技术领域
本发明涉及一种污水处理装置用的曝气喷嘴及去除该曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法。
背景技术
使用冷却水及洗净水的企业等,为了对因矿物油及植物油等所污染的水进行净化,通常采用好氧细菌等,通过使该好氧细菌等繁殖的方式,并使其作用于污水,从而对污染的成分进行消化,基此作为污水的处理方法。在这种污水处理装置中,为了使好氧细菌等进行繁殖,需要在污水中混合细微的气泡以促进氧呼吸、来改善好氧细菌等的生存环境。
这种在污水中实施混合及发生细微气泡的装置,通常称为曝气设备,往往设计配置于待净化的污水中,用以将污水与空气进行混合,目的在于使污水中的好氧细菌更加活性化。作为这种曝气设备,以现行构造来看,其内部设有螺旋状的桨羽,基于空气流使生成的向上方的水流在该螺旋状的桨羽等的作用下,形成漩涡状水流、并在上升的水流中促进气泡的混入。
从设有这种螺旋状桨羽的曝气设备来看,污水中含有的异物,往往因缠挂在浆羽上而引发堵塞的现象是显而易见的。而且,若将这种在内部配设浆羽的曝气设备取出进行除污的话谈何容易,这一直成为维修养护方面的问题所在。
发明概要
本发明所要解决的问题
鉴于上述情形,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效能、且维修简便的曝气设备喷嘴及解除该其曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法。
解决问题的办法
(1)基于本发明,一种曝气喷嘴,其含有生成细微气泡的细微气泡发生装置,其装设于与空气供给源连接的空气供给口和抽吸处理槽内污水的污水吸入口的一端部,将基于上述空气供给口吸入的空气与上述污水吸入口吸入的污水实施混合,细微气泡发生装置与上述空气供给口相对而设。上述细微气泡发生装置包括有筒体,基于筒状的本体和从上述本体朝向中心处突出的多数个刀型片构成;将上述筒体,在上述空气口吸入的空气所通过的位置处实施有多数个配置。上述筒体的上述刀型片,采用如下设计构成,其基端部固定于上述筒体的内面、且各前端部在上述筒体的中央处彼此相对而成;且基于以弹性材质(例如橡胶)制成,以基端部作为起点,前端部构成可弯曲状。基此,例如,将从处理槽上部插入的维修用夹具,插入到刀型片之间、用该夹具使刀型片弯曲翘起,即可将刀型片之间积塞的异物去除掉。再有,基于上述构成,操作中,基于上述刀型片产生的弹性振动难以缠挂异物,甚或及时缠挂到也很快容易脱落掉。
(2)在曝气喷嘴1中,其中上述刀型片从上述空气供给口侧以幅度逐渐展宽状构成,并基此,上述刀型片的设定具有可弯曲性。
(3)在曝气喷嘴1中,其中针对上述刀型片,沿着上述空气通过的方向设有多数个贯通孔,并沿着上述空气通过的方向贯通该刀型片,用以容许空气的通过,基此,上述刀型片的设定具有可弯曲性。

(5)在曝气喷嘴1中,上述筒体在该曝气喷嘴导入的空气和污水所通过的轴方向上设有多数段重叠设置,且上述各筒体处设置的刀型片,在上述轴线方向彼此相邻的位置,围绕轴线错开角度配置。该曝气喷嘴,还可采取如下设计,将去除堵塞用的维护夹具插入上段筒体的刀型片之间,在使那些刀型片弯曲的情况下,能够将其前端部进一步插入下段的筒体的刀型片之间。
(6)上述的曝气喷嘴1是在污水暂存处理槽中预先装设的污水单元部件,该污水单元部件,可适用于产生污水的所有设施(产矿、专业厨房、普通家庭)。
(7)一种去除曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法,其中上述曝气喷嘴,以能够设置于污水处理槽内的状态,针对曝气喷嘴1,实施堵塞的去除。使用具有一个或多数个前端部的维修用夹具,其具有将该维修夹具的前端部插入上述刀型片之间将上述维修用夹具的前端部插入上述刀型片之间、以扭动的方式,使基于上述弹性部件形成的刀型片弹性地弯曲翘起,发挥扩展开刀型片之间的间隙的工作,其具有扩展开刀型片之间的间隙的功用。
(8)在上述去除曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法中,其中,上述扩展开刀型片之间的间隙的工作,在使上述空气供给源保持动作的状态下进行。
