[0003] 大型罐体由于长时间放置,在其表面会出现锈斑等现象。如果不及时清理和防护,松散多孔的锈斑在潮湿的环境中吸水,会加快氧化腐蚀速度,这样以来不但造成材料的浪费,而且降低了大型罐体的质量,影响后期的使用。
[0004] 大型罐体制备后,如若表面的毛刺、锈斑、氧化皮、焊渣等附着物没有得到有效的清理,涂覆的防护漆在较短的时间内将会脱落,然后金属材料将暴露于空气中,在后期使用过程中,容易锈蚀,影响其内在质量和美观度。
[0005] 大型罐体体身一般由板料卷制而成,端部部分爆炸整形或者冲压成形,最终采用焊接工艺将其连接在一起。采用这种方法制备的大型罐体,由多种原因产生应力集中。如果采用热处理消除应力,成本较高,工艺复杂,而且大型罐体的内在质量也将受到一定的影响。如果采用自然时效的方法消除应力,周期太长,影响及时使用,而且在自然时效的过程中,大型罐体的表面还需要一定的防护,增加了成本。
[0006] 大型罐体制备后,若存在毛刺、锈斑、氧化皮、焊渣等附着物,较为传统的方法是采用酸洗和人工打磨。酸洗能有效清理大型罐体表面的毛刺、锈斑和氧化皮,但是污染环境,工人的工作环境恶劣,而且大型罐体的表面有一定程度的腐蚀,影响内在的质量;人工打磨,虽然清理效果较好,但需要搭建脚手架,费时费力,工人的工作环境极为恶劣,不但有粉尘而且还有嘈杂的噪声污染,严重威胁工人的健康,况且效率低下,人工费用较高,工艺不经济。
发明内容
[0007] 本发明的目的在于提供一种高效的大型罐体抛丸清理装置,主要用于解决大型罐体表面毛刺、锈斑、氧化皮、焊渣等附着物清理效率低下、大型罐体成形焊接工艺过程中的应力集中和表面质量较低等问题。
[0008] 本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:大型罐体抛丸清理装置,其结构包括抛丸器、抛丸室、集丸池、螺旋输送器、工作台车和连接口 ;所述的工作台车包括钢轮、钢轨、底盘、电机、排链、动力辊、连接轴、横轴和防护罩;所述的连接口包括丸料分离连接口和除尘抽风连接口 ;所述的抛丸室下侧设置有集丸池、集丸池的下侧设置有螺旋输送器,螺旋输送器的一端设置有丸料分离连接口,抛丸室的正上侧设置有除尘抽风连接口,抛丸室左上侧和右上侧分别设置2个抛丸器,从同一视向观察,位于抛丸室不同侧的抛丸器工作时的旋转方向相反;集丸池的上侧设置有横梁;所述的底盘左右两侧设置有电机、支架、动力辊、连接轴,防护罩在电机、支架、动力辊和连接轴的上侧,底盘的下侧设置有3根横轴,横轴的两侧安装有钢轮,钢轮与钢轨直接接触,横轴与底盘下侧的电机以排链相连,电机提供动力,驱动工作台车在钢轨上缓慢行驶;工作台车的左右两侧各有六个动力辊,每三个动力辊由一个电机驱动,大型罐体与动力辊之间的摩擦力驱动大型罐体绕自己的轴线做旋转运动;为了满足不同尺寸大型罐体的要求,防止丸料落入动力辊和大型罐体之间,防护罩的大小可以更换,且保证防护罩与大型罐体之间的距离在2mm之内。工作台车承载大型罐体,将其运送到抛丸室内且缓慢行走,抛丸器发射的高速弹丸对缓慢行走且旋转的大型罐体进行抛打,从而完成抛丸清理作业。
[0009] 本发明的有益效果是:1.除尘抽风连接口的设计,为营造抛丸室内的负压环境做了准备,减少了粉尘的外泄,改善了工人的工作环境。2.设置4个抛丸器,增加了有效的抛打面积,有利于较大尺寸罐体的清理作业且工作效率较高。3.集丸池和螺旋输送器的设计,为丸料的分离和再次利用做了准备,节约了资源,减少了丸料的浪费。4.大型罐体在工作台车的作用下缓慢行驶,而且在行驶的同时由摩擦力提供的动力绕自己的轴线做旋转运动,减小了人力,也减轻了工人的劳动强度。5.该装置两侧抛丸器的抛打辐射角大于180度,工作效率较高,清理效果较好,能有效的的去除大型罐体表面的毛刺、锈斑、氧化皮、焊渣等附着物和消除划痕;表面质量得到了很大的改善,大型罐体呈基体本色;表面的组织结构也得到了改善,消除了大型罐体的应力集中,且在大型罐体表面形成一层致密的硬化层,提高了大型罐体的抗疲劳强度和耐腐蚀性能;经抛打处理的大型罐体,清除了表面污物,表面出现微小凹坑,提高了涂覆材料的依着力,也有利于大型罐体的表面防护和延寿。

具体实施方式
