背景技术
砂轮是磨具中使用范围最为广泛的一种工具,主要对金属或非金属工件的型面进行粗磨、半精磨、精磨以及开槽、切断等处理,在使用时处于高速旋转状态,需要承受较大的冲击力,因此对砂轮的强度、抗冲击性、耐热性以及抗腐性能等均有较高的要求。陶瓷砂是用陶瓷结合剂把磨粒粘结起来,陶瓷砂轮应该具备耐热性能好,切削锋利,磨削效率高,磨削过程中不易发热和堵塞,热膨胀量小,以控制加工精度。但现有的陶瓷砂轮并不能够满足使用需要,颗粒的粘结性不够,容易脱落,同时综合不能不足。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种高耐磨的陶瓷砂轮,具有很好的耐磨性能,硬度大,能够承受很强的冲击力,同时颗粒的粘附性好。
