技术领域
本发明涉及木材处理剂技术领域,具体地说是一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂。
背景技术
木材是一种可再生、可再循环利用和可自然降解的绿色材料和生物资源,它具有纹理美观、色泽天然、质感舒适、可塑性好、易于加工等优点。但木材也存在一些缺陷,如由于含水率的变化产生干缩、湿胀,从而引起构件尺寸及形状的变化和强度的降低,易霉变腐朽,易被虫菌蛀蚀,易燃烧等。这些缺陷将极大地限制了木材的应用效果和应用领域。为了得到高性能和高附加值的木材制品,通常在木材使用前均需要对其进行必要的功能性改良,以克服其在某些方面的缺陷,提升其实用价值等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂,以解决木材自身存在易吸湿、易霉变腐朽、易燃烧等方面的缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:甲基硅油3%~6%、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚0.5%~1%、纳米碳酸钙8%~15%、十二烷基硫酸钠1%~2%、氯化镁6%~10%、七钼酸铵1%~4%、纳米二氧化钛2%~5%、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵3%~6%、八硼酸钠5%~8%、甲基戊烯酮2%~5%、聚丙烯酸钠1%~2%、聚乙二醇2%~6%、水30%~65%。
上述的一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将甲基硅油、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、纳米二氧化钛、聚乙二醇与水混合,在60℃~85℃温度下、以1500~1800r/min的转速搅拌20~50min,然后加入氯化镁和七钼酸铵,在50℃~60℃温度下、以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~15min,再加入双十烷基二甲基氯化铵、八硼酸钠、甲基戊烯酮和聚丙烯酸钠,继续以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~20min,冷却至室温,即得本发明的一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有渗透性好、抗流失性强、耐热稳定性好等优点,而且对处理木材具有良好的防腐阻燃、增韧补强、耐磨、不易开裂和经久耐用等实用效果。

下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:甲基硅油6%、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚1%、纳米碳酸钙15%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、氯化镁10%、七钼酸铵4%、纳米二氧化钛5%、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵6%、八硼酸钠8%、甲基戊烯酮5%、聚丙烯酸钠2%、聚乙二醇6%、水30%。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将甲基硅油、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、纳米二氧化钛、聚乙二醇与水混合,在60℃~85℃温度下、以1500~1800r/min的转速搅拌20~50min,然后加入氯化镁和七钼酸铵,在50℃~60℃温度下、以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~15min,再加入双十烷基二甲基氯化铵、八硼酸钠、甲基戊烯酮和聚丙烯酸钠,继续以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~20min,冷却至室温,即得本发明的一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂。

一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:甲基硅油3%、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚1%、纳米碳酸钙8%、十二烷基硫酸钠1%、氯化镁6%、七钼酸铵1%、纳米二氧化钛2%、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵3%、八硼酸钠5%、甲基戊烯酮2%、聚丙烯酸钠1%、聚乙二醇2%、水65%。

1.一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:甲基硅油3%~6%、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚0.5%~1%、纳米碳酸钙8%~15%、十二烷基硫酸钠1%~2%、氯化镁6%~10%、七钼酸铵1%~4%、纳米二氧化钛2%~5%、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵3%~6%、八硼酸钠5%~8%、甲基戊烯酮2%~5%、聚丙烯酸钠1%~2%、聚乙二醇2%~6%、水30%~65%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将甲基硅油、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、纳米二氧化钛、聚乙二醇与水混合,在60℃~85℃温度下、以1500~1800r/min的转速搅拌20~50min,然后加入氯化镁和七钼酸铵,在50℃~60℃温度下、以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~15min,再加入双十烷基二甲基氯化铵、八硼酸钠、甲基戊烯酮和聚丙烯酸钠,继续以60~120r/min的转速搅拌10~20min,冷却至室温,即得本发明的一种含纳米碳酸钙的木材改性处理剂。
