Abstract

本发明提供了一种无缝伸缩缝,属于桥梁工程技术领域。该伸缩缝在梁端上表面错位放置上下两层开孔钢板,钢板间留有5mm缝隙,钢板孔中放入销钉,孔直径比销钉直径大2mm。下层钢板与梁上表面间放置隔离层,两层钢板之间可以滑移。在上层钢板上方,均匀布置桥面纵向钢筋和桥面横向钢筋。在铺装层内,伸缩缝端部,上层钢板之间嵌入油浸软木条。这种伸缩缝,在伸缩缝范围内的桥面混凝土铺装层裂缝分布均匀,裂缝宽度小;伸缩缝范围内的桥面沥青铺装层伸缩均匀,不会开裂。

一种无缝伸缩缝
技术领域
本发明属于桥梁工程技术领域,涉及到桥梁伸缩缝,特别涉及到一种分布开裂式无缝伸缩缝。
背景技术
桥梁在气温变化时,有膨胀、收缩的纵向变形和竖向、横向弯曲变形;在车辆荷载作用下,有纵向位移和竖向弯曲变形。为了满足桥梁变形要求,通常在梁端或者其与台背之间设置伸缩装置,以容许纵向、竖向弯曲等自由变形。桥梁伸缩缝分为有缝伸缩缝和无缝伸缩缝。与有缝伸缩缝相比,无缝伸缩缝造价低,养护少,行车舒适性好。
目前常用的无缝伸缩缝是在梁端附近设置一段桥面钢筋失效区,通过在桥面钢筋外涂抹沥青或黄油,使钢筋与混凝土之间自由滑移,实现梁端伸缩。不过这种伸缩缝在弯矩作用下会开裂,其裂缝集中在钢筋失效区的两端。由于裂缝相对集中,裂缝宽度大,将会影响桥梁的耐久性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种无缝伸缩缝,这种伸缩缝可以提高桥梁的耐久性及行车舒适性。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种无缝伸缩缝,包括梁端油浸软木条、隔离层、开孔钢板、销钉、桥面纵向钢筋、桥面横向钢筋、油浸软木条和钢销钉;在梁端上表面错位放置上下两层开孔钢板,两层开孔钢板通过钢销钉固定,开孔钢板的孔直径比钢销钉直径大2mm;每层开孔钢板间留有5mm缝隙,下层开孔钢板与梁上表面间设置隔离层,两层开孔钢板之间相对滑移;在上层开孔钢板上方,均匀布置桥面纵向钢筋和桥面横向钢筋。在铺装层内,伸缩缝端部,上层开孔钢板之间嵌入油浸软木条。
本发明的效果和益处是:使用这种伸缩缝,在伸缩缝范围内的混凝土铺装层裂缝分布均匀,裂缝宽度小;在伸缩缝范围内的沥青铺装层伸缩均匀,不会开裂。这种伸缩缝可以提高桥梁的耐久性及行车舒适性。

具体实施方式
以下结合技术方案和附图详细叙述本发明的具体实施方式。
桥梁跨径布置为15+15+15米,桥梁宽度为10.0米,主梁为箱梁截面。
在距梁端1米处,梁端上表面设置2mm厚隔离层2,之上顺桥向放置5块10mm厚开孔钢板3,钢板间距5mm,开孔直径10mm,横桥向通长。在放置一层同样的钢板3,两层钢板的孔错位布置。在孔中放置直径8mm的销钉4。在铺装层内,上层钢板之间嵌入油浸软木条7。在油浸软木条之间均匀布设8mm直径的桥面纵向钢筋5和桥面横向钢筋6。

1.一种无缝伸缩缝,其特征在于,该无缝伸缩缝包括梁端油浸软木条、隔离层、开孔钢板、销钉、桥面纵向钢筋、桥面横向钢筋、油浸软木条和钢销钉;在梁端上表面错位放置上下两层开孔钢板,两层开孔钢板通过钢销钉固定,开孔钢板的孔直径比钢销钉直径大2mm;每层开孔钢板间留有5mm缝隙,下层开孔钢板与梁上表面间设置隔离层,两层开孔钢板之间相对滑移;在上层开孔钢板上方,均匀布置桥面纵向钢筋和桥面横向钢筋;在铺装层内,伸缩缝端部,上层开孔钢板之间嵌入油浸软木条。
