Abstract

本发明公开了一种导光板,其中所述导光板包括板体以及连接于板体一端的光耦合件,所述光耦合件包括一入光面、与该入光面平行相背的连接面以及分别连接入光面与连接面的顶面和底面;其中,所述连接面与所述板体相连接,所述入光面的宽度大于所述连接面的宽度,所述顶面呈向上突出的楔形斜面,所述底面呈向下突出的楔形斜面;其中,所述入光面上设置有至少一个装配槽。本发明还公开了具有如上导光板的背光模组以及包含该背光模组的液晶显示装置。本发明实施例提供的导光板以及背光模组,通过设置具有双斜面楔形体的光耦合件,可以减少光源正面和底部漏光,提高了光源与导光板的藕光效率。

Description

导光板、背光模组以及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其是一种导光板、包含该导光板的背光模组以及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
随着光电与半导体技术的演进,也带动了平板显示器(Flat Panel Display)的蓬勃发展,而在诸多平板显示器中,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,简称LCD)因具有高空间利用效率、低消耗功率、无辐射以及低电磁干扰等诸多优越特性,已成为市场的主流。液晶显示器通常包括液晶显示面板(Liquid CrystalPanel)与背光模块(Black Light Module,简称BL)。由于液晶显示面板本身并不具备自发光的特性,因此必须将背光模组配置在液晶显示面板下方,以提供液晶显示面板所需的面光源,如此液晶显示面板可借由背光模组提供的面光源而显示影像。
随着消费电子产品的发展,高分辨率产品设计成为了提高产品竞争力的重要方式之一。分辨率的提高会导致产品的穿透率大幅降低,因此对于背光源的亮度要求也越来越高。在背光设计中,提高光源与导光板的藕光效率对于提升产品的亮度具有重要贡献。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种导光板以及背光模组,其可以提高光源与导光板的藕光效率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种导光板,其中,所述导光板包括板体以及连接于板体一端的光耦合件,所述光耦合件包括一入光面、与该入光面平行相背的连接面以及分别连接入光面与连接面的顶面和底面;其中,所述连接面与所述板体相连接,所述入光面的宽度大于所述连接面的宽度,所述顶面呈向上突出的楔形斜面,所述底面呈向下突出的楔形斜面;其中,所述入光面上设置有至少一个装配槽。
进一步地,所述顶面和所述底面呈上下对称的结构,且所述板体与所述光耦合件为一体成型。
进一步地,所述底面还朝向远离所述板体的方向延伸,形成一平板状的延伸部。
进一步地,所述入光面上设置有相互间隔的多个装配槽。
本发明的另一方面是提供一种背光模组,包括导光板以及光源,其中,所述导光板包括板体以及连接于板体一端的光耦合件,所述光耦合件包括一入光面、与该入光面平行相背的连接面以及分别连接入光面与连接面的顶面和底面;其中,所述连接面与所述板体相连接,所述入光面的宽度大于所述连接面的宽度,所述顶面呈向上突出的楔形斜面,所述底面呈向下突出的楔形斜面;其中,所述入光面上设置有至少一个装配槽;所述光源设置于所述装配槽中。
进一步地,所述底面还朝向远离所述板体的方向延伸,形成一平板状的延伸部,所述光源装载于所述延伸部上。
进一步地,所述光源为包括多个LED灯组成的灯串,所述入光面上设置有相互间隔的多个装配槽,每一LED灯对应放置于其中的一个装配槽。
进一步地,该背光模组还包括背板、反光板以及光学膜片组,所述导光板和光源设置与所述背板中,所述反光板设置于所述背板与所述导光板之间且位于所述板体的下方,所述光学膜片组设置于所述导光板上且位于所述板体的上方。
本发明的还提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板及背光模组,所述液晶面板与所述背光模组相对设置,所述背光模组提供显示光源给所述液晶面板,以使所述液晶面板显示影像,其中,所述背光模组为前述的背光模组。
有益效果:
本发明实施例提供的导光板以及背光模组,通过设置具有双斜面楔形体的光耦合件,并在光耦合件中设置装配槽,光源设置于装配槽中,可以减少光源正面和底部漏光,提高了光源与导光板的藕光效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护范围。
本实施例首先提供了一种导光板,参阅图1,该导光板1包括板体11以及连接于板体11一端的光耦合件12。其中,板体11为平板状结构,光耦合件12为具有双斜面的楔形体。
具体地,所述光耦合件12包括一入光面121、与该入光面121平行相背的连接面122以及分别连接入光面121与连接面122的顶面123和底面124。其中,所述连接面122与所述板体11相连接,所述入光面121的宽度大于所述连接面122的宽度,所述顶面123呈向上突出的楔形斜面,所述底面124呈向下突出的楔形斜面。在本实施例中,所述顶面123和所述底面124呈上下对称的结构,且所述板体11与所述光耦合件12为一体成型。
进一步地,所述入光面121上设置有至少一个装配槽1211(本实施例中入光面121上设置有相互间隔的多个装配槽1211)。同时,所述底面124还朝向远离所述板体11的方向延伸,形成一平板状的延伸部125。
本实施例中还提供了一种包含如上所述的导光板的背光模组。图2是本实施例提供的背光模组的结构剖面图,图中导光板1是如图1中沿AA线的位置的剖面图。如图2所示,该背光模组包括导光板1、光源2、背板3、反光板4以及光学膜片组5。具体地,其中的反光板4、导光板1以及光学膜片组5依次叠层设置在背板3,并且反光板4位于导光板1的板体11的下方,光学膜片组5位于导光板1的板体11的上方。
其中,光源2装载于所述延伸部125上并且装配于所述装配槽1211中。本实施例中,所述光源2为包括多个LED灯21组成的灯串,每一LED灯21对应放置于其中的一个装配槽1211。光源2发出的光,经过光耦合件12耦合入射到板体11,由反光板4反射后再从板体11上方的光学膜片组5射出。
如上提供的背光模组中,通过设置具有双斜面楔形体的光耦合件,并在光耦合件中设置装配槽,光源设置于装配槽中,可以减少光源正面和底部漏光。另外,其中的光耦合件还连接有一平板状的延伸部,光源装载于该延伸部上,进一步减少了光源底部漏光,提高了光源与导光板的藕光效率。
本实施例的另一方面是提供一种液晶显示装置,参阅图3,该液晶显示装置包括液晶面板30及背光模组40,所述液晶面板30与所述背光模组40相对设置,所述背光模组40提供显示光源给所述液晶面板30,以使所述液晶面板30显示影像,其中,所述背光模组40采用了本实施例中提供的背光模组。