(9)在上述去除曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法,其中上述维修用夹具,具有对应上述污水处理槽深度的长度的延长部,在污水处理槽内贮留有污水的状态下,仍能够实施上述扩展开刀型片之间的间隙的工作。
再有,上述以外的本发明的特征,请参照附图,结合以下最佳实施形态,对业界者进行说明。

以下,参照附图,对本发明实施例进行说明。
具体实施方式
图1,为表示本实施形态相关的设有曝气喷嘴1的污水处理装置2的示意状态。
上述污水处理装置2,通常与家庭及厂矿设置的净化槽(无图示)连接,是具有将来自净化槽的污水进一步实施净化的机能的装置,其具有第一处理槽3、第二处理槽4。上述第一、第二处理槽3、4,具有圆筒形的内部型状,且在其各自的底部,设置有上述曝气喷嘴1。
上述第一处理槽3的上部处,连接有污水流入口5,来自净化槽的污水,按箭头6所示的方向,使其流入上述第一处理槽3内。另外,第一、第二处理槽3、4,在其高度方向的中途部位处借由基于流通口7相互连通,按箭头8所示,经第一处理槽3处理的污水通过上述流通口7流入第二处理槽4。
在第一、第二处理槽3、4内,如后详细说明的那样,从上述曝气喷嘴1喷出的细微气泡9,沿着圆筒状的内壁,在圆周方向以及上下方向发挥作用进行效率性地循环,基于使处理槽内适在的细菌活性化,以实现促进对有机物的分解。
上述第一处理槽3内的污水,通过上述流通口7被挤压进入上述第二处理槽4内,基此,对上述第一、第二处理槽3、4内的污水处理顺序实施。
在上述第二处理槽4的下部处,设计构成有吐出口10,上述吐出口10处,连接有排出管11。上述排出管11,从上述第二处理槽4的下部处向上方延出,且以既定高度在水平方向弯曲,以该高度形成溢流口,按箭头12所示的方向使处理完毕的污水得以排除。
再有,上述污水处理装置2的外侧处设有气泵13,上述气泵13,基于连接管15与各处理槽3、4处设置的曝气喷嘴1连接,即可实现由上述气泵13向上述曝气喷嘴1供给既定压力(流量)的空气。
上述气泵13的容量,可根据上述处理槽的大小以及曝气喷嘴1的规格进行变化。在本实施例中,采用的是每分60L-250L(60-250L/mim)。
请参阅图2-图4所示,为分别表示上述曝气喷嘴1的放大侧视图、俯视图、仰视图。
上述曝气喷嘴1的下端(空气吸入口16a),与来自上述气泵13的连接管15进行连接,上述连接管15所连接的部位,呈略锥形的吸入口壳体16,达成从上述连接管15的周围处设置的污水吸入口17,吸入上述处理槽3内的污水。
上述吸入口壳体16的上方处,固定有细微气泡发生装置18。上述细微气泡发生装置18处,在轴方向上以上下两段叠层状态设置有圆筒状气泡发生体19a、19b。
请图5以及图6所示,上述圆筒状气泡发生体19a、19b中,表示为设置在上段的圆筒状气泡发生体19a的俯视图及仰视图。
该圆筒状气泡发生体19a,由圆柱状本体21以及从本体21朝向中心突出的多数个刀型片22构成。即,该些刀型片22,其基端部分别固定于上述本体21的内面,且各前端部在上述本体21的中央、基于相互既定的间隙(开口部28)彼此相对成形。
再有,上述刀型片22,基于橡胶材料制成,所以,以基端部作为起点,其前端侧可以弯曲状柔软地构成,如后所述,其结构设计便于去除堵塞。在本实施例中,含有上述刀型片22以及本体21的气泡发生装置19a,其整体以橡胶材料制成,上述本体21,以不锈钢等刚体形成,只有上述刀型片22可以采用橡胶材料等的弹性体制成即可。
另外,上述刀型片22,需对其材质进行加工,按照如下所示的孔以及沟槽来形成,且使其柔软上翘,可实现弹性控制易于去除堵塞。
请参阅图7所示,为表示上述刀型片部分放大示意图,图中,(a)为上述刀型片22的俯视图,(b)为主视图,(c)为仰视图,(d)为从上述气泡发生装置19a的中心角度观看上述刀型片22时的侧视图。
上述刀型片22,设计为从上述吸入口17侧,朝向上方幅度逐渐展宽,其22a一面构成锥状,且沿污水通过的方向,具有贯通上述刀型片22的多数个细孔24,用以通过空气。再有,上述刀型片22,在其表面处沿空气通过的方向设有沟部25。上述沟部25与上述刀型片22的交界部25a构成锐利边棱,以作为后述的气泡发生的辅助部件。再有,上述刀型片22,其突出方向的前端部边棱22b也可发挥同样的机能。
