Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种在其中在干衣工序期间提供能量节省的衣物清洗干燥机。
在衣物清洗干燥机中,衣物放置入在桶中运动的滚筒,而干燥工序在清洗和旋转干燥工序后实现。在干燥工序中,通过施加闭合空气循环,将通过加热器加热且借助于空气冷却凝结器除湿的处理空气以热且干燥的方式经过在滚筒中的衣物上方。衣物干燥工序以预热阶段开始,并且通过操作加热器和处理空气风扇将热空气输送至衣物上。在预热阶段,衣物的温度增加,以便准备干燥工序。在预热阶段后,实现热旋转阶段,其中,滚筒以高速旋转。热旋转阶段关于滚筒旋转速度不与已知的清洗后旋转干燥工序不同,并且通过进行预热加热的衣物提供成利用在高速滚筒中的旋转力的效应而除湿。在热旋转中,预热衣物的小孔打开,然后衣物更易于除湿。在进行热旋转阶段时可遇到的问题是衣物再次冷却。通过消耗显著量的能量,加热器在预热阶段持续地操作,并且使衣物加热。在热旋转阶段中,预热的衣物由于滚筒的高速损失而它们的热。出于该原因,衣物需要在主干燥阶段和加热器的操作时间之前再一次加热,并且因此能量消耗增加。
在欧洲专利No.EP1408151中,公开了一种干衣机和用于控制其操作的方法。
在德国专利申请No.DE3412284中,公开了用于操作凝结衣物干燥机的方法。
本发明的目的为,在其中通过在清洗工序后缩短干燥工序而使能量消耗降低的衣物清洗干燥机的实现。
在为了获得在第一权利要求和各自的其权利要求中说明的本发明的目的而实现的衣物清洗干燥机中,在清洗工序后的干燥工序中,分别实现预热阶段、热旋转阶段、主干燥阶段以及冷却阶段。
凝结器是空气冷却类型,并且利用借助于冷却风扇从外部环境接收的空气冷却,因而凝结了处理空气。处理空气的温度通过温度传感器测量。
在干燥工序中和跟随热旋转阶段的主干燥阶段的开始中,控制单元不操作冷却风扇,直至处理空气温度达到预定干燥温度,因而在热旋转阶段冷却的衣物提供成在主干燥阶段中快速加热。
在本发明的实施例中,控制单元在热旋转阶段之前、朝向预热阶段的末尾、或在整个预热阶段期间使冷却风扇的操作停止,因而提供在热旋转工序之前的衣物的快速加热。热旋转工序在高温下实现并且从衣物移除的湿气的量增加。
在本发明的衣物清洗干燥机中,通过在热旋转工序期间和热旋转工序之前和之后使凝结器冷却风扇的操作停止,使干燥工序的总持续时间缩短,并且提供能量节省。

在衣物清洗干燥机(1)中,在清洗工序后,通过分别进行预热阶段(I)、热旋转阶段(II)、主干燥阶段(III)以及冷却阶段(IV)实现衣物干燥工序。
通过在预热阶段(I)中操作加热器(6)和处理风扇(5),使衣物的温度在热旋转阶段(II)之前增加。在热旋转阶段(II)之前,通过以高速(例如1500rpm)旋转滚筒(2)使衣物旋转干燥,并且带有通过在预热阶段(I)中被加热而打开的小孔的衣物中的湿气被提供成部分地移除。在热旋转阶段(II)中,通过仅仅操作滚筒(2)马达而不操作加热器(6)、处理风扇(5)以及冷却风扇(9)利用旋转力的效应使衣物的湿气被移除。在主干燥阶段(III)中,操作加热器(6)、处理风扇(5)以及冷却风扇(9)。在经过衣物上方时变湿润的处理空气(PA)在利用冷却空气(CA)冷却的凝结器(8)中除湿,并且在通过加热器(6)加热后再一次输送至衣物上。在主干燥阶段(III)之后的冷却阶段(IV)中,停止加热器(6)、并且通过操作处理风扇(5)和冷却风扇(9)使衣物被吹气和冷却。在干燥工序期间的预热阶段(I)之前,还进行负载探测和衣物分布阶段(未在图2中的图中显示)。在冷却阶段(IV)期间,也进行凝结器(8)清洗工序,并且使纤维和棉绒被清除。
