砂轮是磨具中使用范围最为广泛的一种工具,主要对金属或非金属工件的型面进行粗磨、半精磨、精磨以及开槽、切断等处理。但随着新材料、新技术的广泛应用,陶瓷砂轮的应用也越来越多,陶瓷砂轮切削锋利、磨削力小的特点,但是陶瓷砂轮打磨的工件亮度不够、同时在打磨的过程中,颗粒的粘附性不够,造成了颗粒的脱落,进而造成了使用寿命的降低,提高了使用成本。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种陶瓷砂轮,具有很好的强度和硬度,同时内部结构的粘附性好,且打磨工件的质量高,光泽度好。
