Abstract

本发明公开了一种异形铝杯及其生产方法,该异形铝杯从下至上依次包括杯底、凹形杯身、凸形杯身和凹形杯口,在凹形杯口处设有卷边,且上述各部分为一体结构。本发明既能满足产品造型的多样化需要,又能将产品的外观印刷设计完整的保留,确保了产品的吸引力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种异形铝杯及其生产方法
背景技术
目前,市场上普通的铝杯外形单一,都是拉伸加工直筒的圆柱形或锥形(上口大,下口小),或旋压而成的喇叭形,在日益丰富的生活需求前面都各有不足。直筒型的外观造型简单,只能维持底部和口部相同直径;锥形的铝杯与直筒型的类似,但底部直径会小于口部的直径,杯身仍旧维持直型;直型和锥形与旋压加工的喇叭口型的杯子唯一的优点在于杯身的印刷造型可以任意设计和选择,因为是直面而不受印刷工艺的局限而旋压加工的喇叭口型杯子,造型上能基本符合底部小,口部大的杯子形状,但也有明显不足:1、杯身表面的再加工受表面曲线的影响不能做整体印刷,只能局限于在较小范围内做局部的印刷等小面积加工;2、由于旋压加工工艺的限制,经旋压加工的杯子在底部向口部的加工延伸过程中,成品直径一直在加大,不能加工出中间凹形的款式或中间鼓杯口缩的杯型。即杯子不同部位的直径从底部到口部是逐渐放大,不可逆向由大而小。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种造型多样化,且能将产品的外观印刷设计完全保留的异形铝杯及其生产方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种异形铝杯,从下至上依次包括圆柱形的杯底、凹形杯身、凸形杯身和凹形杯口,在凹形杯口处设有卷边;所述杯底、凹形杯身、凸形杯身、凹形杯口和卷边为一体结构,凸形杯身的直径为杯底直径的1.5倍以下。收缩后的凹形杯身的直径不小于杯底直径的70%。
上述异形铝杯的生产方法如下:
a、制作直筒铝杯坯的步骤:
b、将铝杯坯底上方进行收缩,形成凹形杯身的步骤:
c、将内凹的凹形杯身的上半部扩大,使扩大部分的直径超过杯底的底径,形成凸形杯身的步骤;
d、将凸形杯身的上端开口处进行缩口并卷边,再形成内收口的步骤;
步骤a包括:用冷挤压的方法将铝饼加工成直筒铝杯坯,并用内涂机对铝杯坯内壁喷上防护涂层,再用至多有九种颜色的多色印刷机对铝杯坯外壁进行印刷。
步骤b通过缩口机械将铝杯坯的杯底上方进行收缩,收缩后的凹形杯身的直径不小于杯底直径的70%,如果小于70%可能会导致外部装饰印刷的破裂,脱落。内涂层遭到损伤,甚至破坏杯身的物理结构,造成损伤。
步骤c通过扩口机械将已经缩小的杯身的上半部扩大,扩大后的凸形杯身的直径在杯底直径的1.5倍以下。同样,如果超过1.5 倍会导致外部装饰印刷的破裂,脱落。内涂层遭到损伤,甚至破坏杯身的物理结构,造成损伤。
步骤d通过缩口机械将扩大后的杯身再进行收缩,再用冲压方式将收缩后的杯口进行卷边。
在b、c、d三个步骤中,每个步骤中的杯身直径的形变量均在3mm以内,以确保机械加工前已经完成的防护内涂以及外部装饰印刷不会受到影响,并防止由于形变量过大对杯身造成不可修复的损伤。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.用铝杯来装液体,比塑料杯更环保,比玻璃更坚固轻便,表面印刷更美观。
2.下凹和上凸的S形杯形设计,且杯身外观印刷设计完整的保留,确保了产品的吸引力,增加了产品附加值,减少了被仿冒的几率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的异形铝杯,从下至上依次包括圆柱形的杯底、凹形杯身、凸形杯身和凹形杯口,在凹形杯口处设有卷边;所述杯底、凹形杯身、凸形杯身、凹形杯口和卷边为一体结构,凸形杯身的直径为杯底直径的1.5倍以下。收缩后的凹形杯身的直径不小于杯底直径的70%。
上述异形铝杯的生产方法如下:
a、制作直筒铝杯坯的步骤(如图2所示);
b、将铝杯坯底上方进行收缩,形成凹形杯身的步骤,形成凹形杯身(如图3所示),收缩后的凹形杯身的直径不小于杯底直径的70%;
c、将内凹的凹形杯身的上半部扩大,使扩大部分的直径超过杯底的底径,形成凸形杯身(如图4所示),扩大后的凸形杯身的最大直径在杯底直径的1.5倍以下;
d、通过缩口机械将扩大后的杯身再进行收缩,再用冲压方式将收缩后的杯口进行卷边,再形成内收口(如图5所示)。
其中,步骤a包括:用冷挤压的方法将铝饼加工成直筒铝杯坯,并用内涂机对铝杯坯内壁喷上防护涂层,再用至多有九色颜色的多色印刷机对铝杯坯外壁进行印刷。
而且在以上的加工过程中,杯身直径缩小以及直径扩大的变化中,通过连续多次的柔性缩口和柔性扩口,每次的形变量均控制在3mm以内,确保机械加工前已经完成的防护内涂以及外部装饰印刷不会受到损伤,并防止形变量过大可能对杯身造成表面和内部结晶结构的损伤。
上述依据本发明为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种异形铝杯,从下至上依次包括圆柱形的杯底、凹形杯身、凸形杯身和凹形杯口,在凹形杯口处设有卷边;所述杯底、凹形杯身、凸形杯身、凹形杯口和卷边为一体结构,其特征在于:凸形杯身的直径为杯底直径的1.5倍以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异形铝杯,其特征在于:凹形杯身的直径不小于杯底直径的70%。
3.一种异形铝杯的生产方法,其特征在于包括:
a、制作直筒铝杯坯的步骤;
b、将铝杯坯的杯底上方进行收缩,形成凹形杯身的步骤;
c、将内凹的凹形杯身的上半部扩大,使扩大部分的直径超过杯底的底径,形成凸形杯身的步骤;
d、将凸形杯身的上端开口处进行缩口并卷边,形成内收口的步骤;其中,步骤c通过扩口机械将内凹的凹形杯身的上半部扩大,扩大后形成的凸形杯身的直径在杯底直径的1.5倍以下。
4.根据权利要求3所述的异形铝杯的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤a包括:用冷挤压的方法将铝饼加工成直筒铝杯坯,并用内涂机对铝杯坯内壁喷上防护涂层,再用至多有九种颜色的多色印刷机对铝杯坯外壁进行印刷。
5.根据权利要求3所述的异形铝杯的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤b通过缩口机械将铝杯坯的杯底上方进行收缩,收缩后形成的凹形杯身的直径不小于杯底直径的70%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的异形铝杯的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤d通过缩口机械将凸形杯身的上端开口处进行收缩,再用冲压方式将收缩后的杯口进行卷边。
7.根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的异形铝杯的生产方法,其特征在于:在b、c、d三个步骤中,每个步骤中的杯身直径的形变量均在3mm以内。
