本发明公开了一种制备防腐抗菌木材的生产方法,包括木材预处理、木材处理剂配备、制备木材处理液、浸渍处理、固化处理、干燥处理和光照处理的步骤,所述木材处理剂按照下列组分配制:钛酸正丁酯20~30质量份、聚乙二醇50~80质量份、冰醋酸0.1~1质量份、水320~400质量份、硅溶胶20~30质量份、硼酸三甲酯10~15质量份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵8~12质量份、多菌灵2~8质量份、异辛醇磷酸酯1~3质量份、十二烷基硫酸钠1~2质量份。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、浸渍效率高、耗能低、环保等优点,而且处理后的木材具有优良的防腐、抗菌功能,其尺寸稳定性好,抗流失性强,强度高,耐热、耐磨性能优良等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木材处理技术领域,具体地说是一种制备防腐抗菌木材的生产方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,社会对木材的需求量日益增加。木材是天然可再生的生物材料,它具有纹理美观、色泽天然、质感舒适、可塑性好、易于加工等优点,目前已广泛应用于室内装修、家具制造、房屋建筑及外部装饰等领域。然而,天然木材由于含有水、细胞、木质素等成分,使其在加工后会慢慢腐烂变色、湿胀干缩、进而变形开裂,同时细菌及霉菌的侵蚀会导致木材发霉、腐烂,这些因素都对木材的综合利用产生不利影响。因此,对木材进行防腐抗菌处理,对延长木材使用寿命、提高木材利用价值、节约木材资源以及增加木材产品功能等方面,将具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单、处理高效、环保的制备防腐抗菌木材的生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种制备防腐抗菌木材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将原木去皮、切锯剖成所需尺寸的规格后,在50℃~80℃的条件下干燥8~24h,控制木材的含水率达8%~25%,然后微波处理10~30min;
(2)、木材处理剂配备:向反应容器依次加入钛酸正丁酯20~30质量份、聚乙二醇50~80质量份、冰醋酸0.1~1质量份,搅拌均匀,然后加入水320~400质量份,再加入硅溶胶20~30质量份、硼酸三甲酯10~15质量份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵8~12质量份、多菌灵2~8质量份、异辛醇磷酸酯1~3质量份、十二烷基硫酸钠1~2质量份,使一起搅拌至均匀分散,制得木材处理剂;
(3)、制备木材处理液:将步骤(2)制得的木材处理剂加入真空加压装置,并加入配制成质量浓度为15wt%~25wt%处理溶液;
(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材置于步骤(3)制备的处理溶液中进行真空浸渍处理,真空度0.08~0.1MPa,保持时间30~60min,然后加压至0.3~0.6MPa,保持时间30~90min,然后取出木材;
(5)、固化处理:将步骤(4)取出的木材置于10℃~40℃的密闭环境下,静置36~72h;
(6)、干燥处理:将步骤(5)得到的木材移至干燥室中,于70℃~95℃的温度下干燥24~48h;
(7)、光照处理:将步骤(6)干燥处理后的木材置于太阳光、紫外灯光、或白炽灯光下静置处理30~60min,即完成制备,得到所述的防腐抗菌木材。
本发明采用溶胶-凝胶法制备防腐抗菌木材,其以木材处理液中的钛酸正丁酯作为前驱体,木材浸渍后,进入木材内部的的钛酸正丁酯与木材中的水发生水解反应,水解产物与木材纤维素发生缩聚反应,从而使得钛与木材纤维素通过化学键稳定结合,固化在木材纤维素上,干燥后木材中的钛离子在使用过程中经过光照,形成具有抗菌活性的TiO2,从而起到抗菌作用,达到抗菌的目的;与此同时,木材处理液中的异辛醇磷酸酯,能够提高对木材的渗透能力和润湿性能,并且处理液中的硼酸三甲酯、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、多菌灵渗入木材后能够在木质中均匀分散附着,提高了木材的防腐、防霉、防虫等功能,处理液中的硅溶胶在浸入木材经干燥后,能够提高木材的硬度、阻燃性和改善其力学性能、提高尺寸稳定性等功能。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、浸渍效率高、耗能低、环保等优点,而且处理后的木材具有优良的防腐、抗菌功能,其尺寸稳定性好,抗流失性强,强度高,耐热、耐磨性能优良等。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种制备防腐抗菌木材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将原木去皮、切锯剖成所需尺寸的规格后,在50℃~80℃的条件下干燥8~24h,控制木材的含水率达8%~25%,然后微波处理10~30min;
(2)、木材处理剂配备:向反应容器依次加入钛酸正丁酯20~30质量份、聚乙二醇50~80质量份、冰醋酸0.1~1质量份,搅拌均匀,然后加入水320~400质量份,再加入硅溶胶20~30质量份、硼酸三甲酯10~15质量份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵8~12质量份、多菌灵2~8质量份、异辛醇磷酸酯1~3质量份、十二烷基硫酸钠1~2质量份,使一起搅拌至均匀分散,制得木材处理剂;
(3)、制备木材处理液:将步骤(2)制得的木材处理剂加入真空加压装置,并加入配制成质量浓度为15wt%~25wt%处理溶液;
(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材置于步骤(3)制备的处理溶液中进行真空浸渍处理,真空度0.08~0.1MPa,保持时间30~60min,然后加压至0.3~0.6MPa,保持时间30~90min,然后取出木材;
(5)、固化处理:将步骤(4)取出的木材置于10℃~40℃的密闭环境下,静置36~72h;
(6)、干燥处理:将步骤(5)得到的木材移至干燥室中,于70℃~95℃的温度下干燥24~48h;
(7)、光照处理:将步骤(6)干燥处理后的木材置于太阳光、紫外灯光、或白炽灯光下静置处理30~60min,即完成制备,得到所述的防腐抗菌木材。
Claims (1)
1.一种制备防腐抗菌木材的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将原木去皮、切锯剖成所需尺寸的规格后,在50℃~80℃的条件下干燥8~24h,控制木材的含水率达8%~25%,然后微波处理10~30min;
(2)、木材处理剂配备:向反应容器依次加入钛酸正丁酯20~30质量份、聚乙二醇50~80质量份、冰醋酸0.1~1质量份,搅拌均匀,然后加入水320~400质量份,再加入硅溶胶20~30质量份、硼酸三甲酯10~15质量份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵8~12质量份、多菌灵2~8质量份、异辛醇磷酸酯1~3质量份、十二烷基硫酸钠1~2质量份,使一起搅拌至均匀分散,制得木材处理剂;
(3)、制备木材处理液:将步骤(2)制得的木材处理剂加入真空加压装置,并加入配制成质量浓度为15wt%~25wt%处理溶液;
