    本发明涉及超声波网架的制造,特别是一种超声波网架工装。
背景技术:
现在的超声波网架制作一般都是将多个环形筛框通过连接横撑进行焊接固定,但是在加工制作时,需要将多个环形筛先排布好,再由有经验的工人,对多个环形筛通过连接横撑逐一进行焊接,在操作时,稍不注意,就会导致一个或几个环形筛发生偏移,导致整个超声波网架作废,不能使用,因此加工时难度大,废品率高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理,提高了生产效率的超声波网架工装。
本发明的技术方案是,一种超声波网架工装,它包括支撑架,其特征在于:在支撑架上设有固定盘,固定盘上设有环形定位台,定位台为同圆心设置,在定位台上设有十字交叉开口。所述定位台为多个,在固定盘上均呈同心圆位置排布。
本发明结构合理,使用方便,能够有效地提升超声波网架的加工效率。

实施例,一种超声波网架工装,它包括支撑架2,在支撑架上设有固定盘1,固定盘上设有环形定位台3,定位台为同圆心设置,在定位台上设有十字交叉开口4;所述定位台为多个,定位台的排布根据现有不同规格的超声波网架的规格设置,在固定盘上均呈同心圆位置排布。
本发明在使用时,根据使用需要,可加工不同规格的超声波网架,将环形筛框放置在对应的定位台外侧,这时定位台因为有一定的高度,环形筛框会完全卡入相邻的定位台之间,不易发生位移,这是利用十字交叉开口,将连接横撑与环形筛框焊接固定,即可完成加工操作,方便,实用。
