Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有有机氟碳涂层的油管及有机氟碳涂料,具有有机氟碳涂层的油管是在油管内壁以喷涂的方式形成一层有机氟碳涂料层;所述的有机氟碳涂料由重量百分比为50.0%~70.0%氟碳树脂、0.5%~2.0%分散剂、0.5%~1.5%流平剂、0.2%~1.0%防沉剂、1.0%~3.0%消泡剂、5.0%~10.0%增塑剂、10.0%~20.0%石墨、0.5%~1.0%炭黑、0.2%~0.5%有机钛螯合物、5.0%~10.0%混合溶剂和1.0%~2.0%固化剂的组分制成;本发明在油管内壁喷涂抗氧化耐磨有机氟碳涂层,能够满足空气驱油管在磨损腐蚀环境中的服役条件,适合使用在油田的空气驱油管和石油输送管道。

Description

具有有机氟碳涂层的油管及有机氟碳涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及油田空气驱注采井油管内防护技术,特别涉及一种具有有机氟碳涂层的油管及有机氟碳涂料。
背景技术
空气驱提高原油采收率是一项有效的提高采收率新技术,然而腐蚀问题是制约该项技术推广应用的瓶颈问题。空气中的O2与油藏原油发生氧化反应消耗,生成了少量的CO2和CO与N2组成烟道气,实现驱油。空气来源不受地域和空间的限制,气源丰富、成本廉价,因此注空气开采技术具有广阔前景。但在实际生产过程中,注气井和采油井及地面设备处于非常复杂的腐蚀环境中。特别是井下,由于从井底到井口的温度、压力及水的凝结情况等都随井深发生变化,如地层水中金属或非金属离子含量变化会对腐蚀产生影响,因此,井下的二氧化碳腐蚀和氧腐蚀情况是错综复杂的,迫切需要针对注空气中二氧化碳和氧腐蚀提出防护技术。
氟碳涂料具有优良的防腐蚀、抗氧化、耐酸、碱、盐等化学物质和多种化学溶剂腐蚀的性能,为基材提供保护屏障;涂层还表面硬度高、耐冲击和耐磨性好,显示出极佳的物理机械性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决油田空气驱注采井的油管腐蚀问题,而提供一种能够防止油管腐蚀和磨损的具有有机氟碳涂层的油管及有机氟碳涂料。
本发明之具有有机氟碳涂层的油管是在油管内壁以喷涂的方式形成一层有机氟碳涂料层。方法是:首先将金属管道进行喷砂处理,之后进行酸洗、磷化、水洗、吹干,最后进行喷涂,喷涂后固化3~5天后可用。
本发明之有机氟碳涂料由以下列重量百分比的组分制成:
氟碳树脂50.0%~70.0%
分散剂0.5%~2.0%
流平剂0.5%~1.5%
防沉剂0.2%~1.0%
消泡剂1.0%~3.0%
增塑剂5.0%~10.0%
石墨10.0%~20.0%
炭黑0.5%~1.0%
有机钛螯合物0.2%~0.5%
混合溶剂5.0%~10.0%
固化剂1.0%~2.0%
其中,氟碳树脂为聚四氟乙烯树脂,分散剂为BYK-161分散剂,流平剂为BYK-354丙烯酸类流平剂,防沉剂为BYK-410防沉剂,消泡剂为BYK-141有机硅消泡剂,增塑剂为苯二甲酸酯类,有机钛螯合物为钛、异丙醇、三乙醇胺的络合物,固化剂为HDI固化剂脂肪族聚异氰酸酯,混合溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸丁酯按照重量比1:3比例混合而成;
制作方法是:
(1)、将二甲苯和乙酸丁酯按照1:3比例混合,搅拌均匀;
(2)、按配方量称取氟碳树脂、分散剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、炭黑、石墨及增塑剂,低速搅拌均匀;
(3)、按配方量称取流平剂、有机钛螯合物及混合溶剂,加入以上配好的溶液中;
(4)、将上述溶液高速分散15~20分钟之后,进行研磨细度达到25μm。
本发明的有益效果:在油管内壁喷涂抗氧化耐磨有机氟碳涂层,氟碳涂料具有优良的防腐蚀性能、耐酸、碱、盐等化学物质和多种化学溶剂,通过加入有机钛螯合物保证涂层与钢管内壁的结合强度,加入石墨提高涂层耐磨损性能、并且油污不容易附着,因此也起到了很好的防蜡效果。能够满足空气驱油管在磨损腐蚀环境中的服役条件,适合使用在油田的空气驱油管和石油输送管道。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明之具有有机氟碳涂层的油管是在油管内壁1以喷涂的方式形成一层有机氟碳涂料层2。
本发明之有机氟碳涂料由以下列重量百分比的组分制成:
氟碳树脂50.0%~70.0%
分散剂0.5%~2.0%
流平剂0.5%~1.5%
防沉剂0.2%~1.0%
消泡剂1.0%~3.0%
增塑剂5.0%~10.0%
石墨10.0%~20.0%
炭黑0.5%~1.0%
有机钛螯合物0.2%~0.5%
混合溶剂5.0%~10.0%
固化剂1.0%~2.0%

(3)、按配方量称取流平剂、有机钛螯合物及混合溶剂,加入以上配好的溶液中;
(4)、将上述溶液高速分散15~20分钟之后,进行研磨细度达到25μm。
(5)、使用前按照配方量加入固化剂,并使用混合溶剂调涂料整黏度至适合喷涂黏度。
对所要喷涂的钢管进行喷涂前如下处理:
1、将钢管进行喷砂处理(喷砂等级达到Sa2.5);将喷涂后的钢管进行去除去除油、脂和污物处理(按照标准GB/T13312-1991钢铁件涂装前除油程度检验方法进行检验),之后立即水洗并进行磷化处理;磷化处理后水洗、吹干;
2、使用喷涂设备,对钢管内壁进行喷涂抗氧化耐磨有机氟碳涂料,常温下固化3~5天后可用。
3、所述喷涂抗氧化耐磨有机氟碳涂料的方法是,六个不同方向的内喷头静止,钢管向前移动,钢管相对于喷头移动速率1000-1200mm/min,钢管往复运动一次,涂层厚度可达80~100微米。

1.一种具有有机氟碳涂层的油管,其特征在于:其是在油管内壁以喷涂的方式形成一层有机氟碳涂料层。
2.一种权利要求1所述的有机氟碳涂料,是由以下列重量百分比的组分制成:
氟碳树脂50.0%~70.0%
分散剂0.5%~2.0%
流平剂0.5%~1.5%
防沉剂0.2%~1.0%
消泡剂1.0%~3.0%
增塑剂5.0%~10.0%
石墨10.0%~20.0%
炭黑0.5%~1.0%
有机钛螯合物0.2%~0.5%
混合溶剂5.0%~10.0%
固化剂1.0%~2.0%
其中,氟碳树脂为聚四氟乙烯树脂,分散剂为BYK-161分散剂,流平剂为BYK-354丙烯酸类流平剂,防沉剂为BYK-410防沉剂,消泡剂为BYK-141有机硅消泡剂,增塑剂为苯二甲酸酯类,有机钛螯合物为钛、异丙醇、三乙醇胺的络合物,固化剂为HDI固化剂脂肪族聚异氰酸酯,混合溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸丁酯按照重量比1:3比例混合而成;
