本发明提供一种便于安装的圆环状工装,由下工装、下法兰、上法兰、上工装和竖杆构成,所述下工装、下法兰、上法兰和上工装均为圆环体结构,且同心设置,其中上法兰和下法兰相同,上工装和下工装相同;所述下工装的底部通过支脚焊接在焊接工作台上,下法兰通过螺栓固定在下工装上,其外径与下工装的外径相同,其内径大于下工装的内径本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,加工大型的圆形或弧形金属件方便,加工精度高,操作方便;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、生产效率高等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于工装夹具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种便于安装的圆环状工装。
背景技术
在加工一些大型的圆形或弧形金属板材的时候,例如飞机外壳、雷达外壳等,如果将其放置在水平的加工平台上,焊接加工比较困难,且很难保证弧度的精确性。
所以,需要一种方便加工圆形或弧形金属板材,且保证加工精度的工装。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种便于安装的圆环状工装,尤其适合焊接大型的圆形金属件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种便于安装的圆环状工装,由下工装、下法兰、上法兰、上工装和竖杆构成,所述下工装、下法兰、上法兰和上工装均为圆环体结构,且同心设置,其中上法兰和下法兰相同,上工装和下工装相同;
所述下工装的底部通过支脚焊接在焊接工作台上,下法兰通过螺栓固定在下工装上,其外径与下工装的外径相同,其内径大于下工装的内径;
若干所述竖杆均匀焊接在下法兰上,上法兰固定在竖杆的顶端,上法兰的上部通过螺栓固定上工装。
进一步的,所述下工装、下法兰、上法兰、上工装均是由四个四分之一圆环组成。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
由于采用上述技术方案,加工大型的圆形或弧形金属件方便,加工精度高,操作方便;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、生产效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种便于安装的圆环状工装,由下工装1、下法兰2、上法兰3、上工装4和竖杆5构成,所述下工装1、下法兰2、上法兰3和上工装4均为圆环体结构,且同心设置,其中上法兰3和下法兰2相同,上工装4和下工装1相同;
所述下工装1的底部通过支脚焊接在焊接工作台6上,下法兰2通过螺栓固定在下工装1上,其外径与下工装1的外径相同,其内径大于下工装1的内径;
若干所述竖杆5均匀焊接在下法兰2上,上法兰3固定在竖杆5的顶端,上法兰3的上部通过螺栓固定上工装4。
如图2所示,所述下工装1、下法兰2、上法兰3、上工装4均是由四个四分之一圆环组成。
本实例的工作过程:将待加工的弧形金属件放置在上工装4和下工装1之间,弧形金属件上下两端边缘侧面分别抵住上法兰3和下法兰2,进行焊接加工。

所述下工装的底部通过支脚焊接在焊接工作台上,下法兰通过螺栓固定在下工装上,其外径与下工装的外径相同,其内径大于下工装的内径;
若干所述竖杆均匀焊接在下法兰上,上法兰固定在竖杆的顶端,上法兰的上部通过螺栓固定上工装。
