本发明的目的在于提供一种具有滋补养生功效的药酒，其各种中药成分均无毒，且不含任何人造添加剂，口感较佳，同时调整各味中药成分配伍，可长期饮用不上火，达到温和滋补、调理身体的疗效；而且本发明重点使用了八月札、仙鹤草、卷柏三味中药配伍，可较有效地防止肿瘤的发生，与其它滋补类药酒相比具有更显著的功效。酌量常饮可有以下效果：清诸火、利耳目、补肝肾、强筋骨、祛瘀寒、行气血、化食积、润便秘、降三高、增免疫、抑病毒、防肿瘤、生津液、消郁烦、利关节、除酸痛、疏经络、调脾胃、通血脉、乌须发、固肾精、健脾气、安心神、益脑智、治眩晕、克麻木、治痛经、疗淋浊、扫疹癣、清疮痈。
具体技术方案如下：
一种滋补药酒，具体成分包括：葛根0.18％，菊花0.18％，黄芪0.3％，牛膝0.18％，钩藤0.12％，杜仲0.3％，桂枝0.18％，茯苓0.3％，山药0.3％，党参0.3％，八月札0.3％，白芍0.12％，仙鹤草0.24％，大枣1.2％，槐花0.24％，卷柏0.18％，生山楂0.3％，木香0.12％，红花0.18％，桃仁0.12％，龙眼肉0.6％，酸枣仁0.24％，蛇床子0.18％，菟丝子0.3％，巴戟天0.3％，肉苁蓉0.18％，当归0.18％，何首乌0.18％，枸杞0.6％，桑椹0.3％，芡实0.3％，熟地黄0.24％，黄精0.3％，淫羊藿0.4％，锁阳0.18％，女贞子0.18％，黑芝麻0.3％，沙苑子0.24％，其余为52度以上的高度纯粮酒；将上述中药成分与高度纯粮酒密封浸泡10-20天制成所述滋补药酒。
具体组分配伍关系及药效详见以下：
一、[葛根、菊花、黄芪]
药理作用：1，葛根黄酮对脑血管有较明显的扩张作用。2，有轻度的降压作用。3，有明显的解热作用。4，有镇痛作用。5，对痢疾杆菌有抑制作用。6，服用葛根后第一小时血糖较正常值稍微升高，第二小时后降至正常值稍低，第四五小时后降低最明显。7，葛根异黄酮具有女性激素样作用，故有避孕功能。
功效主治：一，解肌发表：1，风热感冒。2，癍疹不透。3，凉血降压。4，通阳解肌。5，益气升清，治耳鸣耳聋。二，除烦止咳：清胃泻火，养阴生津。三，清热解毒：1，健脾益胃，治水谷不化，大便溏泻，厌食腹胀。2，凉血止痢。3，清泻肺热，凉血止血，治衄血。4，新鲜葛根外用或内服，均能清热解毒，凉血止血，止痛，排脓。
配伍应用：葛根配菊花，二者相伍，对于肝郁化火所致的目赤肿痛，血压升高，视物模糊，头晕头痛均有较满意的治疗功效。葛根配黄芪，二药相配，增加补虚清热之功，对于脾肺肾虚弱而引起的耳鸣耳聋均有显著的疗效。
二、[牛膝、钩藤、杜仲、桂枝]
药理作用：1，牛膝所含的昆虫变态甾体激素具有较强的蛋白质合成促进作用。2，牛膝煎剂有短暂的降压作用，其机制主要在于组织胺的释放。3，对子宫有兴奋作用。4，对肠管有轻度的抑制和解痛作用。5，有一定的抗炎及镇痛作用。6，有轻度的利尿作用。7，能使高血糖降低，并能改善肝功，降低血浆胆固醇。
功效主治：一：活血祛淤：1，调冲任，治痛经。2，消腹部肿块。3，治产后腹痛。二：补肝肾，强筋骨：1，补肝肾而宜阴，强筋骨而治痿症。2，治疗因风寒湿热等外邪侵入人体，闭阻经络而造成的关节酸痛，麻木，屈伸不利，关节肿大等痹症。3，牛膝性善走下，用治下半身腰膝酸痛尤为见效。
