,确保模具的质量。

 本发明为一种新型注塑成型机,包括加料装置、气缸5、喷嘴6、成型模具7、脱模机构8,其特征在于还包括搅拌桨2、加热装置9、电机10、止返流阀11、移动轮12、支架13、推进控制器14、冷却装置,加热装置9包括加热棒15和保温层16,加料装置包括加料斗1、搅拌桨2、推进器3和传送筒4,加料斗1和传送筒4外侧安装有保温层16,保温层16内安装有加热棒15,加料斗1内侧安装有搅拌桨2,搅拌桨2和电机10连接,加料斗1下侧连接有传送筒4,所述传送筒4内安装有推进器3,推进器3和气缸5连接,传送筒4下侧为喷嘴6,喷嘴6和成型模具7连接,成型模具7下侧连接有冷却装置,成型模具7和脱模机构8连接,脱模机构8和传送筒4下侧为支架13,支架13下侧安装有移动轮12,推进器3和推进控制器14连接。

1.一种新型注塑成型机,包括加料装置、气缸、喷嘴、成型模具、脱模机构,其特征在于还包括搅拌桨、加热装置、电机、止返流阀、移动轮、支架、推进控制器、冷却装置,所述加热装置包括加热棒和保温层,所述加料装置包括加料斗、搅拌桨、推进器和传送筒,所述加料斗和传送筒外侧安装有保温层,所述保温层内安装有加热棒,所述加料斗内侧安装有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨和电机连接,所述加料斗下侧连接有传送筒,所述传送筒内安装有推进器,所述推进器和气缸连接,所述气缸下侧连接有推进控制器,所述传送筒下侧为喷嘴,所述喷嘴和成型模具连接,所述成型模具下侧连接有冷却装置,所述成型模具和脱模机构连接,所述脱模机构和传送筒下侧为支架,所述支架下侧安装有移动轮,所述推进器和推进控制器连接。 
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑成型机,其特征在于所述推进控制器设有开启和暂停按钮。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑成型机,其特征在于所述冷却装置内设有水循环系统。
