基于卤代烃的流体由此已经发现在各种工业领域中的许多应用,特别是作为传热流体、推进剂、发泡剂、起泡剂、气态电介质、单体或聚合反应介质、支承流体(supportfluids)、研磨用试剂、干燥剂和用于能量生产单元的流体。
特别重要的是对环境具有低影响的流体。
使用共沸或准共沸流体的优势为,它们在蒸发过程期间不分馏并且作为(几乎)纯(单一)主体(body)起作用。然而,难以鉴别满足这些特性的新流体,因为不能预测共沸物。
本发明的主题为包含化合物1,1-二氟乙烷和3,3,3-三氟丙烯的共沸或准共沸组合物。
在下文中,以下化合物代表:
-1,1-二氟乙烷:HFC-152a或152a
-3,3,3-三氟丙烯:HFO-1243zf或1243zf
表述“准共沸”具有宽泛的意义,且意图包括严格共沸的组合物和表现为共沸混合物的那些。
当在露点的压力等于在泡点(始沸点)的压力时混合物是共沸的,这意味着蒸汽组成等于冷凝液体的组成。

根据一种实施方式,根据本发明的组合物包括20-70摩尔%的1,1-二氟乙烷和80-30摩尔%的3,3,3-三氟丙烯,优选基本上由20-70摩尔%的1,1-二氟乙烷和80-30摩尔%的3,3,3-三氟丙烯组成。
根据一种特别优选的实施方式,根据本发明的组合物包括25-65摩尔%的1,1-二氟乙烷和75-35摩尔%的3,3,3-三氟丙烯,优选基本上由25-65摩尔%的1,1-二氟乙烷和75-35摩尔%的3,3,3-三氟丙烯组成,并且在1至6巴的压力下具有-25℃至25℃的沸点。

优选地,本发明涉及包含根据本发明的组合物的流体作为传热流体在热泵或制冷设备中的用途。
本发明还涉及包括蒸汽压缩回路的传热设备,所述蒸汽压缩回路含有包含根据本发明的组合物的流体作为传热流体或含有如上所述的传热流体。
根据一种实施方式,该设备选自用于经由热泵加热、用于空气调节、和特别是用于机动车空气调节或用于集中式固定空气调节、用于制冷或用于冷冻和兰金(Rankine)循环的移动或固定设备,并且其优选为空气调节设备。
