Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢丝绳芯带,包括外包覆带和多根钢丝绳芯,所述外包覆带包裹在多根钢丝绳芯外表面,所述多根钢丝绳芯均匀间隔分布,且多根钢丝绳芯处于同一水平面,所述外包覆带的上表面均匀间隔设有多个上凸条,相邻两个上凸条之间的间距与上凸条的宽度相同,所述外包覆带的下表面均匀间隔设有多个下凸条,相邻两个下凸条之间的间距与下凸条的宽度相同,所述下凸条与上凸条交替分布,且上凸条和下凸条的宽度相同,高度也相同。本发明解决了钢丝绳芯提升带卷绕使用时跑偏问题,带表面为锯齿状,同时上表面与下表面形状为凹凸配合的锯齿,以利于叠绕重合。另外钢丝绳表面覆膜,外面被包裹聚氨酯材料,可防油,无须维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种牵引带,尤其涉及一种钢丝绳芯带。
背景技术
目前,大部分提升设备普遍使用钢丝绳作为提升牵引,需要经常维护,磨损严重,同时根据国家标准,与其配合的滑轮直径与钢丝绳直径比需要≥40,势必选用较大直径的滑轮,成本无形中增加。为此,市场上已开始出现提升设备使用环保、轻便、免维护、寿命长、折弯半径小的钢丝绳芯提升带,解决了上述问题,但也有不足,特别是对于需要钢丝绳芯带叠绕的场合,由于钢丝绳芯带结构小巧,因此宽度方向尺寸较小,卷扬叠绕后常出现重叠部分宽度小于钢丝绳芯本身的宽度,叠绕圈数增多,使得部分钢丝绳芯带边缘部分挤拉变形,随着重复叠绕次数增加,势必影响钢丝绳芯带的寿命,甚至折断的危险出现。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种寿命更长,且能有效防止带子跑偏的钢丝绳芯带。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种钢丝绳芯带,包括外包覆带和多根钢丝绳芯,所述外包覆带包裹在多根钢丝绳芯外表面,所述多根钢丝绳芯均匀间隔分布,且多根钢丝绳芯处于同一水平面,所述外包覆带的上表面均匀间隔设有多个上凸条,相邻两个上凸条之间的间距与上凸条的宽度相同,所述外包覆带的下表面均匀间隔设有多个下凸条,相邻两个下凸条之间的间距与下凸条的宽度相同,所述下凸条与上凸条交替分布,且上凸条和下凸条的宽度相同,高度也相同。
作为优选方案:所述上凸条和下凸条的横截面均成梯形,且上凸条和下凸条均远离钢丝绳芯的一端较窄。采用梯形结构,梯形的斜边能在带子卷绕重叠时,对上下凸条起引导作用,进一步防止带子跑偏。
本发明解决了钢丝绳芯提升带卷绕使用时跑偏问题,带表面为锯齿状,同时上表面与下表面形状为凹凸配合的锯齿,以利于叠绕重合。另外钢丝绳表面覆膜,外面被包裹聚氨酯材料,可防油,无须维护。相比现有技术,本方案的钢丝绳芯带寿命更长,安全性更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示的一种钢丝绳芯带,包括外包覆带2和多根钢丝绳芯1,外包覆带2采用聚氨酯材料,所述多根钢丝绳芯1外表面覆膜,所述外包覆带2包裹在多根钢丝绳芯1外表面,所述多根钢丝绳芯1均匀间隔分布,且多根钢丝绳芯1处于同一水平面,所述外包覆带2的上表面均匀间隔设有多个上凸条21,相邻两个上凸条21之间的间距与上凸条21的宽度相同,所述外包覆带2的下表面均匀间隔设有多个下凸条22,相邻两个下凸条21之间的间距与下凸条21的宽度相同,所述下凸条22与上凸条21交替分布,且上凸条21和下凸条22的宽度相同,高度也相同。所述上凸条21和下凸条22的横截面均成梯形,且上凸条21和下凸条22均远离钢丝绳芯的一端较窄。

1.一种钢丝绳芯带,其特征在于:包括外包覆带(2)和多根钢丝绳芯(1),所述外包覆带(2)包裹在多根钢丝绳芯(1)外表面,所述多根钢丝绳芯(1)均匀间隔分布,且多根钢丝绳芯(1)处于同一水平面,所述外包覆带(2)的上表面均匀间隔设有多个上凸条(21),相邻两个上凸条(21)之间的间距与上凸条(21)的宽度相同,所述外包覆带(2)的下表面均匀间隔设有多个下凸条(22),相邻两个下凸条(21)之间的间距与下凸条(21)的宽度相同,所述下凸条(22)与上凸条(21)交替分布,且上凸条(21)和下凸条(22)的宽度相同,高度也相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳芯带,其特征在于:所述上凸条(21)和下凸条(22)的横截面均成梯形,且上凸条(21)和下凸条(22)均远离钢丝绳芯的一端较窄。