[0015] 下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,其中示意性实施方式及说明仅用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
[0016] 如图1至图4所示,大型罐体抛丸清理装置,其结构包括抛丸器5、抛丸室3、集丸池4、螺旋输送器2、工作台车和连接口 ;所述的工作台车包括钢轮16、钢轨6、底盘15、电机18、排链17、动力辊10、连接轴11、横轴21和防护罩12 ;所述的连接口包括丸料分离连接口 I和除尘抽风连接口 7 ;所述的抛丸室3下侧设置有集丸池4、集丸池4下侧设置有螺旋输送器2,螺旋输送器2的一端设置有丸料分离连接口 1,抛丸室的正上侧设置有除尘抽风连接口 7,抛丸室3左上侧和右上侧分别设置2个抛丸器5,从同一视向观察,位于抛丸室3不同侧的抛丸器5工作时的旋转方向相反;集丸池4的上侧设置有横梁14 ;所述的底盘15左右两侧设置有电机8、支架20、动力辊1、连接轴11,防护罩12在电机8、支架20、动力辊10和连接轴11的上侧,底盘15的下侧设置有3根横轴21,横轴21的两侧安装有钢轮16,钢轮16与钢轨6直接接触,横轴21与底盘15下侧的电机18以排链17相连,由电机18提供动力,驱动工作台车在钢轨6上缓慢行驶;工作台车的左右两侧各有六个动力辊10,每三个动力辊10由一个电机8驱动,大型罐体13与动力辊10之间的摩擦力驱动大型罐体13绕自己的轴线做旋转运动;为了满足不同尺寸大型罐体13的要求,防止丸料落入动力辊10与大型罐体13之间,防护罩12的大小可以更换,且保证防护罩12与大型罐体13之间的距离在2mm之内。
[0017] 在抛丸清理作业前,先根据大型罐体13的外径,更换合适的防护罩12,调整抛丸器5的抛射范围,调试好上述设备。将大型罐体13放置在工作台车上,依次启动工作台车、螺旋输送器2、除尘抽风设备和抛丸器5,大型罐体13在工作台车的承载驱动下,沿钢轨6缓慢行驶,同时大型罐体13依靠动力辊10与大型罐体13之间的摩擦力,绕其自己的轴线做旋转运动,这时抛丸器5发射的高速弹丸对其抛打,在抛打大型罐体13的过程中,产生的粉尘经除尘抽风连接口 7连接的其他设备排出,抛射的弹丸在抛丸室3内壁的阻碍作用下,散落于集丸池4内,螺旋输送器2将集丸池4内的弹丸输送到丸料分离连接口 I处,经其他设备分离再次进入抛打作业。大型罐体13就是在上述过程中完成抛丸清理作业。
[0018] 通过以上所述的实施例,大型罐体13表面的毛刺、锈斑、氧化皮、焊渣等附着物得到了有效的清理,划痕也得到消除;表面质量得到了很大的改善,大型罐体13呈基体本色;表面的组织结构也得到了改善,消除大型罐体13的应力集中,且在板料表面形成一层致密的硬化层,提高了大型罐体13的抗疲劳强度和耐腐蚀性能;经抛打处理的大型罐体13,不但清除了表面的附着物,而且还在表面上出现微小凹坑,提高了涂覆材料的依着力,有利于大型罐体13的表面防护和延寿。

Claims (4)
1.大型罐体抛丸清理装置,其特征在于:包括抛丸器、抛丸室、集丸池、螺旋输送器、工作台车和连接口 ;所述的工作台车包括钢轮、钢轨、底盘、电机、排链、动力辊、连接轴、横轴和防护罩;所述连接口包括丸料分离连接口和除尘抽风连接口 ;所述的抛丸室下侧设置有集丸池、集丸池的下侧设置有螺旋输送器,螺旋输送器的一端设置有丸料分离连接口,抛丸室的正上侧设置有除尘抽风连接口,抛丸室左上侧和右上侧分别设置2个抛丸器;集丸池的上侧设置有横梁;所述的底盘左右两侧设置有电机、支架、动力辊、连接轴,防护罩在电机、支架、动力辊和连接轴的上侧,底盘的下侧设置有横轴,横轴的两侧安装有钢轮,横轴与底盘下侧的电机以排链相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型罐体抛丸清理装置,其特征在于:工作台车的左右两侧各有六个动力辊,每三个动力辊由一个电机驱动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大型罐体抛丸清理装置,其特征在于:防护罩的大小可以更换,且保证防护罩与大型罐体之间的距离在2mm之内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大型罐体抛丸清理装置,其特征在于:从同一视向观察,位于抛丸室不同侧的抛丸器工作时的旋转方向相反。
