本发明的目的是提供一种金刚石边缘砂轮，本砂轮采用本配方的材质制成，具有很好的耐磨性和韧性，表面具有金刚石边缘，有更好的强度。
一种金刚石边缘砂轮，包括白水泥4-9份、二氧化硅5-9份、三氧化二铝5-12份、高铝水泥5-8份、砂子6-12份、氧化锌4-8份、氧化锰0.2-0.8份、碳酸氢钙8-13份、氧化硅3-8份、硅藻土2-6份和磷酸钠6-8份。
上述材料混合以后经过热压成型为砂轮，在砂轮边缘4-9毫米处，固定有厚度为1-1.6微米的金刚砂，金刚砂的粒度为100-200目。
其优点在于：
本配方配料合理，制作的砂轮在边缘设有一层金刚砂层，有更强的强度和更高的寿命，虽然成本较高，但是可以磨削贵重和需要精致加工的工件。
实施例1
一种金刚石边缘砂轮，包括白水泥4份、二氧化硅5份、三氧化二铝5份、高铝水泥5份、砂子6份、氧化锌4份、氧化锰0.2份、碳酸氢钙8份、氧化硅3份、硅藻土2份和磷酸钠6份。
上述材料混合以后经过热压成型为砂轮，在砂轮边缘4毫米处，固定有厚度为1微米的金刚砂，金刚砂的粒度为100目。

上述材料混合以后经过热压成型为砂轮，在砂轮边缘9毫米处，固定有厚度为1.6微米的金刚砂，金刚砂的粒度为200目。

一种金刚石边缘砂轮，包括白水泥8份、二氧化硅6份、三氧化二铝11份、高铝水泥6份、砂子10份、氧化锌5份、氧化锰0.4份、碳酸氢钙12份、氧化硅5份、硅藻土4份和磷酸钠7份
上述材料混合以后经过热压成型为砂轮，在砂轮边缘8毫米处，固定有厚度为1.4微米的金刚砂，金刚砂的粒度为120目。
实施例4
一种金刚石边缘砂轮，包括白水泥9份、二氧化硅8份、三氧化二铝10份、高铝水泥6份、砂子11份、氧化锌8份、氧化锰0.7份、碳酸氢钙9份、氧化硅4份、硅藻土4份和磷酸钠7份。
上述材料混合以后经过热压成型为砂轮，在砂轮边缘5毫米处，固定有厚度为1.2微米的金刚砂，金刚砂的粒度为150目。

1.一种金刚石边缘砂轮，其特征在于：包括白水泥4-9份、二氧化硅5-9份、三氧化二铝5-12份、高铝水泥5-8份、砂子6-12份、氧化锌4-8份、氧化锰0.2-0.8份、碳酸氢钙8-13份、氧化硅3-8份、硅藻土2-6份和磷酸钠6-8份；
上述材料混合以后经过热压成型为砂轮，在砂轮边缘4-9毫米处，固定有厚度为1-1.6微米的金刚砂，金刚砂的粒度为100-200目。
