Abstract

一种方盒的做法,涉及一种纸盒的制作方法。取正方形纸,做两条横向指示线,两条纵向指示线;折叠第一纸角三角形、第二纸角三角形、等腰梯形,正方形纸变成纵向矩形;将纵向矩形翻转180度,形成翻转纵向矩形,做斜线正折线并折叠,翻转纵向矩形变形为由上下两个直角梯形共一个下底的六边形状;依照重合横向正折线、短正折线、短反折线、交点正折线折叠相贴,同时将折叠部分折进夹层开口内,形成两个等腰梯形共一个下底的双梯形六边形状;在双梯形六边形状的梯形下底处,将表层由内向外撑开,依照连线反折线折叠90度,等腰梯形的腰随之展开成平面,即成方盒。设计新颖,制作容易,造型简约,结实挺括,形式美观且具实用性。

本发明涉及一种纸器皿,尤其是一种纸盒的做法.
背景技术
目前,公知的纸盒种类繁多,有的过于复杂,不易折叠;有的比较简单,但结实程度不够好。
发明内容
为了克服现有的纸盒种类繁多,有的过于复杂,不易折叠;有的比较简单,但结实程度不够好的不足,本发明提供一种方盒的做法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:取正方形纸,做两条与上下纸边平行的横向指示线,做两条与左右纸边平行的纵向指示线,四条指示线将正方形纸分成9个全等小正方形;
在左上角小正方形上边中点即左上边中点与左下角小正方形下边中点即左下边中点之间做纵向正折线,在右上角小正方形上边中点即右上边中点与右下角小正方形下边中点即右下边中点之间做纵向正折线,使左上角小正方形、左下角小正方形、右上角小正方形、右下角小正方形各形成两个纵向小矩形,有纸角的纵向小矩形为纸角小矩形;
在左上角、右下角的纸角小矩形做左低右高的对角线正折线,在右上角、左下角的纸角小矩形做左高右低的对角线正折线,使纸角小矩形的纸角部分形成第一纸角三角形;
依照对角线正折线将第一纸角三角形折叠相贴;在第一纸角三角形上做与纵向正折线重合的纸角反折线,使纸角部分形成第二纸角三角形;
依照纸角反折线将第二纸角三角形折叠相贴,纵向正折线至纵向纸边部分形成等腰梯形;
依照纵向正折线将等腰梯形折叠相贴,正方形纸变成纵向矩形;
将纵向矩形翻转180度,形成翻转纵向矩形,两条纵向指示线分为左纵向指示线和右纵向指示线,两条横向指示线分为上横向指示线和下横向指示线,四条指示线两两相交于左上、右上、左下、右下四个交点,依次为第一交点、第二交点、第三交点、第四交点;
在翻转纵向矩形的左边中点即左中点和右边中点即右中点之间做中点横向指示线,与左纵向指示线相交于第五交点,与右纵向指示线相交于第六交点;
在左中点与右纵向指示线下端点之间做斜线正折线,穿过第三交点,在右中点与左纵向指示线上端点之间做斜线正折线,穿过第二交点;
依照斜线正折线,将翻转纵向矩形的左下角和右上角折向中部相贴;右纵向指示线上的第二交点以上部分、左纵向指示线上的第三交点以下部分,分别与上横向指示线、下横向指示线重合为重合横向正折线;随同折叠呈现于表面的等腰梯形的腰,即表面的第三交点至第六交点之间、第五交点至第二交点之间为夹层开口;
由左中点向第一交点做短正折线,由第一交点做短正折线的延长线至纸边为短反折线;
由右中点向第四交点做短正折线,由第四交点做短正折线的延长线至纸边为短反折线;
左纵向指示线上的第一交点以上部分、右纵向指示线上的第四交点以下部分为交点正折线;翻转纵向矩形变形为由上下两个直角梯形共一个下底的六边形状;
依照重合横向正折线、短正折线、短反折线、交点正折线折叠相贴,同时将折叠部分折进夹层开口内,形成两个等腰梯形共一个下底的双梯形六边形状;在六边形状的表层折叠部分,做交点一至交点五、交点五至交点三、交点二至交点六、交点六至交点四的连线反折线;
在双梯形六边形状的梯形下底处,将表层由内向外撑开,依照连线反折线折叠90度,等腰梯形的腰随之展开,形成于平面内,即成方盒。
本发明的有益效果是,设计新颖,制作容易,造型简约,结实挺括,形式美观且具实用性。

