本发明的目的是一种具有气动传动的自清洁伸缩清洗头,被设计成用于高效地清洗在制药及食品行业中用于制备溶液的器皿或容器和中间构件,所述溶液处于高达6巴的超压状态,其中本发明的清洗头的构造方案提供一种对清洗头简单且高效的自清洁。本发明属于国际专利分类的B 08 9/093分组。
本发明成功解决的技术问题是清洗头的构造方案和实施例,所述清洗头应允许清洗具有压力的各种器皿和/或系统,并且除此之外,在已经完成器皿和/或系统的清洗之后应能预见到清洗头的自清洗。
在专利文献DK201170365中公开了具有气动传动的清洗头的已知的实施例。用于清洗器皿的清洗头包括本体和清洗插件,所述本体适配成连接到器皿的壁,并且所述清洗插件在所述本体内移动并且能确保相对于本体的两个极端位置。在一个极端位置,清洗插件缩回到本体中并且密封清洗头的本体与清洗插件之间的接触,当插件处于前进位置时,进行清洗。这种实施例的缺点在于清洗剂或器皿的内容物的残留仍然存在于清洗插件的底座和垫圈的接触表面上

气动传动的伸缩清洗头1以这样一种方式实施:清洗头在清洗期间的打开和关闭通过压缩空气(2至5巴)来执行,压缩空气通过后侧的连接件4供应到清洗头1的气缸(清洗头1的组成部件)。在棒2的端部设有具有清洗喷嘴的环5,具有凹槽3'的环形元件3可枢转地设置在环5上。由于棒2的前部以及具有凹槽3'的旋转环形元件3的构造特殊,本发明的清洗头1可以设计成用于在制药及食品行业中制备溶液的系统和器皿的各种位置上使用,所述溶液处于高达6巴的超压状态。
环形元件3具有周向设置的密封环3a,该密封环在棒2伸出时暴露于清洗,然而该密封环提供其适应的边缘(图2的细节B)用于在棒2缩回到清洗头1的本体中时完美地密封。
在清洗期间,本发明的清洗头1能够在关闭位置浸入液体或粉末介质中。在系统或器皿清空之后,清洗剂输送到清洗头1或棒2的内部。通过经由气缸后侧的连接件4供应压缩空气,棒2移动到打开位置,并且环5开始围绕其轴旋转。环5设有钻孔,所述钻孔设置成各种角度并且偏离旋转轴,并且因此在环5旋转时可以清洗系统或器皿的大部分(158°锥体)。清洗环5的上下两侧分别设有呈斜向设置的钻孔,且两钻孔互对称设置,两钻孔所喷射出的液体喷射起始部与密封环的外侧和密封环上的边缘部分直接接触。
环形元件3上的凹槽3'(深槽形状)使环形元件3旋转并且因此在环形元件与棒2的前部(接触密封表面)之间完美地清洗。
与已知的实施例相比,本发明的清洗头1在清洗系统或器皿期间提供用于高效且完美地清洗将清洗头1装入其中的底座(在开口的开头处),并且清洗所述清洗头与棒2之间的接触密封表面。这使通过在其他已知的清洗头中不存在的具有凹槽的环形元件3成为可能。
本发明的清洗头1通过焊接在外盖或管上的连接件6安装在系统或器皿中,清洗头1通过颈圈7固定在系统或器皿中。
由于清洗够不到棒2的前表面(由于结构方案的限制),在各种位置推荐安装至少两个本发明的清洗头1:一个清洗头1清洗前表面,并且另一个清洗头1清洗其他表面,反之亦然。图5和图6示出了这种类型的安装。
由于双侧工作的气缸(通过径向连接件4供应压缩空气),单个清洗头1可以在清洗期间关闭(循环工作)。因此可以选择单个清洗头1的工作顺序和工作时间,并且也可以影响清洗的效率和成本效率(消耗更少的水、清洗剂和能量)。
当在将要监控清洗的条件下(打开-关闭)使用本发明的清洗头1时,具有两个位置指示器9,9'的支撑体8设置在清洗头1的气缸的后部,所述指示器表示状态清洗,而不是清洗。本发明的清洗头1进一步允许干燥将清洗头装入其中的系统或器皿。在这种情况下,通过清洗头吹送热的过滤空气(最高90℃)而不是清洗剂。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有气动传动的自清洁伸缩清洗头(1),其中所述自清洁伸缩清洗头(1)设有具有清洗环(5)的活动棒(2),其特征在于,在所述清洗环(5)上的所述活动棒(2)的端部可枢转地设置具有凹槽(3’)的环形元件(3),所述凹槽(3’)使所述环形元件(3)旋转,所述环形元件(3)具有周向设置的密封环(3a),密封环(3a)上具有凹槽(3’);具有两个位置指示器(9,9')的支撑体(8)设置在所述自清洁伸缩清洗头(1)的气缸的后部;密封环提供其适应的边缘用于在活动棒(2)缩回到清洗头(1)的本体中时进行密封;清洗环(5)的上下两侧分别设有呈斜向设置的钻孔,且两钻孔互对称设置,两钻孔所喷射出的液体喷射起始部与密封环的外侧和密封环上的边缘部分直接接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁伸缩清洗头(1),
其特征在于,
至少两个自清洁伸缩清洗头(1)以这样一种方式在不同位置安装在器皿、容器和/或中间构件中:一个自清洁伸缩清洗头(1)清洗所述活动棒(2)的前表面,并且其他的自清洁伸缩清洗头(1)清洗其他表面,反之亦然。
