Abstract

快速附接的流体喷头
本申请是申请号为200980117633.8、申请日为2009年5月14日的名称为“快速附接的流体喷头”的中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本申请要求2008年5月15日提交的美国专利申请No.61/053430的权益,该申请的内容通过引用合并在此。
背景技术
用于喷涂快速凝固材料如聚氨酯和聚脲的喷枪是众所周知的。因为这些材料凝固得非常快,所以易于采用最少的工具拆卸喷枪或喷涂器以清洗变得得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了开发一种将高压流体部分附接至低压空气部分(手柄)的简单方法。通过旋转流体喷头1/8圈,能容易地将流体部分与空气部分组装或从该空气部分拆除。该流体喷头具有四个突片,该四个突片凸出并与手柄内的四个底切特征部接合。在空气部分(手柄)中的加工出来的特征部通过把旋转限制在1/8圈以防止该流体喷头在组装/拆除过程中的过度旋转。当完全组装好时,在软管歧管中的锁定突片特征部与在手柄中的凹陷特征部配合以防止该流体部分旋转。这种结构使用较少的部件并且容易组装和拆除。

具体实施方式
本发明的流体部分或喷头10通过转动流体喷头1/8圈能够容易地与空气部分12组装或从空气部分12拆除。该流体喷头10具有四个突片14,该突片14凸出并且与手柄12内的四个底切特征部16接合(见图1)。图2示出了突片14被插入到空气部分12的前部12a中的对应开口16,而图3示出了已经旋转空气部分10使得突片14保持在唇部18后方。在空气部分(手柄)12中的加工出来的特征部通过把旋转限制在1/8圈以防止该流体喷头10在组装/拆除过程中的过度旋转。
为了完成组装,在软管歧管24中的锁定突片特征部20与手柄12中的凹入特征部22配合以防止该流体部分10旋转(见图4)。该软管歧管24通过螺栓或其他已知的紧固件26而固定到流体部分12。一旦拧紧后,该歧管24、流体部分10和手柄12便全部被相互固定在一起。当然,拆除与组装相反。螺栓26被移除,这允许软管歧管从流体部分10被拆除。随即,允许流体部分10旋转1/8圈并且与手柄分离。
可以想到的是,在不背离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,能够对快速附接的流体喷头做出各种改变和修改。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于连接快速凝固多组分喷枪的手柄的组件,其中所述手柄包括前端,所述前端具有径向向外延伸的凹口,所述凹口被多个径向向内延伸的凸唇分开,所述组件包括:
流体喷头,所述喷头具有后端,其包括多个周向间隔开、径向向外延伸的突片,所述突片成型为被插入通过所述手柄的前端中的凹口,使得所述突片在旋转时与所述凸唇对准并在所述凸唇后方保持在所述手柄内,从而将所述流体喷头连接到所述手柄;和
软管歧管,所述软管歧管构造为连接到所述流体喷头,并且在所述软管歧管的后端处包括锁定突片,所述锁定突片与所述手柄的前端中的狭槽凹陷配合并延伸到所述狭槽凹陷内,以防止在所述软管歧管被紧固件固定于所述流体喷头时,所述流体喷头相对于所述手柄旋转,使得所述软管歧管,流体喷头和手柄相对彼此全部固定,并且在不移除紧固件的情况下,不能拆开,以便在旋转所述流体喷头以允许所述流体喷头与所述手柄分开之后,允许将所述软管歧管从所述流体喷头上移除,并且使所述软管歧管的后端处的所述锁定突片与所述手柄的前端中的所述狭槽凹陷脱离。
2.一种喷枪,包括:
手柄部分,其具有前端,所述前端包括开口,所述开口包括多个径向向外延伸的凹口,所述凹口沿周向被径向向内延伸的凸唇分开,且所述前端包括狭槽凹陷;
流体部分,其具有后端,用于与所述手柄部分的前端配合,且所述流体部分的后端包括多个周向分开的突片,所述突片成型为被插入通过所述凹口,然后旋转,以与所述凸唇对准并被所述凸唇保持,从而将所述流体部分连接到所述手柄部分;
软管歧管,所述软管歧管用于连接到所述流体部分,并且所述软管歧管在所述软管歧管的后端处包括锁定突片,所述锁定突片与所述手柄部分的前端中的所述狭槽凹陷配合并延伸到所述狭槽凹陷内,以防止在所述软管歧管被固定于所述流体部分时,所述流体部分和所述软管歧管相对于所述手柄部分旋转;和
紧固件,所述紧固件用于将所述软管歧管固定于所述流体部分,使得所述软管歧管,流体部分和手柄部分相对彼此全部固定,并且在不移除紧固件的情况下,不能拆开,以便在旋转所述流体部分以允许所述流体部分与所述手柄部分分开之后,允许将所述软管歧管从所述流体部分上移除,并且使所述软管歧管的后端处的所述锁定突片与所述手柄的前端中的所述狭槽凹陷脱离。