Claims (10)

1.一种导光板,其特征在于:所述导光板(1)包括板体(11)以及连接于板体(11)一端的光耦合件(12),所述光耦合件(12)包括一入光面(121)、与该入光面(121)平行相背的连接面(122)以及分别连接入光面(121)与连接面(122)的顶面(123)和底面(124);其中,所述连接面(122)与所述板体(11)相连接,所述入光面(121)的宽度大于所述连接面(122)的宽度,所述顶面(123)呈向上突出的楔形斜面,所述底面(124)呈向下突出的楔形斜面;其中,所述入光面(121)上设置有至少一个装配槽(1211)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于:所述顶面(123)和所述底面(124)呈上下对称的结构,且所述板体(11)与所述光耦合件(12)为一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于:所述底面(124)还朝向远离所述板体(11)的方向延伸,形成一平板状的延伸部(125)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导光板,其特征在于:所述入光面(121)上设置有相互间隔的多个装配槽(1211)。
5.一种背光模组,包括导光板(1)以及光源(2),其特征在于:
所述导光板(1)包括板体(11)以及连接于板体(11)一端的光耦合件(12),所述光耦合件(12)包括一入光面(121)、与该入光面(121)平行相背的连接面(122)以及分别连接入光面(121)与连接面(122)的顶面(123)和底面(124);其中,所述连接面(122)与所述板体(11)相连接,所述入光面(121)的宽度大于所述连接面(122)的宽度,所述顶面(123)呈向上突出的楔形斜面,所述底面(124)呈向下突出的楔形斜面;其中,所述入光面(121)上设置有至少一个装配槽(1211);
所述光源(2)装配于所述装配槽(1211)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述顶面(123)和所述底面(124)呈上下对称的结构,且所述板体(11)与所述光耦合件(12)为一体成型。
7.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述底面(124)还朝向远离所述板体(11)的方向延伸,形成一平板状的延伸部(125),所述光源(2)装载与所述延伸部(125)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述光源(2)为包括多个LED灯(21)组成的灯串,所述入光面(121)上设置有相互间隔的多个装配槽(1211),每一LED灯(21)对应放置于其中的一个装配槽(1211)。
9.根据权利要求5-8任一所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该背光模组还包括背板(3)、反光板(4)以及光学膜片组(5),所述导光板(1)和光源(2)设置于所述背板(3)中,所述反光板(4)设置于所述背板(3)与所述导光板(1)之间且位于所述板体(11)的下方,所述光学膜片组(5)设置于所述导光板(1)上且位于所述板体(11)的上方。
10.一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板(30)及背光模组(40),所述液晶面板(30)与所述背光模组(40)相对设置,所述背光模组(40)提供显示光源给所述液晶面板(30),以使所述液晶面板(30)显示影像,其特征在于,所述背光模组(40)为如权利要求5-9任一所述的背光模组。