配伍应用：牛膝配钩藤，二药伍用，清上引下，降血压甚效。脑血管痉挛，头胀头痛，半身麻木均宜使用。配杜仲，二药相须为用，增强补肝肾，强筋骨之药力，为腰腿疼痛，两足无力之症所常用。配桂枝，二药合用，入血分，上下同治，共增祛瘀散寒，活血止痛之功，用治风寒引起的脊背，腰腿疼痛，或气血寒滞之经闭，痛经。
三、[茯苓(桂枝)、山药、党参、(黄芪)]
药理作用：1，镇静。2，利尿。3，降血糖。4，强心。5，对金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌，变形杆菌有抑制作用。6，具有明显的增强免疫功能的作用，对肿瘤有一定的抑制作用。
功效主治：一：渗湿利水：1，小便不利。2，水肿。3，消渴。4，淋浊。二：健脾和胃：1，食少。2，便溏。3，呕哕。4，痰饮咳逆。5，眩晕。三：宁心安神：1，心悸。2，失眠。3，小儿惊痫。4，强筋益髓。
配伍应用：茯苓配桂枝，二药配对有较强的利水除湿作用。配山药，二药配对，茯苓得山药则利湿而不伤阴，山药得茯苓则补脾而不留湿。配党参，二药同用可以加强健脾益气之功效，且籍茯苓利湿之功，可防党参壅滞之弊。配黄芪，二药相伍则健脾益气之功加强，有较强的利水消肿作用。
四、[八月札、白芍]
药理作用：1，对大肠，痢疾，结核杆菌有一定的抑制作用。2，能解除平滑肌痉挛，治疗尿路结石，缓解胃肠道胀闷，增强消化能力。3，对消化系统肿瘤有较好抑制作用。
功效主治：一：疏肝和胃：1，解肝郁，清火通滞。2，胃热食呆。二：活血止痛：1，腰痛。2，肋痛。3，疝气痛。4，痛经。三：八月扎其性寒凉，子实沉降，清利下焦湿热，可助膀胱气化，有利尿通淋之功。四：开窍宁心，解烦止渴。
配伍应用：八月扎配白芍，二药相伍，疏肝解郁，健脾合营，气血兼顾，肝脾并治，故为调和肝脾佳对。
五、[仙鹤草、大枣、槐花]
药理作用：仙鹤草具有稳定而显著的抗肿瘤作用。
功效主治：1，收敛止血。2，补虚止痢。3，杀虫解毒。4，解毒截疟。5，活血消肿。
配伍应用：仙鹤草配大枣，补脾益气养血，可治体虚无力，配槐花，两药常相须为用，有清热凉血，止血的功效，可治疗大便出血。
六、[卷柏、(牛膝)]
药理作用：有较高的抗癌活性作用，对较小的肿瘤疗效最好。
功效主治：1，破血散瘀。2，活血止血。3，止咳化痰。4，通经活络。
配伍应用：卷柏配牛膝，两药相须为用，补肝肾，行气血，强筋壮骨。利关节，治腰膝酸痛，下肢痿软，效果良好。
七、生山楂、木香
药理作用：1，有一定的降血压作用。2，有一定的强心作用。3，有降血脂作用。4，对急性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。5，有抗菌作用。
功效主治：一：消食化积。二：行气散瘀。
配伍应用：山楂配木香，二药相伍，消积化滞，行气止痛之力增强。
八、[红花、桃仁]
药理作用：1，提高耐缺氧能力，改善心脏功能。2，有较好的降压作用。3，可降低血清中总胆固醇总脂，三硝酸甘油，及非脂化脂肪酸的水平。
功效主治：1，活血化瘀。2，通经止痛。3，调血活血。
配伍应用：红花配桃仁，二药合用破血祛瘀之力更甚，通经而止痛，治妇女各种淤血病症。
九、[龙眼肉、酸枣仁]
药理作用：有抑菌，镇静和健胃的作用
功效主治：1，补益心脾。2，养血安神。3，润肺止咳。
配伍应用：配酸枣仁，二药相须为用，补益心脾，养血和营，安神益智之功甚著。
十、[蛇床子、菟丝子、(杜仲)]
