一种生态植物环保墙面涂料,其按重量百分比由植物藤胶水20-40%、高岭土20-40%、丙烯酸酯乳液20-30%、精炼桐油5-8%、分散剂0.3-0.5%、润湿剂0.2-0.4%、消泡剂0.1-0.2%及钛白粉5-10%组成,各组分之和为100%;上述植物藤胶水为猕猴桃藤胶水,是将新鲜猕猴桃藤压碎后浸泡于水中得到。本发明的涂料产品由于采用了猕猴桃藤胶水,生产出的涂料经久耐用,不分化,并具有原生态环保保健功能、极佳的耐污染性、耐候性、极强附着力及防水性。

生态植物环保墙面涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及墙面涂料领域,具体涉及一种以植物藤(猕猴桃藤)提取的胶水为主要原料生产的无毒、环保、原生态墙面涂料。
背景技术
    涂料行业墙面漆传统上大多由合成乳液或树脂为基料,以水为分散介质,加入颜料、填料和助剂,经一定工艺过程制成。随着人们生活水平的提高,市面上出现了形形色色的具环保概念的墙面涂料,但是,均达不到现代生活的真正环保要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种利用植物藤(猕猴桃藤)提取的天然胶体生产的纯天然的生态植物环保墙面涂料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种生态植物环保墙面涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料按重量百分比由植物藤胶水20-40%、高岭土20-40%、丙烯酸酯乳液20-30%、精炼桐油5-8%、分散剂0.3-0.5%、润湿剂0.2-0.4%、消泡剂0.1-0.2%及钛白粉5-10%组成,各组分之和为100%;
上述植物藤胶水为猕猴桃藤胶水,是以新鲜猕猴桃藤为原料,将猕猴桃藤压碎后,按1kg猕猴桃藤粉加入4-7.5kg水的比例,将猕猴桃藤粉浸泡于水中5-15天得到。
上述提及的精炼桐油是将桐油经180℃以上高温加热,使其煮沸,使桐油中所含水完全蒸发而得,于专利号201010167141.4中已有叙述。
上述提及的丙烯酸酯乳液采用北京诚帮化工有限公司的CB-700弹性乳液。
上述提及的分散剂、润湿剂及消泡剂为市购产品,凡用于涂料行业制作墙面涂料的皆适用于本发明。
本发明的涂料于制作时,是先取猕猴桃藤胶水、高岭土、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、精炼桐油及钛白粉混合,以1000-1200转/分钟搅拌40-60min,再加入丙烯酸酯乳液,以600-800转/分钟搅拌10-30min得到。
本发明的涂料产品通过检测,各项检测数据均符合国家标准。本发明的涂料于生产中可添加各种色浆形成各种颜色的墙面涂料,本产品通过多次试验,与现有的墙面涂料相比,本涂料用水搓,不会掉色浆,且涂层上的铅笔字印易擦拭,涂层表面完好无损,而现有涂料用水搓,易掉色浆,涂层上的铅笔字印迹擦拭后涂层破损。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1.原生态环保保健功能:由于本发明中的猕猴桃藤胶水为猕猴桃藤的汁制成,而猕猴桃藤汁本身具有药理价值,有清热解毒抗癌的功效,有一种清香味,对人体有一定的保健作用,因而,采用该猕猴桃藤胶水生产出来的涂料具有清淡药味,吸入到人体能起到清热解毒的疗效,环保,并对有人体无害。
  2.极佳的耐污染性:由于猕猴桃藤胶水具有耐酸、耐碱、抗老化、抗裂防水功效,可以用做防水材料,其制成的涂料于使用后的涂层上的铅笔字印很容易用清水擦拭干净,而涂层表面完好无损。
3.极佳的附着力:涂层干涸后在任何物体和基面上都有很好的附着力。
4.极佳的防水性:本涂料涂刷在白纸上厚度达到0.1毫米时,经过60小时储水实验,纸面无渗水;且漆皮丢在水中长时间浸泡,不发生任何变化,保持原样。
5.本发明的涂料由于采用了CB-700弹性乳液和猕猴桃藤胶水,涂层面完全拒水,各种功能更加完美。
6.本发明的涂料由于采用了猕猴桃藤提取的胶水,生产出的涂料经久耐用,不分化。
具体实施方式
实施例1
猕猴桃藤胶水的制作:取新鲜猕猴桃藤,压碎,按1kg猕猴桃藤粉加入4kg水的比例,将猕猴桃藤粉浸泡于水中5天,搅匀即可。
按重量百分比,将猕猴桃藤胶水24.3%、高岭土40%、分散剂0.3%、润湿剂0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、精炼桐油5%及钛白粉10%混合,以1000转/分钟搅拌60min,再加入丙烯酸酯乳液20%,以600转/分钟搅拌30min,即得本发明的涂料。
实施例2
猕猴桃藤胶水的制作:取新鲜猕猴桃藤,压碎,按1kg猕猴桃藤粉加入7.5kg水的比例,将猕猴桃藤粉浸泡于水中15天,搅匀即可。
按重量百分比,将猕猴桃藤胶水20%、高岭土34.1%、分散剂0.4%、润湿剂0.3%、消泡剂0.2%、精炼桐油7%及钛白粉8%混合,以1200转/分钟搅拌40min,再加入丙烯酸酯乳液30%,以800转/分钟搅拌10min,即得本发明的涂料。
实施例3
猕猴桃藤胶水的制作:取新鲜猕猴桃藤,压碎,按1kg猕猴桃藤粉加入6kg水的比例,将猕猴桃藤粉浸泡于水中10天,搅匀即可。
按重量百分比,将猕猴桃藤胶水40%、高岭土20%、分散剂0.5%、润湿剂0.4%、消泡剂0.1%、精炼桐油8%及钛白粉5%混合,以1100转/分钟搅拌50min,再加入丙烯酸酯乳液26%,以700转/分钟搅拌20min,即得本发明的涂料。

1.一种生态植物环保墙面涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料按重量百分比由植物藤胶水20-40%、高岭土20-40%、丙烯酸酯乳液20-30%、精炼桐油5-8%、分散剂0.3-0.5%、润湿剂0.2-0.4%、消泡剂0.1-0.2%及钛白粉5-10%组成,各组分之和为100%;
    上述植物藤胶水为猕猴桃藤胶水,是以新鲜猕猴桃藤为原料,将猕猴桃藤压碎后,按1kg猕猴桃藤粉加入4-7.5kg水的比例,将猕猴桃藤粉浸泡于水中5-15天得到。
2.如权利要求1所述的生态植物环保墙面涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯乳液采用北京诚帮化工有限公司的CB-700弹性乳液。
