本发明公开了一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯55%~70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~8%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、氯化聚乙烯4%~7%、马来酸酐接枝ABS 3%~8%、活性硫酸钡2%~10%、ACR助剂1%~5%、爽滑剂2%~4%、开口剂1%~2%、抗静电剂1%~3%、光稳定剂1%~2%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、OP蜡0.5%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有优异的力学性能和抗冲击强度,而且抗静电效果好,爽滑、光亮度高,耐候防老化性能好,成本低,热稳定性优良。

一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,由于它的耐化学药品性高、电绝缘性能好、物理化学性能稳定、价格低廉等优点,目前已广泛应用于电线电缆、管材、包装、地板等众多领域。但聚氯乙烯单纯使用却存在热稳定性差、抗冲击强度低、制品表面粗糙、抗静电性不良等缺陷,将极大地限制了其在各领域中的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种综合性能优良、使用效果好和成本低廉的增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯55%~70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~8%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、氯化聚乙烯4%~7%、马来酸酐接枝ABS 3%~8%、活性硫酸钡2%~10%、ACR助剂1%~5%、爽滑剂2%~4%、开口剂1%~2%、抗静电剂1%~3%、光稳定剂1%~2%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、OP蜡0.5%~1%。
所述聚氯乙烯的平均聚合度在800~1200、重均分子量在50000~120000范围。
所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝钛复合偶联剂OL-AT1618活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡。
所述ACR助剂为甲基丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物。
所述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺或/和芥酸酰胺。
所述开口剂为石滑粉、硅藻土、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙中的一种。
所述抗静电剂为高分子永久性抗静电剂,自选聚环氧乙烷PEO、聚醚酯酰胺PEEA、聚醚酯酰亚胺PEAI中的一种或几种。
所述光稳定剂为质量比1:1~2的光稳定剂622与光稳定剂944的复配物,所述光稳定剂622为聚(1-羟乙基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-羟基哌啶)丁二酸酯,所述光稳定剂944为聚{6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)-亚氨基]-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-二基[2-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)-次氨基]-六亚甲基-[4-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)-次氨基]}。
所述抗氧剂为质量比1:1~3的抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的复配物,所述抗氧剂1010为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯,所述抗氧剂168为亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯。
上述一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;
(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~40r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有优异的力学性能和抗冲击强度,而且抗静电效果好,爽滑、光亮度高,耐候防老化性能好,成本低,热稳定性优良。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯55%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%、氯化聚乙烯7%、马来酸酐接枝ABS 8%、活性硫酸钡10%、ACR助剂2%、油酸酰胺4%、石滑粉2%、PEO 3%、光稳定剂2%、抗氧剂0.5%、OP蜡0.5%,所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝钛复合偶联剂OL-AT1618活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡,所述光稳定剂为质量比1:2的光稳定剂622与光稳定剂944的复配物,所述抗氧剂为质量比1:3的抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的复配物。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~40r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。
实施例2:
一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8%、钙锌复合稳定剂2%、氯化聚乙烯4%、马来酸酐接枝ABS 3%、活性硫酸钡2%、ACR助剂5%、芥酸酰胺2%、硅藻土1%、PEEA 1%、光稳定剂1%、抗氧剂0.1%、OP蜡0.9%,所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝钛复合偶联剂OL-AT1618活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡,所述光稳定剂为质量比1:1的光稳定剂622与光稳定剂944的复配物,所述抗氧剂为质量比1:1的抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的复配物。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~40r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。

Claims (8)

1.一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯55%~70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~8%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、氯化聚乙烯4%~7%、马来酸酐接枝ABS 3%~8%、活性硫酸钡2%~10%、ACR助剂1%~5%、爽滑剂2%~4%、开口剂1%~2%、抗静电剂1%~3%、光稳定剂1%~2%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、OP蜡0.5%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述活性硫酸钡为表面经过铝钛复合偶联剂OL-AT1618活化处理、且粒径在0.2~5.0μm范围的沉淀硫酸钡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺或/和芥酸酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述开口剂为石滑粉、硅藻土、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为高分子永久性抗静电剂,自选PEO、PEEA、PEAI中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为质量比1:1~2的光稳定剂622与光稳定剂944的复配物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为质量比1:1~3的抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168的复配物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,依次加入其它组分,搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;
(3)、将步骤(2)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~40r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种增韧爽滑抗静电改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。
