本发明属于空气弹簧技术领域,具体公开一种改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,包括气囊,所述气囊的上下两端部分别设有上气嘴和下气嘴,所述上气嘴、下气嘴均对应安装有上活塞、下活塞,所述上活塞对应地套在气囊内部位置,所述上活塞外壁套设有与上活塞形成气密封的上压环,所述下活塞对应地套在气囊内部位置,所述下活塞外壁套设有与下活塞形成气密封的下压环;所述气囊内腔的中部位置设有将气囊内腔分成上、下两独立气室的分隔装置。该空气弹簧具有双独立气室,其能确保当其中一个气室漏气功能失效后,另外一个气室仍可正常工作,大大提高产品运行过程中的稳定性,确保汽车座椅高度不会因为空气弹簧的漏气而降低,确保驾车者较好的驾驶安全性。

一种改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧
技术领域
本发明属于空气弹簧技术领域,尤其是涉及一种改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧。
背景技术
空气弹簧在工作时,其气囊的内腔充入压缩空气,形成一个压缩空气气柱。随着振动载荷量的增加,空气弹簧的高度降低,内腔容积减小,空气弹簧的刚度增加,内腔空气柱的有效承载面积将会加大,此时空气弹簧的承载能力增加。而当振动载荷量减小时,空气弹簧的高度升高,内腔容积增大空气弹簧的刚度减小,内腔空气柱的有效承载面积减小,此时空气弹簧的承载能力减小。这样,空气弹簧在有效的行程内,空气弹簧的高度、内腔容积、承载能力随着振动载荷的递增与减小发生了平稳的柔性传递、振幅与震动载荷的高效制约。
现有技术中,空气弹簧工只有一个气室,当该气室漏气失效时,尤其是座椅空气弹簧漏气失效后,座椅下降,驾驶员的视野收窄,影响驾驶安全。
因此,为了预防空气弹簧漏气而造成弹性失效及弹簧整体高度的下降而带来的安全隐患,研发一种具有双独立气室的空气弹簧迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,该空气弹簧具有双独立气室,其能确保当其中一个气室漏气功能失效后,另外一个气室仍可正常工作,大大提高产品运行过程中的稳定性,确保汽车座椅高度不会因为空气弹簧的漏气而降低,确保驾车者较好的驾驶安全性。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明是按以下技术方案实现的:
本发明所述的一种改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,包括气囊,所述气囊从上下两端部分别设有上气嘴和下气嘴,所述上气嘴处安装有带有气孔的上活塞,所述上活塞对应地套在气囊内部位置,所述上活塞外壁套设有与上活塞形成气密封的上压环,所述上压环变形后与气囊固定在一起;所述下气嘴处安装有带有气孔的下活塞,所述下活塞对应地套在气囊内部位置,所述下活塞外壁套设有与下活塞形成气密封的下压环,所述下压环变形后与气囊固定在一起;所述气囊内腔的中部位置设有将气囊内腔分成上、下两独立气室的分隔装置。
作为上述技术的进一步改进,所述分隔装置包括置于气囊内腔中间位置的隔板和套在隔板外圈的中压环,所述中压环和隔板形成气密封,所述中压环变形后与气囊固定。
在本发明中,所述上活塞通过过盈配合或者螺纹与上气嘴连接;所述下活塞通过过盈配合或者螺纹与下气嘴连接。
在本发明中,所述上压环或中压环或下压环为金属圈
在本发明中,所述上气嘴或下气嘴上连接有用于充气或放气的气管。
在本发明中,所述气囊依次是由内层胶、中间两层帘子布及外层胶硫化一起制作而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所述的空气弹簧,通过置于气囊空腔内部的分隔装置将气囊空腔分隔成上下两相互独立的气室,其能有效确保当其中一个气室发生失效漏气时,另外一个气室仍可正常工作,大大提高产品运行过程中的稳定性,确保汽车座椅高度不会因为空气弹簧的漏气而降低,确保驾车者较好的驾驶安全性。
