Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕，包括头枕本体，头枕本体外表面包裹有皮质外套，头枕本体位于外侧面设置有连接板，连接板外侧壁近前端固定连接有侧向安全气囊，头枕本体外侧面上开设有若干个用于连接固定连接板的安装卡孔。本发明的一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕通过在外侧面卡接固定侧向安全气囊，通过连接板内侧的按压式控制开关控制侧向安全气囊激活和打开，并且通过连接板内侧连接杆卡入安装卡孔与头枕本体固定连接，通过皮质外套两侧的皮质护翼来提升乘客头部舒适性和侧向安全气囊打开时的安全性，从而大大降低侧向安全气囊的安装和更换成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕。
背景技术
随着科学的进步和汽车产业的发展，越来越多的高科技产品被运用到汽车中，不仅能够方便人们更加安全和高效的驾驶汽车，还能给人们在驾驶过程中提升舒适度，为了适应不同身高体型的人驾驶汽车，现在的汽车座椅角度和位置均可以调节，但是汽车座椅的头枕除了可以给乘坐者提供后侧支撑力之外没有其它功能，其结构简单，功能单一，目前国内车型侧向气囊一般只存在于顶配车型上，对于中低配车型因为没有侧气囊，所以侧向碰撞安全性较弱。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决上述存在的问题，提供一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕，解决普通汽车座椅的头枕除了可以给乘坐者提供后侧支撑力之外没有其它功能，其结构简单，功能单一，目前国内车型侧向气囊一般只存在于顶配车型上，对于中低配车型因为没有侧气囊，所以侧向碰撞安全性较弱的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕，包括头枕本体，头枕本体外表面包裹有皮质外套，头枕本体位于外侧面设置有连接板，连接板外侧壁近前端固定连接有侧向安全气囊，头枕本体外侧面上开设有若干个用于连接固定连接板的安装卡孔，连接板内侧面对应安装卡孔位置固定连接有连接杆，连接杆侧壁上开设有用于配合安装卡孔的环形卡槽，连接板通过连接杆插入安装卡孔与头枕本体外侧面固定连接，连接板内侧面设置有用于控制侧向安全气囊打开的按压式控制开关，皮质外套前侧面近两侧均固定连接有用于提升乘客头部舒适度和安全性的皮质护翼，头枕本体底部固定连接有两根用于连接汽车座椅的插接杆，插接杆下端均活动连接有固定杆，固定杆外侧壁上均开设有两个用于与汽车座椅卡接固定卡槽。
进一步地，为了方便收纳，插接杆和固定杆长度相同。
进一步地，为了提升安全性，连接板内侧面与头枕本体外侧面之间没有间隙。
进一步地，为了延长使用寿命，插接杆和固定杆外表面均固定连接有抗氧化涂层。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明的一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕通过在外侧面卡接固定侧向安全气囊，通过连接板内侧的按压式控制开关控制侧向安全气囊激活和打开，并且通过连接板内侧连接杆卡入安装卡孔与头枕本体固定连接，通过皮质外套两侧的皮质护翼来提升乘客头部舒适性和侧向安全气囊打开时的安全性，从而大大降低侧向安全气囊的安装和更换成本。

如图1和图2所示的一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕，包括头枕本体1，头枕本体1外表面包裹有皮质外套2，头枕本体1位于外侧面设置有连接板3，连接板3外侧壁近前端固定连接有侧向安全气囊4，头枕本体1外侧面上开设有两个用于连接固定连接板的安装卡孔5，连接板3内侧面对应安装卡孔5位置固定连接有连接杆6，连接杆6侧壁上开设有用于配合安装卡孔5的环形卡槽7，连接板3通过连接杆6插入安装卡孔5与头枕本体1外侧面固定连接，连接板3内侧面设置有用于控制侧向安全气囊4打开的按压式控制开关8，皮质外套2前侧面近两侧均固定连接有用于提升乘客头部舒适度和安全性的皮质护翼9，头枕本体1底部固定连接有两根用于连接汽车座椅的插接杆10，插接杆10下端均活动连接有固定杆11，固定杆11外侧壁上均开设有两个用于与汽车座椅卡接固定卡槽12。

1.一种具有分体式侧气囊的汽车座椅头枕，包括头枕本体(1)，其特征是：所述的头枕本体(1)外表面包裹有皮质外套(2)，头枕本体(1)位于外侧面设置有连接板(3)，所述的连接板(3)外侧壁近前端固定连接有侧向安全气囊(4)，所述的头枕本体(1)外侧面上开设有若干个用于连接固定连接板(3)的安装卡孔(5)，所述的连接板(3)内侧面对应安装卡孔(5)位置固定连接有连接杆(6)，所述的连接杆(6)侧壁上开设有用于配合安装卡孔(5)的环形卡槽(7)，所述的连接板(3)通过连接杆(6)插入安装卡孔(5)与头枕本体(1)外侧面固定连接，连接板(3)内侧面设置有用于控制侧向安全气囊(4)打开的按压式控制开关(8)，所述的皮质外套(2)前侧面近两侧均固定连接有用于提升乘客头部舒适度和安全性的皮质护翼(9)，所述的头枕本体(1)底部固定连接有两根用于连接汽车座椅的插接杆(10)，所述的插接杆(10)下端均活动连接有固定杆(11)，所述的固定杆(11)外侧壁上均开设有两个用于与汽车座椅卡接固定卡槽(12)；所述的插接杆(10)和固定杆(11)长度相同；所述的连接板(3)内侧面与头枕本体(1)外侧面之间没有间隙；所述的插接杆(10)和固定杆(11)外表面均固定连接有抗氧化涂层。
