本发明涉及一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置,包括一号龙门支架、一号电动滑轨、除锈滑块、擦拭滑块、除锈电动推杆、除锈座、振动棒、擦拭电动推杆、擦拭座和海绵块两根一号电动滑轨水平安装在一号龙门支架顶端位置处,除锈滑块和擦拭滑块分别安装在两根一号电动滑轨的左右两端,除锈座底端面上均匀设置有圆弧状凸台,且圆弧状凸台位置与圆柱形凹槽位置分别一一对应,振动棒安装在除锈座顶端面上的圆柱形凹槽内部,擦拭电动推杆底端固定在擦拭滑块的中部位置处,擦拭电动推杆顶端安装有擦拭座。本发明可对焊接坡口进行油漆、铁锈和杂质等物质的清理,机械自动化程度高,节省了大量的劳动力且清理效果佳。

一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及抓斗焊接机械领域,特别涉及一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置。
背景技术
抓斗是以抓取泥沙石子及各种散装货物能启闭的斗,即是一种主要靠左右两个组合斗或多个颚板的开合抓取和卸出散状物料的吊具,抓斗按照形状分类可分为贝形抓斗和桔瓣抓斗,前者由两个完整的铲斗组成,后者由三个或三个以上的颚板组成;按照驱动方式可分为液压式抓斗和机械式抓斗两大类。
焊接,也称作熔接、镕接,是一种以加热、高温或者高压的方式接合金属或其他热塑性材料如塑料的制造工艺及技术。焊接透过下列三种途径达成接合的目的:(1)加热欲接合之工件使之局部熔化形成熔池,熔池冷却凝固后便接合,必要时可加入熔填物辅助;(2)单独加热熔点较低的焊料,无需熔化工件本身,借焊料的毛细作用连接工件;(3)在相当于或低于工件熔点的温度下辅以高压、叠合挤塑或振动等使两工件间相互渗透接合(如锻焊、固态焊接)。依具体的焊接工艺,焊接可细分为气焊、电阻焊、电弧焊、感应焊接及激光焊接等其他特殊焊接。其中抓斗制造工艺过程中需要大量的焊接工艺,尤其是贝型抓斗,贝型抓斗主要由铲斗和鄂板组成,铲斗经过剪板后再经过卷板机卷成弧形柱体结构,此时就需要将铲斗和鄂板焊接连在一起;在焊接前,需要对焊接坡口进行油漆、铁锈和杂质等物质的清理,坡口清理的干净与否直接影响着焊接的质量,目前多采用人工进行清理,占用了大量的劳动力且清理效果不明显;鉴于此,本发明提供了一种抓斗焊接辅助工具,即一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置,其可对焊接坡口进行油漆、铁锈和杂质等物质的清理,机械自动化程度高,节省了大量的劳动力且清理效果佳。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:包括一号龙门支架、两根一号电动滑轨、除锈滑块、擦拭滑块、除锈电动推杆、除锈座、振动棒、擦拭电动推杆、擦拭座和海绵块,所述的一号龙门支架为倒立的U型结构,两根一号电动滑轨水平安装在一号龙门支架顶端位置处;所述的除锈滑块和擦拭滑块分别安装在两根一号电动滑轨的左右两端;所述的除锈电动推杆底端与除锈滑块的中部相连接,除锈电动推杆顶端与除锈座相连接,除锈座呈不完全环形结构,除锈座顶端面上开设有圆柱形凹槽,且圆柱形凹槽沿除锈座的圆周方向均匀布置,除锈座底端面上均匀设置有圆弧状凸台,且圆弧状凸台位置与圆柱形凹槽位置分别一一对应;所述的振动棒安装在除锈座顶端面上的圆柱形凹槽内部;所述的擦拭电动推杆底端固定在擦拭滑块的中部位置处,擦拭电动推杆顶端安装有擦拭座,擦拭座也呈不完全环形结构,擦拭座底端设置有海绵块。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的海绵块呈不完全环形结构,且海绵块的形状和大小均和擦拭座等大,海绵块内部均匀设置有吸尘孔,吸尘孔呈圆柱状结构,且吸尘孔沿海绵块的周向方向等间距均匀布置。
