本技术属节能、低碳、高端装备领域,应用于各种泵、釜、透平压缩机等需要密封的机器设备上。
背景技术
现在设备上普遍使用的有:填料密封、机械密封、泥状密封等,泥状密封是新兴技术,其密封好、能耗小,它主要是在密封腔内加入密封泥,密封泥两头有挡环,密封腔开有密封泥加注接口,密封泥有一定预压,当设备运转时密封泥起密封作用,随着设备的运转,密封泥磨损、流失,密封介质开始泄漏,这时用加注抢通过密封泥加注接口补注密封泥,密封介质又不漏了。
 这种密封需要特别关注密封介质泄露,隔段时间,密封介质再次泄漏,又得再次加注密封泥,加注频率较高,这样就导致维护成本高,工作量大。
  为了改进泥状密封维护成本高,工作量大的问题,本发明提供了一种能使密封介质较长时间不漏、加注频率较低、维护成本低、工作量小的泥状密封装置。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是:密封腔里头有内挡环,内挡环外是密封泥,密封泥外是外挡环,密封泥上部开有加注接口,外挡环外有推环,推环外有弹簧,弹簧外是端盖。
 本发明由于加装了弹簧,当设备运转密封泥磨损、流失时,弹簧会自动补尚密封泥磨损、流失失去的压力,这样就大大延长了设备密封时间,减少了密封泥加注工作量。

 具体实施方式 
       图中密封腔里头是密封泥3内挡环1,内挡环1外是密封泥3,密封泥3外是外挡环5,密封泥3上开有加注接口4,外挡环5外是推环6,推环6外是弹簧7,弹簧7外是端盖8,密封轴有轴套2。设备通过加注接口4加注预压密封泥3,弹簧7压缩,随着设备的运转,密封泥3磨损、流失,内压减小,将造成密封介质泄漏,此时弹簧7伸张释放压力,密封泥3内压得以补尚,使密封泥3内压保持基本不变,密封介质也就不会泄漏。
