本发明公开了一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂及其制备方法。本发明的一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:氨基硅油4%~8%、羧酸1%~2%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1%、纳米碳酸钙8%~15%、氯化镁6%~9%、硼酸锌4%~8%、纳米二氧化锆0.1%~0.5%、八硼酸钠5%~8%、百菌清6%~9%、聚丙烯酸钠0.5%~2%、聚乙二醇1%~3%、水35%~60%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有渗透性好、抗流失性强、成本低等优点,而且对处理木材具有优良的增韧补强效果,同时赋予木材良好的防腐、防虫、防蛀、阻燃、耐磨、不易开裂和经久耐用等功能,因而具有很高的实用价值和应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及木材处理剂技术领域,具体地说是一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
木材是一种可再生、可再循环利用和可自然降解的绿色材料和生物资源,它具有纹理美观、色泽天然、质感舒适、可塑性好、易于加工等优点。但木材也存在一些缺陷,如由于含水率的变化产生干缩、湿胀,从而引起构件尺寸及形状的变化和强度的降低,易霉变腐朽,易被虫菌蛀蚀,易燃烧等。这些缺陷将极大地限制了木材的应用效果和应用领域。为了得到高性能和高附加值的木材制品,通常在木材使用前均需要对其进行必要的功能性改良,以克服其在力学性能、防腐阻燃性能等方面的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:氨基硅油4%~8%、羧酸1%~2%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1%、纳米碳酸钙8%~15%、氯化镁6%~9%、硼酸锌4%~8%、纳米二氧化锆0.1%~0.5%、八硼酸钠5%~8%、百菌清6%~9%、聚丙烯酸钠0.5%~2%、聚乙二醇1%~3%、水35%~60%。
上述的一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将氨基硅油、羧酸、十二烷基硫酸钠与水混合均匀,然后加入纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化锆,并升温至60℃~85℃,以1500~1800r/min的转速搅拌20~50min,再加入其它剩余组分,在35℃~50℃温度下、以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~30min,然后冷却至室温,即得本发明的一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有渗透性好、抗流失性强、成本低等优点,而且对处理木材具有优良的增韧补强效果,同时赋予木材良好的防腐、防虫、防蛀、阻燃、耐磨、不易开裂和经久耐用等功能,因而具有很高的实用价值和应用前景。

下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:氨基硅油8%、羧酸2%、十二烷基硫酸钠1%、纳米碳酸钙15%、氯化镁9%、硼酸锌8%、纳米二氧化锆0.5%、八硼酸钠8%、百菌清9%、聚丙烯酸钠1.5%、聚乙二醇3%、水35%。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将氨基硅油、羧酸、十二烷基硫酸钠与水混合均匀,然后加入纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化锆,并升温至60℃~85℃,以1500~1800r/min的转速搅拌20~50min,再加入其它剩余组分,在35℃~50℃温度下、以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~30min,然后冷却至室温,即得本发明的一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂。
实施例2:
一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:氨基硅油4%、羧酸1%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%、纳米碳酸钙8%、氯化镁6%、硼酸锌4%、纳米二氧化锆0.5%、八硼酸钠5%、百菌清8%、聚丙烯酸钠1%、聚乙二醇2%、水60%。

1.一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:氨基硅油4%~8%、羧酸1%~2%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1%、纳米碳酸钙8%~15%、氯化镁6%~9%、硼酸锌4%~8%、纳米二氧化锆0.1%~0.5%、八硼酸钠5%~8%、百菌清6%~9%、聚丙烯酸钠0.5%~2%、聚乙二醇1%~3%、水35%~60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将氨基硅油、羧酸、十二烷基硫酸钠与水混合均匀,然后加入纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化锆,并升温至60℃~85℃,以1500~1800r/min的转速搅拌20~50min,再加入其它剩余组分,在35℃~50℃温度下、以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~30min,然后冷却至室温,即得本发明的一种增韧补强的木材防腐剂。