使用时,首先通过一号电动滑轨和除锈滑块带动除锈座的水平来回移动,通过除锈电动推杆的升降带动除锈座的垂直往复运动,除锈电动推杆用于调节除锈座与铲斗和鄂板之间结合处焊口的贴合松紧,除锈座在空间内可实现两自由度方向运动的功能,且除锈座上端内部设置有振动棒,通过振动棒的振动可带动整个除锈座的振动,达到了对铲斗和鄂板结合处焊口焊前锈蚀的处理;通过擦拭座可对铲斗和鄂板结合处焊口上的杂质进行擦拭处理,提高了后续铲斗和鄂板之间焊接的质量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置具有结构简单、操作便捷和制作成本低等特点,其可对焊接坡口进行油漆、铁锈和杂质等物质的清理,机械自动化程度高,节省了大量的劳动力且清理效果佳。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。
如图1所示,一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置,包括一号龙门支架41、两根一号电动滑轨42、除锈滑块43、擦拭滑块44、除锈电动推杆45、除锈座46、振动棒47、擦拭电动推杆48、擦拭座49和海绵块410;所述的一号龙门支架41为倒立的U型结构,两根一号电动滑轨42水平安装在一号龙门支架41顶端位置处;所述的除锈滑块43和擦拭滑块44分别安装在两根一号电动滑轨42的左右两端;所述的除锈电动推杆45底端与除锈滑块43的中部相连接,除锈电动推杆45顶端与除锈座46相连接,除锈座46呈不完全环形结构,除锈座46顶端面上开设有圆柱形凹槽,且圆柱形凹槽沿除锈座46的圆周方向均匀布置,除锈座46底端面上均匀设置有圆弧状凸台,且圆弧状凸台位置与圆柱形凹槽位置分别一一对应;所述的振动棒47安装在除锈座46顶端面上的圆柱形凹槽内部;所述的擦拭电动推杆48底端固定在擦拭滑块44的中部位置处,擦拭电动推杆48顶端安装有擦拭座49,擦拭座49也呈不完全环形结构,擦拭座49底端设置有海绵块410。所述的海绵块410呈不完全环形结构,且海绵块410的形状和大小均和擦拭座49等大,海绵块410内部均匀设置有吸尘孔,吸尘孔呈圆柱状结构,且吸尘孔沿海绵块410的周向方向等间距均匀布置。
使用时,首先通过一号电动滑轨42和除锈滑块43带动除锈座46的水平来回移动,通过除锈电动推杆45的升降带动除锈座46的垂直往复运动,除锈电动推杆45用于调节除锈座46与铲斗和鄂板之间结合处焊口的贴合松紧,除锈座46在空间内可实现两自由度方向运动的功能,且除锈座46上端内部设置有振动棒47,通过振动棒47的振动可带动整个除锈座46的振动,达到了对铲斗和鄂板结合处焊口焊前锈蚀的处理;通过擦拭座46可对铲斗和鄂板结合处焊口上的杂质进行擦拭处理,提高了后续铲斗和鄂板之间焊接的质量。

1.一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置,包括一号龙门支架、两根一号电动滑轨、除锈滑块、擦拭滑块、除锈电动推杆、除锈座、振动棒、擦拭电动推杆、擦拭座和海绵块,其特征在于:所述的一号龙门支架为倒立的U型结构,两根一号电动滑轨水平安装在一号龙门支架顶端位置处;所述的除锈滑块和擦拭滑块分别安装在两根一号电动滑轨的左右两端;所述的除锈电动推杆底端与除锈滑块的中部相连接,除锈电动推杆顶端与除锈座相连接,除锈座呈不完全环形结构,除锈座顶端面上开设有圆柱形凹槽,且圆柱形凹槽沿除锈座的圆周方向均匀布置,除锈座底端面上均匀设置有圆弧状凸台,且圆弧状凸台位置与圆柱形凹槽位置分别一一对应;所述的振动棒安装在除锈座顶端面上的圆柱形凹槽内部;所述的擦拭电动推杆底端固定在擦拭滑块的中部位置处,擦拭电动推杆顶端安装有擦拭座,擦拭座也呈不完全环形结构,擦拭座底端设置有海绵块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种贝型抓斗焊口清理装置,其特征在于:所述的海绵块呈不完全环形结构,且海绵块的形状和大小均和擦拭座等大,海绵块内部均匀设置有吸尘孔,吸尘孔呈圆柱状结构,且吸尘孔沿海绵块的周向方向等间距均匀布置。