在上述上段的气泡发生装置19a的下侧处所配置的下段的气泡发生装置19b,也基本具有相同形状,其具有本体21、在该本体内朝向中央方向突出的多数个刀型片22。上述刀型片22的配置,如图3中以点划线表示、在周方向上以错开仅30度的角度配置。
然后,上段及下段的气泡发生装置19a、19b,以及上述吸入口罩吸入口壳体,在周方向的4个地方采用4根螺钉相互固定。
下面,针对上述细微气泡发生装置18中的气泡9的发生作用进行说明。
由上述气泵13供给的空气,通过上述连接管15,朝向上述吸入口壳体16内的往上方向喷出。基此设计,由于上述吸入口壳体16内形成负压,因而上述处理槽内的污水得从上述供给口17,吸入到吸入口壳体16内。
如此实施后,吸入口壳体16内所导入的污水及空气,即可导入上述两段的气泡发生装置19a、19b。朝向上方的气液混合流,与上述刀型片22发生激烈冲撞而形成细微气泡,此时,气蚀现象开始发生。即就是说,喷嘴内含有上升的细微气泡的水流,基于刀型片22存在的抵抗,需要将其汇集到中央部的开口部28处。继而,汇集到中央的流体,其通过的流速,在通过上述开口部28时就会变快。然后,流速变快的话,其部分中的压力降低(源于伯尔努利定理)。正因如此,降低了压力的流体中的其空气的一部分,随着压力的降低在形成更细的气泡的同时,该些气泡还要被上述刀型片22的前端的棱边激起的漩涡水流所揉搓,会变成更加细碎的气泡。再有,由于在上述各刀型片22处还要形成细孔24,所以,在通过该细孔24时,也基于同样的作用产生气泡。该些作用,即为气蚀,该情形,上述开口部28以及上述细孔24,其直径极小通过的液体流速增加,更具效果地产生气蚀现象,以促进细微气泡的发生。
之后,通过上述开口部28的水流,一下子得到开放,气泡破碎,即产生众多细碎气泡9,细碎化破碎的细微气泡在槽内扩散开且消失掉。再有,从中央的开口部28,逃到周边的流体,与上述棱边22b、25b以及沟部25发生冲撞。基此形成漩涡气蚀及产生小的乱流,基于漩涡气蚀以及条件还会产生云状气泡。这样一来,进一步促进细微气泡的发生。
为了有效产生气蚀,上述气泵13的输出,可以根据处理的污水等状况适当掌控,在本实施例中,设定为每分钟30L-250L。
在此,污水等里面,由于混入有垃圾及泥沙等的异物,上述开口部28以及上述细孔24的口径以及、如果上述刀型片22的间隙所通过的宽度过小,则存在发生堵塞的可能性。然而,本实施例中的刀型片22,由于采用橡胶材料这种弹性体形成,基于所通过的流体的抵抗以及气蚀,则容易产生微小的振动,变得难以堵塞。
一方面,即便如此,当发生堵塞时,将内部设有刀型片22的曝气喷嘴1从外部取下清除并非简单的事。对此,在本实施例中,采用如图8中29所示的维修用夹具29从外部即可进行清除。
上述维修用夹具29,由于具有长柄的延长部30,以及分为两条腿的前端部31,所以,从处理槽3、4的上部开口插入该处理槽3、4内,将上述两条腿的前端部31,可以插入刀型片22之间的间隙处。图9为表示该状态的侧视图,图10为表示同状态的俯视图。
下面,就上述维修用夹具29的延长部30,按图10中箭头32表示的方向以转轴式扭动的情形加以说明,将上述弹性材料构成的刀型片22的前端部弯曲翘起,可以扩展开上述刀型片22之间的间隙。基于在上述曝气喷嘴1的运行中实施该操作,即可将刀型片22之间堵塞的异物借助水流挤压而去除掉。
另外,上述维修用夹具29,不限于两条腿,还可以是三条、四条、五条、六条腿等。这主要取决于上述曝气喷嘴1的规格以及操作的可能性,可根据操作的效率性适当掌控。
再有,在本实施例中,在上述刀型片22处,基于设有上下方向上贯通的多数个细孔24以及沟部25,可以提升其前端侧的挠性,使上述维修用夹具29的操作变得更加顺畅可行。从这个观点来看,上述细孔24以及沟部25的尺寸、位置、数量,需考虑到维护上的方便,设置在适宜的位置上即可。
再有,本发明并非限定于上述实施例所述情形,存在有多种变形的可能。例如,圆筒状气泡发生体,不限定于上下两段,还可以使一段或三段等。根据圆筒状气泡发生体的段数,各段的上述刀型片22的个数也可适当变化。同时,上述刀型片22的配置,也不限定于在圆周方向上仅错开30度的设计,为了使上述维修用夹具29的前端部31更容易插入,将错开的角度设计为30度以下也可以。取而代之,将前端部31的长度及直径自身设计得小些,只要能顺畅插入前端部31即可。
