Abstract

[0002] 随着机械制造技术的迅猛发展,大批量生产金属结构件的技术得到广泛普及,同时对金属结构件的表面处理要求越来越高,特别是必须将金属结构件产品表面的锈蚀、氧化皮等杂质清除干净,以增加金属结构件表面对防腐介质的附着力度。喷丸设备和工艺是对金属结构件表面进行处理的重要技术,目前的喷丸设备存在一定的缺陷,单一喷头,采用普通石英砂,人工喷丸效率低,效果差。丸料不能自动回收,需要人工收料和翻晒,劳动强度大;无除尘装置,粉尘大,工作环境恶劣,对人身健康危害较大。鉴于现有的喷丸技术存在的缺陷,有必要对现有的喷丸技术进行改进,以达到更有效地去除金属结构件表面的杂质,提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,改善工作环境的目的。

1.一种金属结构表面喷丸设备,它包括喷丸室(I)和喷枪(9),其特征在于:喷丸室(I)的两个内侧壁的上部分别安装有龙门导轨(3),两侧壁的龙门导轨(3)平行且等高,龙门梁架(2)由两侧的立柱(6)和顶部的横梁(5)组成,龙门梁架(2)的横梁(5)的两端有滚轮(4)分别与龙门导轨(3)相配合,在龙门梁架(2)的横梁(5)和立柱(6)上分别安装有喷枪(9),喷丸室(I)的底部设置有一组平行的导轨(13),在导轨(13)上设置有与其配合的台车(14),喷丸室(I)的底部安装有喷枪(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属结构表面喷丸设备,其特征在于:所述龙门梁架(2)的横梁(5 )上表面固定有气缸(7 ),横梁(5 )的下方安装有活动板(8 ),气缸(7 )与活动板(8 )相连接,喷枪(9 )安装在活动板(8 )上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金属结构表面喷丸设备,其特征在于:所述龙门梁架(2)的立柱(6)上固定有侧气缸(10),立柱(6)上安装有侧活动板(11),侧气缸(10)与侧活动板(11)相连接,喷枪(9 )安装在侧活动板(11)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的金属结构表面喷丸设备,其特征在于:所述龙门梁架(2)的横梁(5)和立柱(6)上安装的喷枪(9)分别与控制喷枪摆动的气动推杆(12)相连接,喷枪(9)的一端与活动板(8)或侧活动板(11)铰接,喷枪(9)的另一端与气动推杆(12)的一端相连接,气动推杆(12)的另一端与龙门梁架(2)的横梁(5)或立柱(6)铰接。
