一种圆形工件的夹具，该底座为圆形的平板，在该底座的上表面固定连接固定块，相邻两个固定块之间的弧长相等，固定块的数量为4个。该固定块为中空的椭圆型壳体，在上述底座上表面与该椭圆型固定块的位置相对应出设有通孔。螺栓可依次穿过上述底座和固定块的中部，螺栓与螺母相啮合即可。本发明成本较低，且使用起来方便，不会由于工件的尺寸发生变化，就必须重新选择所使用的夹具，提高了工作人员的工作效率，也尽可能的避免了生产中不必要的失误。

技术领域    本发明涉及机械加工领域，尤其是一种夹具。
背景技术    目前，圆形工件在进行机械加工或焊接时，都需要将其固定住，如果不能牢固的固定住，在加工过程中，很容易出现工件的移动，从而导致残次品的产生。通常固定圆形工件的夹具都是根据加工对象的直径而专门制造。它的不足之处：不仅成本高，而且使用起来不方便，一旦工件的尺寸发生变化，就需要重新选择所使用的夹具，降低了工作人员的工作效率，也容易造成生产中的失误。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种成本较低，且使用起来方便，不会由于工件的尺寸发生变化，就必须重新选择所使用的夹具，提高了工作人员的工作效率，也尽可能的避免了生产中不必要的失误的一种圆形工件的夹具。
本发明主要包括有：底座、固定块、螺栓和螺母。其中，该底座为圆形的平板，在该底座的上表面固定连接若干个固定块，相邻两个固定块之间的弧长相等，固定块的数量最好为4个。该固定块为中空的椭圆型壳体，在上述底座上表面与该椭圆型固定块的位置相对应出设有若干通孔。螺栓可依次穿过上述底座和固定块的中部，根据实际的工作选择合适的位置，螺栓与螺母相啮合即可。
本发明在使用时，可先根据不同半径的圆形工件，选择螺栓的合适位置，穿过上述底板的通孔与椭圆型固定块，拧紧螺母即可。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：成本较低，且使用起来方便，不会由于工件的尺寸发生变化，就必须重新选择所使用的夹具，提高了工作人员的工作效率，也尽可能的避免了生产中不必要的失误。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的一种圆形工件的夹具的主视示意简图中，该底座1为圆形的平板，在该底座的上表面固定连接固定块2，相邻两个固定块之间的弧长相等，固定块的数量为4个。该固定块为中空的椭圆型壳体，在上述底座上表面与该椭圆型固定块的位置相对应出设有通孔3。螺栓4可依次穿过上述底座和固定块的中部，螺栓与螺母5相啮合即可。

1.一种圆形工件的夹具，主要包括有底座、固定块、螺栓和螺母，其特征在于: 该底座为圆形的平板，在该底座的上表面固定连接固定块，相邻两个固定块之间的弧长相等，该固定块为中空的椭圆型壳体，在上述底座上表面与该椭圆型固定块的位置相对应出设有通孔，螺栓可依次穿过上述底座和固定块的中部，螺栓与螺母相啮合即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆形工件的夹具，其特种在于：固定块的数量最好为4个。
