技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷机械。
背景技术
工业生产过程中，纸张湿度大小严重切纸机的送料状况，太湿或太干都会出现断张断纸的现象，影响整体裁切品质，普通切纸设备输送结构简单，卷筒纸转化为平整式是直接过导棍轴承后进行裁切，无监控措施的把控，遇到不良状况时容易影响资源的大批浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种切纸机的防潮监控装置。
本发明是这样实现的。一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，包括一个传送滚筒架体，架体下端第一滚动主轴上设置湿度检测模块，检测数据传至中控装置，中控装置根据左中右三点的湿度指数进行分析对比，控制除湿装置进行滚动式去湿，架体第三滚轴上设置终端感应模块，运行速度与原有切纸机体一致。
一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，架体右侧设置显示装置与中控装置连接。
一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，设置提示装置，提示方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，除湿装置安装于第二滚动轴下部，与滚轴同频率转动。
一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，终端感应模块呈左中右分布模式均衡检测与显示装置连接。
上述一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，增加结构简单，对不合格纸张进行针对性除湿确保纸张裁切过程的成品质量，智能操作简捷，实行全面监控，有效解决原有纸张湿度不合格的问题。

1.一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，其特征在于包括一个传送滚筒架体(1)，架体(1)下端第一滚动主轴上设置湿度检测模块(2)，检测数据传至中控装置(3)，中控装置(3)根据左中右三点的湿度指数进行分析对比，控制除湿装置(4)进行滚动式去湿，架体(1)第三滚轴上设置终端感应模块(5)，运行速度与原有切纸机体一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，其特征在于架体(1)右侧设置显示装置(6)与中控装置(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，其特征在于设置提示装置(7)，提示方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种切纸机的防潮监控装置，其特征在于除湿装置(4)安装于第二滚动轴下部，与滚轴同频率转动。