本发明的衣物清洗干燥机(1)包括控制单元(11),其推迟冷却风扇(9)的操作,直至通过温度传感器(7)探测的处理空气(PA)温度达到温度值(T1),该温度值(T1)在跟随热旋转阶段(II)的主干燥阶段(III)的开始时在其存储器中预定并记录。
在衣物清洗干燥机(1)中,衣物的温度在热旋转阶段(II)中下降,并且为了以期望的效率使衣物在主干燥阶段(III)中干燥,需要将衣物再次加热。在跟随热旋转阶段(II)的主干燥阶段(III)中,处理空气(PA)温度过温度传感器(7)测量,并且控制单元(11)推迟冷却风扇(9)的操作直至测量的处理空气(PA)温度达到预定且在其存储器中记录的温度值(T1)。在冷却风扇(9)不操作时期中,在凝结器(8)中不发生热交换。因而,将在预热阶段(I)中加热但在热旋转阶段损失它们的热的异物快速地再次加热,并且冷却风扇(9)并且因而凝结器(8)在衣物达到主干燥阶段(III)要求的温度时促动。
在本发明的实施例中,控制单元(11)在热旋转阶段(II)之前、和朝向预热阶段(I)的末尾,使冷却风扇(9)的操作停止预定时段。因而,衣物的温度被提供成在热旋转阶段(II)之前快速地增加。
在衣物清洗干燥机(1)中,控制单元(11)在热旋转阶段(II)之前、朝向预热阶段(I)的末尾停止冷却风扇(9),并且此外,由于衣物未由凝结器(8)冷却,因而加热衣物花费的时间减少。因而,衣物准备好用于热旋转阶段(II),并且在热旋转阶段(II)中从衣物移除的湿气的量增加。
在本发明的另一实施例中,控制单元(11)在预热阶段(I)期间停止冷却风扇(9)的操作。因而,衣物的温度被提供成通过快速进行预热阶段(I)增加,并且能量消耗减少。
在衣物清洗干燥机(1)中,在清洗工序后的干燥工序中,在预热阶段(I)期间、在热旋转阶段(II)之前、以及在热旋转阶段(II)之后停止冷却风扇(9)的操作。衣物的温度在热旋转阶段(II)之前快速地增加,在预热阶段(I)中消耗的能力的量减少,并且在热旋转阶段(II)中从衣物移除的湿气的量增加。在热旋转阶段(II)后的主干燥阶段(III)中,推迟冷却风扇(9)的操作一段时段,将衣物快速地加热并且主干燥阶段(III)的持续时间缩短。在清洗工序后的干燥工序的总持续时间缩短,因而提供能量节省。

Claims (3)
1. 一种衣物清洗干燥机(1),其中,在衣物干燥工序中进行预热阶段(I)、热旋转阶段(II)、主干燥阶段(III)以及冷却阶段(IV),包括:滚筒(2),在其中放置有衣物;桶(3),在其中所述滚筒(2)运动;循环管(4),在其中进行处理空气(PA)循环;处理风扇(5),其提供处理空气(PA)的循环;加热器(6);温度传感器(7),其测量处理空气(PA)温度;空气冷却凝结器(8),其布置在所述循环管(4)中;冷却风扇(9)和冷却通道(10),其通过将从外部环境吸入的冷却空气(CA)移送至所述凝结器(8)而冷却所述凝结器(8);以及控制单元(11),其特征在于,所述控制单元(11)推迟所述冷却风扇(9)的操作,直至通过所述温度传感器(7)探测的处理空气(PA)温度达到温度值(T1),该温度值(T1)在跟随热旋转阶段(II)的主干燥阶段(III)的开始时在其存储器中预定并记录。
