Description
本发明涉及一种用于腐蚀性试样的取样探测器。
专利文献DE-PS3305232中公开了一种从一定容积的气体中取出热气体试样的装置,在该装置中,构成气体容积边界的壁的开口中装有一个金属导管,其后端上距壁一定间距处装有一个法兰,取样装置的外壳可拆开地与法兰连接起来。
为了取得具有代表性的试样必须采用很长的探测器。根据不同的结构条件,探测器不能总是垂直悬挂地安装。在水平安装并且探测器较长时,由于探测器的自身重量使探测器管到连接法兰的过渡处产生大的负载,这种静态负载可以由于介质的流动速度的增大而变大,在非静态流动时由于动态力使静态负载和动态负载迭加而增大。
如果取出的试样含有腐蚀性成份,就要使用纤维加强的合成材料探测器。然而机械强度方面的要求也使纤维加强的合成材料受到限制,因此必须采取几何尺寸复杂的特殊结构或者在大的结构体积时需投入大量材料。
还可以使用涂敷了合成材料的金属探测器。然而这种涂敷层的无气孔性且缺乏机械保护还不能在工业上投入使用。
本发明的任务是提供一种改进了的用于腐蚀性试样的取样探测器,其接触介质的部件满足合成材料探测器抗腐蚀的要求,其机械承载能力符合金属探测器的机械承载能力。该任务由本发明所述的各个结构部件解决。
现通过在附图中示出的一个实施例来详细说明本发明。附图为实施例的简化轴向截面图。
取样探测器由三个相互套插起来的管件构成,即由与试样直接接触的内管2(用着试样导管)、外管1和装在上述两管之间的中间管4组成。每个管件上装有自己的法兰5、8和9,管件和法兰的材料相同。外管1和内管2用合成材料制作。在要求高的耐腐蚀性和耐温性时,最好采用聚四氯乙烯(PTFE)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)材料。两个合成材料管件1和2在入口处由连接环3连接起来(例如可焊接起来)。合成材料的壁厚选择的足够大,使得试样中腐蚀性成份可能产生的扩散对位于内部的金属部件的影响可以忽略不计。设置在外管1和内管2之间的中间管由一个其上焊接了金属制作的法兰5的金属管组成,金属管和法兰5最好由优质钢(或高级合金钢)制作。金属法兰5上设有联接法兰8的夹扣结构。取样探测器的固定件6作为中间管4的金属法兰5的支承点。内管1和外管2的合成材料法兰8和9由固定件7分别固定在法兰5上。
Claims (1)
- 用于腐蚀性试样的取样探测器,它有作为试样导管的其上带有法兰(9)的内管(2),法兰(9)和内管(2)由合成材料制作,和其上带有法兰(8)的包围着内管(2)的外管(1),法兰(8)和外管(1)也是由合成材料制作,其特征在于,在内管(2)和外管(1)之间装有其上带有法兰(5)的中间管(4),法兰(5)和中间管(4)由金属材料制作,中间管(4)的法兰(5)包围住外管(1)的法兰,取样探测器的固定件设置在中间管(4)的法兰(5)上。
