一种用于纯电动车的减速器,它主要由箱体、箱盖、输入轴部件、中间轴部件、输出轴部件组成,所述的输入轴部件的输入齿轮固定在输入轴上,它与中间轴部件的中间轴输入齿轮啮合,与中间轴输入齿轮同轴固连的中间轴输出齿轮与输出部件的输出齿轮啮合,所述的输出轴部件中设置有与输出齿轮结合一体的差速器,所述差速器的左右两半轴齿轮分别连接各自的输出轴;所述中间轴部件中的中间轴上安装有一P挡靶轮,且该P挡靶轮与P挡锁止机构的锁止拨块相配合,并在结合后进行P挡锁止;所述输入轴部件的输入轴、中间轴部件的中间轴以及输出部件的左右两输出轴分别通过各自的轴承安装在箱体和箱盖上;所述的输入轴与电机通过花键连接。

一种用于纯电动车的减速器
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种用于纯电动车的减速器,尤其是一种带P档锁止机构和差速器的纯电动车用减速器,属于纯电动车推进系统的动力传动技术领域。
背景技术
市场上现有的纯电动车使用的减速器,其基本结构组成是:由箱体、箱盖、输入轴部件、中间轴部件、输出轴部件组成。其中尚未有同时带差速器和P档锁止机构的,因此,一般普通减速器装车时需外加差速机构和P档锁止机构,结构组成复杂,使用性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,安装使用方便,可靠性好的用于纯电动车的减速器。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种用于纯电动车的减速器,它主要由箱体、箱盖、输入轴部件、中间轴部件、输出轴部件组成,所述的输入轴部件的输入齿轮固定在输入轴上,它与中间轴部件的中间轴输入齿轮啮合,与中间轴输入齿轮同轴固连的中间轴输出齿轮与输出部件的输出齿轮啮合,所述的输出轴部件中设置有与输出齿轮结合一体的差速器,所述差速器的左右两半轴齿轮分别连接各自的输出轴;所述中间轴部件中的中间轴上安装有一P挡靶轮,且该P挡靶轮与P挡锁止机构的锁止拨块相配合,并在结合后进行P挡锁止。
所述输入轴部件的输入轴、中间轴部件的中间轴以及输出部件的左右两输出轴分别通过各自的轴承安装在箱体和箱盖上;所述的输入轴与电机通过花键连接。
本发明属于对现有技术的一种改进,它具有结构简单,安装使用方便,可靠性好等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种用于纯电动车的减速器,它主要由箱体、箱盖、输入轴部件1、中间轴部件2、输出轴部件3组成,所述的输入轴部件1的输入齿轮11固定在输入轴12上,它与中间轴部件2的中间轴输入齿轮21啮合,与中间轴输入齿轮21同轴固连的中间轴输出齿轮22与输出部件3的输出齿轮31啮合,所述的输出轴部件3中设置有与输出齿轮31结合一体的差速器4,所述差速器4的左右两半轴齿轮41分别连接各自的输出轴42;所述中间轴部件2中的中间轴23上安装有一P挡靶轮5,且该P挡靶轮5与P挡锁止机构的锁止拨块6相配合,并在结合后进行P挡锁止。
图中所示,所述输入轴部件1的输入轴12、中间轴部件的中间轴23以及输出部件的左右两输出轴42分别通过各自的轴承安装在箱体和箱盖7上;所述的输入轴12与电机通过花键连接;输入轴上的齿轮和中间轴输入齿轮啮合,中间轴输入齿轮带动中间轴部件旋转,中间轴输出齿轮与差速器上的输出齿轮啮合,输出齿轮带动差速器旋转,差速器部件中的半轴齿轮带动输出轴部件旋转输出转矩。当车辆处于P档时,P档锁止机构的锁止拨块与装在中间轴部件上的P档靶轮结合,实现P档锁止功能。
实施例:图1所示,输入轴部件1、中间轴部件2、差速器4通过轴承支承在箱体和箱盖7上,输入轴12与电机通过花键连接,输入轴12上的输入齿轮11和中间轴输入齿轮21啮合,中间轴输入齿轮21带动中间轴部件2旋转,中间轴输出齿轮22与差速器4上的输出齿轮31啮合,输出齿轮31带动差速器4旋转,差速器4中的半轴齿轮41带动输出轴部件3的输出轴42旋转输出转矩。当车辆处于P档时,P档锁止机构的锁止拨块6与装在中间轴部件2上的P档靶轮5结合,实现P档锁止功能。

1.一种用于纯电动车的减速器,它主要由箱体、箱盖、输入轴部件、中间轴部件、输出轴部件组成,所述的输入轴部件的输入齿轮固定在输入轴上,它与中间轴部件的中间轴输入齿轮啮合,与中间轴输入齿轮同轴固连的中间轴输出齿轮与输出部件的输出齿轮啮合,其特征在于所述的输出轴部件中设置有与输出齿轮结合一体的差速器,所述差速器的左右两半轴齿轮分别连接各自的输出轴;所述中间轴部件中的中间轴上安装有一P挡靶轮,且该P挡靶轮与P挡锁止机构的锁止拨块相配合,并在结合后进行P挡锁止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于纯电动车的减速器,其特征在于所述输入轴部件的输入轴、中间轴部件的中间轴以及输出部件的左右两输出轴分别通过各自的轴承安装在箱体和箱盖上;所述的输入轴与电机通过花键连接。
