本发明涉及一种高强度的陶瓷砂轮。
背景技术
砂轮是磨具中使用范围最为广泛的一种工具,主要对金属或非金属工件的型面进行粗磨、半精磨、精磨以及开槽、切断等处理。但随着新材料、新技术的广泛应用,陶瓷砂轮的应用也越来越多,陶瓷砂轮切削锋利、磨削力小的特点,但是陶瓷砂轮打磨的工件亮度不够、同时在打磨的过程中,颗粒的粘附性不够,造成了颗粒的脱落,进而造成了使用寿命的降低,提高了使用成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种陶瓷砂轮,具有很好的强度和硬度,同时内部结构的粘附性好,且打磨工件的质量高,光泽度好。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种高强度的陶瓷砂轮,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氧化铁6-11份,高岭土3-14份,硅酸铝5-10份,锆英砂3.5-8份,偏苯三酸三辛酯2.5-6份,碳化硼微粉6-13份,硼砂3-5份,铬刚玉磨料8-14份,金红石型钛白粉3-10份,硼酸钠1-5份,环氧树脂胶黏剂2.5-4份,氧化锰6-9份,锆刚玉陶瓷球4-11份,氧化锆1-4份,水玻璃粘结剂6-14份,碳酸钙6-10份。