(2)本发明所述的空气弹簧,由于在上下气嘴处均通过安装活塞、及变形的压环与气囊之间的配合关系以保证各处的气密性,有效地提高了空气弹簧的气密性能,减少无故漏气现象的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,包括气囊1,所述气囊1从上下两端部分别设有上气嘴2和下气嘴3,所述上气嘴2处安装有带有气孔的上活塞4,所述上活塞4对应地套在气囊1内部位置,所述上活塞4外壁套设有与上活塞4形成气密封的上压环,所述上压环5变形后与气囊1固定在一起;所述下气嘴3处安装有带有气孔的下活塞6,所述下活塞6对应地套在气囊1内部位置,所述下活塞6外壁套设有与下活塞6形成气密封的下压环7,所述下压环7变形后与气囊1固定在一起;所述气囊1内腔的中部位置设有将气囊1内腔分成上、下两独立气室11、12的分隔装置。
所述上活塞4通过过盈配合或者螺纹与上气嘴2连接,同样地,所述下活塞6通过过盈配合或者螺纹与下气嘴3连接,以提高空气弹簧的气密性能。
所述分隔装置包括置于气囊1内腔中间位置的隔板8和套在隔板8外圈的中压环9,所述中压环9和隔板8形成气密封,所述中压环9变形后与气囊1固定。
在本发明中,所述上压环5、中压环9、下压环7均可为金属圈,能确保有较好的形变性能。
此外,所述上气嘴2或下气嘴3上连接有用于充气或放气的气管,以方便的进行充气或放气。
在本发明中,所述气囊1依次是由内层胶、中间两层帘子布及外层胶硫化一起制作而成。
以下具体说明本发明所述的汽车座椅用空气弹簧的安装及工作过程:
(1)装配时,将隔板8放入气囊1的中部,通过中压环9形变紧固在一起。上活塞4通过过盈配合或者螺纹与上气嘴2连接,下活塞6与通过过盈配合或者螺纹下气嘴9连接。然后将气囊1上端与上活塞4配合,通过上压环5形变紧固在一起,气囊1下端与下活塞6连接,通过下压环7形变紧固在一起。
(2)工作中,气体通过上气嘴2实现对上气室11实现充放气功能,气体通过气下嘴3实现对下气室12实现充放气功能。当上气室11功能失效时,上活塞4端面顶在隔板8的上端面,下气室12正常工作,保证双独立空气弹簧的整体功能有效。而当下气室12功能失效时,下活塞6端面顶在隔板8的下端面上,上气室11正常工作,保证空气弹簧的整体功能有效。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也包含这些改动和变型。

1.一种改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,包括气囊,其特征在于:所述气囊从上下两端部分别设有上气嘴和下气嘴,所述上气嘴处安装有带有气孔的上活塞,所述上活塞对应地套在气囊内部位置,所述上活塞外壁套设有与上活塞形成气密封的上压环,所述上压环变形后与气囊固定在一起;所述下气嘴处安装有带有气孔的下活塞,所述下活塞对应地套在气囊内部位置,所述下活塞外壁套设有与下活塞形成气密封的下压环,所述下压环变形后与气囊固定在一起;
所述气囊内腔的中部位置设有将气囊内腔分成上、下两独立气室的分隔装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,其特征在于:所述分隔装置包括置于气囊内腔中间位置的隔板和套在隔板外圈的中压环,所述中压环和隔板形成气密封,所述中压环变形后与气囊固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,其特征在于:所述上活塞通过过盈配合或者螺纹与上气嘴连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,其特征在于:所述下活塞通过过盈配合或者螺纹与下气嘴连接。
5.根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,其特征在于:所述上压环或中压环或下压环为金属圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,其特征在于:所述上气嘴或下气嘴上连接有用于充气或放气的气管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改进型汽车座椅用空气弹簧,其特征在于:所述气囊依次是由内层胶、中间两层帘子布及外层胶硫化一起制作而成。