药理作用：1，有类似性激素样作用。2，有驱虫作用，3，有抗真菌作用。4，能抑制病毒的繁殖。
功效主治：一：温肾壮阳：1，肾虚阳痿。2，宫冷不孕。二：散寒祛湿：1，寒湿带下。2，湿痹腰痛3，湿热毒疮。4，湿廨瘙痒。
配伍应用：蛇床子配菟丝子，二药相伍既补肾阳，又补肾阴，为阴阳俱补之品。配杜仲，二药合用增强祛湿除痹，壮肾强腰之功效。
十一、[巴戟天、(杜仲)、(菟丝子)]
药理作用：有一定的降压，安定，利尿作用。
功效主治：1，温肾助阳。2，祛风除湿。3，补虚劳，强筋骨。
配伍应用：巴戟天配杜仲，二药合用精血并补，筋骨益盛，并可祛风湿，对于肝肾不足其效甚。配菟丝子，二药合用，补肾之力增强而不增加温燥，且能固精，又可肝肾同补。
十二、[肉苁蓉、当归、(马戟天)、(黄芪)、(牛膝)]
药理作用：有降血压作用，能促进唾液的分泌。
功效主治：1，补肾助阳。2，润肠通便。3，虚寒泻泄。4，软坚散结。
配伍应用：肉苁蓉配当归，二药伍用，相互促进，养血润燥，增水行舟。降下无伤元气，温润不灼阴液。对老人阳气虚弱，精血不足之便秘，最为适宜。配巴戟天，二药合用，润燥相宜，具有补火而无燥水之妙。配黄芪，二药伍用，肉苁蓉可载黄芪之气力达于肾，共举补肾气助肾阳之效。配牛膝，二药相伍，增强温肾壮阳之力，牛膝善行走下，可引药下行，苁蓉治肾必防心，以牛膝配之，即不入心。
十三、[何首乌、枸杞、(牛膝)、桑椹]
药理作用：1，有降血脂的作用。2，对血糖有一定影响，服用后，血糖先升高，然后逐渐降低。3，有抗菌作用。
功效主治：1，补益肝肾。2，泻肝风。3，清热解毒。
配伍应用：何首乌配枸杞，二药相配，可治肝肾不足引起的腰膝酸痛，白发不华。配牛膝，可用于肝血不足引起的头晕目眩，肢体麻木。配桑葚，二药都能益精，养阴血。
十四、[沙苑子、(菊花)、(杜仲)、芡实]
药理作用：1，有降低血压，减慢心率的作用，同时能增加脑血流量，降低胸血管阻力。2，有降低肝糖元，肝总蛋白及甘油三酯的作用。3，有抗衰老的作用。
功效主治：1，补肾固精。2，养肝明目。
配伍应用：沙苑子配菊花，两药合用，一滋一清，滋养肝肾，清热明目。配杜仲，两药合用，补肾强筋，治肾虚腰痛。配芡实，两药相配，补肾固精，健脾止泻。
十五、[熟地黄、(当归)、(桑椹)]
药理作用：1，有凝血作用。2，有强心作用。3，有利尿作用。4，有降低血糖的作用。5，对真菌有一定的抑制作用。
功效主治：1，滋肾养肝。2，治阴虚咳嗽。3，治消渴。4，补血调经。
配伍应用：熟地黄配当归，二者伍用，滋补肝肾之功大增，使血和气降而诸症自愈。
十六、[黄精、(党参)]
药理作用：1，有明显的抗菌作用。2，对疱症病毒，流感病毒和腺病毒有明显的抑制作用。3，延长寿命。4，黄精水提取物能显著增加T细胞百分率，并增强其免疫功能。5，黄精其功效于维生素C相当，有抗脂质过氧化的作用。6，有降压及降血脂的作用。可改善动脉粥样硬化病灶。7，对消化系统黄精提取液可抑制胃肠平滑肌痉挛，对肝脏具有保护功能，有明显的抗肝损伤和升高血清蛋白的作用还有抗脂肪肝和乙型肝炎表面抗原的作用。8，有降血糖的作用。
功效主治：1，肺阴虚咳嗽。2，治肺痨咳血。3，益精壮筋骨(多与枸杞，熟地。当归，首乌相配)4，治内热消渴。5，治脾胃虚弱。
配伍应用：黄精配党参，二药合用，补脾益气之力倍增。
十七、[淫羊藿、(巴戟天)]
