基于卤代烃的流体由此已经发现在各种工业领域中的许多应用,特别是作为传热流体、推进剂、发泡剂、起泡剂、气态电介质、单体或聚合介质、支承流体(support fluids)、研磨用试剂、干燥剂和用于能量生产单元的流体。
特别重要的是对环境具有低影响的流体。
使用共沸或准共沸流体的优势为,它们在蒸发过程期间不分馏并且作为(几乎)纯(单一)主体(body)起作用。然而,难以鉴别满足这些特性的新流体,因为不能预测共沸物。
本发明的主题为包括化合物2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和1,2-二氟乙烯的共沸或准共沸组合物。
在下文中,以下化合物代表:
-2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯:HFO-1234yf或1234yf
-1,2-二氟乙烯:HFO-1132或1132
表述“准共沸”具有宽泛的意义,且意图包括严格共沸的组合物和表现为共沸混合物的那些。
当在露点的压力等于在泡点(始沸点)的压力时混合物是共沸的,这意味着蒸汽组成等于冷凝液体的组成。
当在露点的压力和在泡点的压力之间的压力差小于或等于5%(基于在泡点的压力)时,则认为混合物是准共沸的。
根据一种实施方式,根据本发明的组合物包括45-90摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和55-10摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯,优选基本上由45-90摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和55-10摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯组成。
根据一种实施方式,根据本发明的组合物包括55-80摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和45-20摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯,优选基本上由55-80摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和45-20摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯组成。
根据一种特别优选的实施方式,根据本发明的组合物包括在-30℃至56℃的温度和1至15巴的压力下的62-69摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和38-31摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯,优选基本上由在-30℃至56℃的温度和1至15巴的压力下的62-69摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和38-31摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯组成。
根据另一种实施方式,根据本发明的组合物至少包括氟化氢。
根据一种实施方式,根据本发明的组合物包括10-55摩尔%的HF、30-75摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和15-40摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯,优选基本上由10-55摩尔%的HF、30-75摩尔%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和15-40摩尔%的1,2-二氟乙烯组成。
本发明还涉及包含根据本发明的组合物的流体作为传热流体、推进剂、发泡剂、起泡剂、气态电介质、单体或聚合介质、支承流体、研磨用试剂、干燥剂和用于能量生产单元的流体的用途。
优选地,本发明涉及包含根据本发明的组合物的流体作为传热流体在热泵或制冷设备中的用途。
本发明还涉及包括蒸汽压缩回路的传热设备,所述蒸汽压缩回路含有包含根据本发明的组合物的流体作为传热流体或含有如上所述的传热流体。
根据一种实施方式,该设备选自用于经由热泵加热、用于空气调节、和特别是用于机动车空气调节或用于集中式固定空气调节、用于制冷或用于冷冻和兰金(Rankine)循环的移动或固定设备,并且其优选为空气调节设备。
本发明还涉及用于通过含有传热流体的蒸汽压缩回路加热或冷却流体或物体的方法,所述方法依次包括传热流体的蒸发、传热流体的压缩、热流体的冷凝和传热流体的膨胀,其中该传热流体是包含根据本发明的组合物的流体。
表述“传热流体”理解为意指在蒸汽压缩回路中能够通过在低温和低压下蒸发来吸收热量且能够通过在高温和高压下冷凝来释放热量的流体。
传热流体任选地包含并非用于设想的应用的传热化合物的一种或多种添加剂。特别地,所述添加剂可选自润滑剂、纳米颗粒、稳定剂、表面活性剂、示踪剂、荧光剂、气味剂(odorous agents)和增溶剂,正如本领域技术人员公知的那样。
