Abstract

Description

制冷剂组合物
本发明涉及能够用于各种类型压缩系统中的作为制冷剂R-404A的替代品的液体制冷剂。
在工业、商业和家用制冷领域中,液体制冷剂在压缩制冷系统中的使用是非常广泛的。
在蒙特利尔商议了由损耗大气臭氧层(ODP:臭氧损耗潜势)的物质所引起的问题,在蒙特利尔签署了强制减少氯氟烃(CFC)的制造和使用的议定书。该议定书已经形成这样的修正案的主题,所述修正案要求放弃CFC并且将规章扩展至其它产品,包括氢氯氟烃(HCFC)。
制冷工业和制造空调的工业已经在这些液体制冷剂的替代品方面进行了大量投资,且因此,氢氟烃(HFC)已经上市。
流体对温室效应的贡献通过标准即GWP(全球增温潜势)量化,GWP是热值的集中体现,将二氧化碳作为基准值1。
液体制冷剂R-404A是具有3944GWP的氟代乙烷(即R-143a、R-125和R-134a)的混合物。该流体具有高的GWP,主要是因为存在R-143a,其具有4470的GWP。
具有高GWP的流体需要被替代。因此,对于开发能够在相同的压缩系统中操作的用于替代R-404A的流体存在较多需求。
根据第一方面,本发明因此涉及至少包含36-39重量%二氟甲烷(HFC-32)、28-32重量%五氟乙烷(HFC-125)和31-35重量%四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)的组合物。
优选地,本发明组合物的特征在于化合物HFC-32、HFC-125和HFC-134a的重量之和等于100%。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,优选所述组合物由37重量%二氟甲烷(HFC-32)、30重量%五氟乙烷(HFC-125)和33重量%四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)组成。
由本发明提供的一种可能性是使用前述组合物作为液体制冷剂。
在优选实施方案中,将本发明组合物用作R-404A的替代品。
本发明还涉及这样的制冷方法,其包括前面所述的组合物的至少一个凝结阶段以及其后的至少一个蒸发阶段。
在优选实施方案中,本发明的方法包括在高于13℃、优选高于24℃的温度下实施的凝结阶段。
根据非常特别优选的实施方案,本发明的方法包括在低于或等于-10℃的温度下实施的蒸发阶段。

通过使用Cycle D(NIST,5.0版)软件在以下操作条件下对性能进行模拟来比较由37重量%二氟甲烷(HFC-32)、30重量%五氟乙烷(HFC-125)和33重量%四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)组成的混合物(以“混合物1”表示)的性能和R-404A的性能,而且,所述性能在下面示出:

Claims (9)

1.组合物,包含:
a.36-39重量%的二氟甲烷(HFC-32)
b.28-32重量%的五氟乙烷(HFC-125)
c.31-35重量%的四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)。
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中,化合物HFC-32、HFC-125和HFC-134a的重量之和等于100%。
3.权利要求1或2的组合物,由如下组成:
a.37重量%的二氟甲烷(HFC-32)
b.30重量%的五氟乙烷(HFC-125)
c.33重量%的四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项的组合物作为制冷剂的用途。
5.权利要求4的用途,作为R-404A的替代品。
6.制冷方法,包括以下阶段:
a.权利要求1-3中任一项的组合物的凝结;
b.所述组合物的蒸发。
7.权利要求6的方法,其中,所述凝结阶段在高于13℃、优选高于24℃的温度下实施。
8.权利要求6和7中任一项的方法,其中,所述蒸发阶段在低于或等于-10℃的温度下实施。
9.压缩循环中的传热设备,其包含权利要求1-3中任一项的组合物。
