本发明涉及一种挤压机模头结构,包括模头本体,模头本体上开设有圆环形的内窄外宽的模孔,模孔的开口处安装有带有挤出孔的模板,靠近模孔的模头本体内开设有热媒流道,模板背面安装有控制模头压力的压力传感器。本发明的有益效果是:通过压力传感器,确保模头每一个模孔的出料量和出料速度完全一样,物料喷出后在切粒机水室的冷却效果才能相同,防止因模孔出料量小而被过度冷却造成碎屑增加。

本发明涉及一种挤压机模头结构。
背景技术
当物料进入模头后如果压力不足,模头上部物料被挤出的速度就比下部慢,条形也比下部细。被切粒水冷却后更硬,切刀切粒时产生的碎屑量将增大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:基于上述问题,本发明提供一种挤压机模头结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的一个技术方案是:一种挤压机模头结构,包括模头本体,模头本体上开设有圆环形的内窄外宽的模孔,模孔的开口处安装有带有挤出孔的模板,靠近模孔的模头本体内开设有热媒流道,模板背面安装有控制模头压力的压力传感器。
本发明的有益效果是:通过压力传感器,确保模头每一个模孔的出料量和出料速度完全一样,物料喷出后在切粒机水室的冷却效果才能相同,防止因模孔出料量小而被过度冷却造成碎屑增加。

现在结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。
如图1所示的一种挤压机模头结构,包括模头本体1,模头本体1上开设有圆环形的内窄外宽的模孔2,模孔2的开口处安装有带有挤出孔的模板3,靠近模孔2的模头本体1内开设有热媒流道4,模板3背面安装有控制模头压力的压力传感器5。
挤压切粒时,通过控制热媒流道内热媒的温度和流速,从而使得模孔内的物料保持熔融状态。同时,通过压力传感器,感知流通中物料的压力,从而保证模头压力在10~15MPa之间,确保模头每一个模孔的出料量和出料速度完全一样,物料喷出后在切粒机水室的冷却效果才能相同,防止因模孔出料量小而被过度冷却造成碎屑增加。
