本发明公开了一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料及其制备方法。本发明的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%~73%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~10%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、氰尿酸三聚氰胺5%~8%、POE 4%~7%、ACR助剂2%~6%、活性硫酸钡4%~10%、轻质二氧化硅2%~4%、环氧基改性聚硅氧烷1%~3%、芥酸酰胺1%~2%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%~2%、抗氧剂1010 0.1%~0.5%、硅酮粉0.5%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有优良的阻燃性能、力学强度、抗冲击韧性、耐热稳定性、防老化性等优点,而且表面光洁,耐磨和爽滑效果好,成本低,制备工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,由于它的耐化学药品性高、电绝缘性能好、物理化学性能稳定、价格低廉等优点,目前已广泛应用于电线电缆、管材、包装、地板等众多领域。但聚氯乙烯单纯使用却存在热稳定性差、耐磨性不好、爽滑性低、抗静电性不良等缺陷,将极大地限制了其在各领域中的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种性能优良、成本低和制备工艺简单的耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%~73%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~10%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、氰尿酸三聚氰胺5%~8%、POE 4%~7%、ACR助剂2%~6%、活性硫酸钡4%~10%、轻质二氧化硅2%~4%、环氧基改性聚硅氧烷1%~3%、芥酸酰胺1%~2%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%~2%、抗氧剂1010 0.1%~0.5%、硅酮粉0.5%~1%。
所述聚氯乙烯的平均聚合度在800~1200、重均分子量在50000~120000范围。
所述POE为抗冲改性剂乙烯-辛烯共聚物。
所述ACR助剂为甲基丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物。
所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡。
所述轻质二氧化硅为粒径在2~4μm范围。
所述光稳定剂UV-326为2-(2′-羟基-3′-叔丁基-5′-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑。
所述抗氧剂1010为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
上述一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~30min,再依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;
(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~200℃、螺杆转速在80~150r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有优良的阻燃性能、力学强度、抗冲击韧性、耐热稳定性、防老化性等优点,而且表面光洁,耐磨和爽滑效果好,成本低,制备工艺简单。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10%、钙锌复合稳定剂2%、氰尿酸三聚氰胺8%、POE 7%、ACR助剂6%、活性硫酸钡10%、轻质二氧化硅4%、环氧基改性聚硅氧烷3%、芥酸酰胺2%、光稳定剂UV-326 2%、抗氧剂1010 0.5%、硅酮粉0.5%,所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡,所述轻质二氧化硅为粒径在2~4μm范围。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~30min,再依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~200℃、螺杆转速在80~150r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料。
实施例2:
一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯73%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%、氰尿酸三聚氰胺5%、POE 4%、ACR助剂2%、活性硫酸钡4%、轻质二氧化硅2%、环氧基改性聚硅氧烷1%、芥酸酰胺1%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%、抗氧剂1010 0.1%、硅酮粉0.9%,所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡,所述轻质二氧化硅为粒径在2~4μm范围。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~30min,再依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~200℃、螺杆转速在80~150r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料。

1.一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%~73%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~10%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、氰尿酸三聚氰胺5%~8%、POE 4%~7%、ACR助剂2%~6%、活性硫酸钡4%~10%、轻质二氧化硅2%~4%、环氧基改性聚硅氧烷1%~3%、芥酸酰胺1%~2%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%~2%、抗氧剂1010 0.1%~0.5%、硅酮粉0.5%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述轻质二氧化硅为粒径在2~4μm范围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~30min,再依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;
(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~200℃、螺杆转速在80~150r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种耐磨爽滑抗静电聚氯乙烯复合材料。