上述实施例中,虽设计为使上述两边的处理槽3、4中设置的曝气喷嘴1同时动作,不过,为了处理分解氮气过程中产生的离子(硝酸离子、亚硝酸离子),至少需要占用第二处理槽4中的曝气喷嘴1较少的工作时间,将上述第二处理槽4作为无氧槽使其发生反硝化反应,并通过过滤槽排出即可。再有,还可以使第一处理槽3和第二处理槽4同时,或交互地作为无氧槽实施反硝化运作。
正因为如此,在上述气泵13与上述各槽3、4处设置有连接曝气喷嘴1的连接管15、并在上述连接管15的中途部位独立设置了上述槽3、4用的开关阀34a、34b,通过传感器35有效独立地控制上述34a、34b各阀的开闭时间。另外,针对每个曝气喷嘴1设有独立的气泵,且还可以使该些气泵同时地、甚或分别地进行工作。
另外,还可以设计为在第二处理槽4处不设置曝气喷嘴1,使其作为完全无氧槽。不过,尽管是完全无氧槽,也可以装设曝气喷嘴1,只要是少量时间操作的话,更能进行分解、可减少长时间的沉淀。
上述情况下,为有效处理分解上述处理槽内的沉淀物,在处理槽的底面部位设置曝气喷嘴1的地方(曝气喷嘴1的污水吸入口17相对的面),需要采取最低层设计,以达成顺畅有效地吸引沉淀物。

Claims (8)

1.一种曝气喷嘴,其特征在于,
作为曝气喷嘴,含有生成细微气泡的细微气泡发生装置,装设于与空气供给源连接的空气供给口、和抽吸处理槽内污水的污水吸入口的一端部,用以将基于上述空气供给口吸入的空气与上述污水吸入口吸入的污水实施混合,细微气泡发生装置与上述空气供给口相对而设;
上述细微气泡发生装置,其包括有筒体,基于圆筒状的本体和从上述本体朝向中心处突出的多数个刀型片所构成的筒体;将上述筒体配置于上述空气口吸入的空气所通过的位置处;
上述筒体的上述刀型片,采用如下设计构成,其基端部固定于上述筒体的内面、且各前端部在上述筒体的中央处彼此相对而成形;
且基于以弹性材质制成,以基端部作为起点,前端部可弯曲状构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种曝气喷嘴,其特征在于,上述刀型片,从上述空气供给口侧面以幅度逐渐展宽状构成,并基此,上述刀型片的设定具有可弯曲性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种曝气喷嘴,其特征在于,针对上述刀型片设有多数个贯通孔,其沿着上述空气通过的方向贯通该刀型片,用以容许空气的通过,且基此,上述刀型片的设定具有可弯曲性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种曝气喷嘴,其特征在于,上述刀型片,在其表面处沿空气通过的方向设有凹部,且基此,上述刀型片的设定具有可弯曲性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种曝气喷嘴,其特征在于,上述筒体,在上述曝气喷嘴导入的空气及污水所通过的轴方向上采取多数段重叠设置;且上述各筒体处设置的刀型片,在上述轴线方向的彼此相邻的位置处,围绕轴线错开角度配置;上述曝气喷嘴,配置成可将去除堵塞用的维护用夹具插入上段的筒体的刀型片之间,在使那些刀型片弯曲的情况下,能够将其前端部进一步插入下段的筒体的刀型片之间。
6.一种去除曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述曝气喷嘴以能够设置于污水处理槽内的状态下,对曝气喷嘴实施堵塞的去除;
使用具有一个或多数个前端部的维修用夹具,将上述维修用夹具的前端部插入上述刀型片之间,以扭动的方式使基于上述弹性部件形成的刀型片弹性地弯曲翘起,扩展所述刀型片之间的间隙。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种去除曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法,其特征在于,上述扩展开刀型片之间的间隙的工作,在使上述空气供给源保持动作的状态下实施。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种去除曝气喷嘴堵塞的方法,其特征在于,上述维修用夹具包括有对应上述污水处理槽深度的长度的延长部,在污水处理槽内贮留有污水的状态下,仍能够实施扩展开上述刀型片之间的间隙的工作。
