Abstract
本发明公开了一种木材阻燃防腐处理的方法,包括木材预处理、配制阻燃防腐剂、配制阻燃防腐液、浸渍处理和后干燥处理五个步骤,其中,所述阻燃防腐剂是由丙二醇、溴硝丙醇、4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-氯-5-羟基间二甲苯、二硫氰基甲烷、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、N-(2-苯骈咪唑基)-氨基甲酸甲酯、磷酸二铵、硼酸锌、钼酸铵和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚配制而成。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、实用、高效、环保和易于控制等优点,经过处理后的木材在保持原有特性的同时,将具有优异的阻燃、抑烟、防腐、防霉、防虫、抗菌、抗流失等的多功能改性效果,而且性能稳定,无毒环保,可广泛应用于室内外装饰、建筑材料、家具用材等领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木材生产技术领域,具体地说是一种木材阻燃防腐处理的方法。
背景技术
木材作为一种天然可再生的资源,并具有纹理美观、色泽天然、质感舒适、可塑性好、易于加工等优点,因而被作为建筑装修和家具制造的理想材料。但木材由于长期与氧、光、湿气接触,容易被虫菌蛀蚀,而且容易燃烧,这将极大地限制了木材的应用效果和应用领域。因此,木材在使用前,通常需要进行必要的阻燃防腐处理,以提高其使用性能和延长使用寿命等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种操作简单、实用、高效、环保的木材阻燃防腐处理的方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种木材阻燃防腐处理的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将选用的木材进行干燥,使木材的含水率降低到8%~25%;
(2)、配制阻燃防腐剂:在搅拌器中按质量百分数加入以下组分:丙二醇2%~6%、溴硝丙醇1%~3%、4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2%~5%、2-氯-5-羟基间二甲苯6%~12%、二硫氰基甲烷10%~15%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵5%~10%、N-(2-苯骈咪唑基)-氨基甲酸甲酯5%~10%、磷酸二铵10%~20%、硼酸锌5%~10%、钼酸铵1%~4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%~40%,并使一起混合10~20min,然后球磨45~90min,即得到所需的阻燃防腐剂;
(3)、配制阻燃防腐液:将步骤(2)制得的阻燃防腐剂用水稀释至质量百分比浓度为15%~25%混合液;
(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材放入密闭的浸渍处理罐中,抽真空使罐内真空度在-0.08~-0.1MPa,保持30~60min,再将步骤(3)配制的阻燃防腐液注入浸渍处理罐中,并使完全淹没木材,然后解除真空,向处理罐内施加0.7~0.9MPa气压,并加热至40℃~70℃,保持1~4h;
(5)、后干燥处理:解除压力和将温度冷却至室温后,排出剩余的改性液,取出木材风干至表面无明显水迹残留,再移至干燥窑进行干燥,干燥温度70℃~95℃,干燥时间3~7d,然后冷却至室温,即得到含水率为5%~15%的阻燃防腐木材。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、实用、高效、环保和易于控制等优点,经过处理后的木材在保持原有特性的同时,将具有优异的阻燃、抑烟、防腐、防霉、防虫、抗菌、抗流失等的多功能改性效果,而且性能稳定,无毒环保,可广泛应用于室内外装饰、建筑材料、家具用材等领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种木材阻燃防腐处理的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、木材预处理:将选用的木材进行干燥,使木材的含水率降低到8%~25%;(2)、配制阻燃防腐剂:在搅拌器中按质量百分数加入以下组分:丙二醇6%、溴硝丙醇3%、4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮5%、2-氯-5-羟基间二甲苯12%、二硫氰基甲烷15%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵10%、N-(2-苯骈咪唑基)-氨基甲酸甲酯10%、磷酸二铵10%、硼酸锌5%、钼酸铵4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%,并使一起混合10~20min,然后球磨45~90min,即得到所需的阻燃防腐剂;(3)、配制阻燃防腐液:将步骤(2)制得的阻燃防腐剂用水稀释至质量百分比浓度为15%~25%混合液;(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材放入密闭的浸渍处理罐中,抽真空使罐内真空度在-0.08~-0.1MPa,保持30~60min,再将步骤(3)配制的阻燃防腐液注入浸渍处理罐中,并使完全淹没木材,然后解除真空,向处理罐内施加0.7~0.9MPa气压,并加热至40℃~70℃,保持1~4h;(5)、后干燥处理:解除压力和将温度冷却至室温后,排出剩余的改性液,取出木材风干至表面无明显水迹残留,再移至干燥窑进行干燥,干燥温度70℃~95℃,干燥时间3~7d,然后冷却至室温,即得到含水率为5%~15%的阻燃防腐木材。

1.一种木材阻燃防腐处理的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将选用的木材进行干燥,使木材的含水率降低到8%~25%;
(2)、配制阻燃防腐剂:在搅拌器中按质量百分数加入以下组分:丙二醇2%~6%、溴硝丙醇1%~3%、4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2%~5%、2-氯-5-羟基间二甲苯6%~12%、二硫氰基甲烷10%~15%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵5%~10%、N-(2-苯骈咪唑基)-氨基甲酸甲酯5%~10%、磷酸二铵10%~20%、硼酸锌5%~10%、钼酸铵1%~4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%~40%,并使一起混合10~20min,然后球磨45~90min,即得到所需的阻燃防腐剂;
(3)、配制阻燃防腐液:将步骤(2)制得的阻燃防腐剂用水稀释至质量百分比浓度为15%~25%混合液;
(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材放入密闭的浸渍处理罐中,抽真空使罐内真空度在-0.08~-0.1MPa,保持30~60min,再将步骤(3)配制的阻燃防腐液注入浸渍处理罐中,并使完全淹没木材,然后解除真空,向处理罐内施加0.7~0.9MPa气压,并加热至40℃~70℃,保持1~4h;
(5)、后干燥处理:解除压力和将温度冷却至室温后,排出剩余的改性液,取出木材风干至表面无明显水迹残留,再移至干燥窑进行干燥,干燥温度70℃~95℃,干燥时间3~7d,然后冷却至室温,即得到含水率为5%~15%的阻燃防腐木材。