药理作用：1，对性机能有明显改善。2，扩张冠状动脉。3，有明显持久的降压作用。4，能镇咳，祛痰平喘。5，有抗菌和抗病毒的作用。6，有抗炎作用。
功效主治：1.补肾助阳。2，强筋健骨。3，祛风除湿。4，洗疮杀虫。5，消瘰化痈。
配伍应用：淫羊藿配巴戟天，二药相须为用，补火助阳之力更胜，为治肾阳虚的佳品。
十八、[锁阳、(肉苁蓉)]
药理作用：本品有润肠作用。
功效主治：1，补肾助阳。2，强壮筋骨。3，润肠通便。
配伍应用：锁阳配肉苁蓉，两药同为一类，相伍则药力尤佳。
十九、[女贞子、黑芝麻、(山药)]
药理作用：1，有升高白细胞的作用，对放化疗所致的白细胞减少有升高作用。2，对免疫功能的作用，女贞子有促进健康人淋巴细胞母细胞的转化作用。3，有抗宫颈癌的作用。
功效主治：一：补益肝肾：1，治耳鸣耳聋。2，头晕。3，腰膝酸软。4，须发早白。
配伍应用：女贞子配黑芝麻，两药合用，滋养肝肾，用治津枯血燥，病后虚弱，肾亏肝旺，虚风头眩，须发早白。配山药，二药合用，健脾益肾，不燥不热，寒温适宜，适于久服。
注：以上十九组配伍，小括号内所列之药为前面配伍已有之药。
具体实施方式
下面本发明进行详细描述，其为本发明多种实施方式中的一种优选实施例。
称取葛根9g，菊花9g，黄芪15g，牛膝9g，钩藤6g，杜仲15g，桂枝9g，茯苓15g，山药15g，党参15g，八月札15g，白芍6g，仙鹤草12g，大枣60g，槐花12g，卷柏9g，生山楂15g，木香6g，红花9g，桃仁6g，龙眼肉30g，酸枣仁12g，蛇床子9g，菟丝子15g，巴戟天15g，肉苁蓉9g，当归9g，何首乌9g，枸杞30g，桑椹15g，芡实15g，熟地黄12g，黄精15g，淫羊藿20g，锁阳9g，女贞子9g，黑芝麻15g，沙苑子12g，然后加入52度纯粮酒得到总重量为5000g的原料药酒，密封浸泡10天后制成。

1.一种滋补药酒，其特征在于所述滋补药酒由葛根，菊花，黄芪，牛膝，钩藤，杜仲，桂枝，茯苓，山药，党参，八月札，白芍，仙鹤草，大枣，槐花，卷柏，生山楂，木香，红花，桃仁，龙眼肉，酸枣仁，蛇床子，菟丝子，巴戟天，肉苁蓉，当归，何首乌，枸杞，桑椹，芡实，熟地黄，黄精，淫羊藿，锁阳，女贞子，黑芝麻，沙苑子和52度以上纯粮酒组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滋补药酒，其特征在于各组分的质量百分含量为葛根0.18％，菊花0.18％，黄芪0.3％，牛膝0.18％，钩藤0.12％，杜仲0.3％，桂枝0.18％，茯苓0.3％，山药0.3％，党参0.3％，八月札0.3％，白芍0.12％，仙鹤草0.24％，大枣1.2％，槐花0.24％，卷柏0.18％，生山楂0.3％，木香0.12％，红花0.18％，桃仁0.12％，龙眼肉0.6％，酸枣仁0.24％，蛇床子0.18％，菟丝子0.3％，巴戟天0.3％，肉苁蓉0.18％，当归0.18％，何首乌0.18％，枸杞0.6％，桑椹0.3％，芡实0.3％，熟地黄0.24％，黄精0.3％，淫羊藿0.4％，锁阳0.18％，女贞子0.18％，黑芝麻0.3％，沙苑子0.24％，余量为52度以上的高度纯粮酒。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的滋补药酒，其特征在于，所述药酒是经各组分混合后密封浸泡10-20天得到。