具体实施方式
采用虚线表示正面对折的正折线,即折叠时,纸的正面和正面相对折叠;实线加圈表示反面对折的反折线,即折叠时,纸的反面和反面相对折叠;实线加点表示指示线;
取正方形纸,做两条与上下纸边平行的横向指示线,做两条与左右纸边平行的纵向指示线,四条指示线将正方形纸分成9个全等小正方形;
在左上角小正方形上边中点即左上边中点与左下角小正方形下边中点即左下边中点之间做纵向正折线,在右上角小正方形上边中点即右上边中点与右下角小正方形下边中点即右下边中点之间做纵向正折线,使左上角小正方形、左下角小正方形、右上角小正方形、右下角小正方形各形成两个纵向小矩形,有纸角的纵向小矩形为纸角小矩形;
在左上角、右下角的纸角小矩形做左低右高的对角线正折线,在右上角、左下角的纸角小矩形做左高右低的对角线正折线,使纸角小矩形的纸角部分形成第一纸角三角形;如图1;
依照对角线正折线将第一纸角三角形折叠相贴;在第一纸角三角形上做与纵向正折线重合的纸角反折线,使纸角部分形成第二纸角三角形;如图2;
依照纸角反折线将第二纸角三角形折叠相贴,纵向正折线至纵向纸边部分形成等腰梯形;如图3;
依照纵向正折线将等腰梯形折叠相贴,正方形纸变成纵向矩形;如图4;
将纵向矩形翻转180度,形成翻转纵向矩形,两条纵向指示线分为左纵向指示线和右纵向指示线,两条横向指示线分为上横向指示线和下横向指示线,四条指示线两两相交于左上、右上、左下、右下四个交点,依次为第一交点、第二交点、第三交点、第四交点;
在翻转纵向矩形的左边中点即左中点和右边中点即右中点之间做中点横向指示线,与左纵向指示线相交于第五交点,与右纵向指示线相交于第六交点;
在左中点与右纵向指示线下端点之间做斜线正折线,穿过第三交点,在右中点与左纵向指示线上端点之间做斜线正折线,穿过第二交点;如图5;
依照斜线正折线,将翻转纵向矩形的左下角和右上角折向中部相贴;右纵向指示线上的第二交点以上部分、左纵向指示线上的第三交点以下部分,分别与上横向指示线、下横向指示线重合为重合横向正折线;随同折叠呈现于表面的等腰梯形的腰,即表面的第三交点至第六交点之间、第五交点至第二交点之间为夹层开口;
由左中点向第一交点做短正折线,由第一交点做短正折线的延长线至纸边为短反折线;
由右中点向第四交点做短正折线,由第四交点做短正折线的延长线至纸边为短反折线;
左纵向指示线上的第一交点以上部分、右纵向指示线上的第四交点以下部分为交点正折线;翻转纵向矩形变形为由上下两个直角梯形共一个下底的六边形状;如图6;
依照重合横向正折线、短正折线、短反折线、交点正折线折叠相贴,同时将折叠部分折进夹层开口内,形成两个等腰梯形共一个下底的双梯形六边形状;在六边形状的表层折叠部分,做交点一至交点五、交点五至交点三、交点二至交点六、交点六至交点四的连线反折线;如图7;
在双梯形六边形状的梯形下底处,将表层由内向外撑开,依照连线反折线折叠90度,等腰梯形的腰随之展开,形成于平面内,即成方盒;如图8。

Claims (1)

1.一种方盒的做法,其特征是:取正方形纸,做两条与上下纸边平行的横向指示线,做两条与左右纸边平行的纵向指示线,四条指示线将正方形纸分成9个全等小正方形;
在左上角小正方形上边中点即左上边中点与左下角小正方形下边中点即左下边中点之间做纵向正折线,在右上角小正方形上边中点即右上边中点与右下角小正方形下边中点即右下边中点之间做纵向正折线,使左上角小正方形、左下角小正方形、右上角小正方形、右下角小正方形各形成两个纵向小矩形,有纸角的纵向小矩形为纸角小矩形;
在左上角、右下角的纸角小矩形做左低右高的对角线正折线,在右上角、左下角的纸角小矩形做左高右低的对角线正折线,使纸角小矩形的纸角部分形成第一纸角三角形;
依照对角线正折线将第一纸角三角形折叠相贴;在第一纸角三角形上做与纵向正折线重合的纸角反折线,使纸角部分形成第二纸角三角形;
依照纸角反折线将第二纸角三角形折叠相贴,纵向正折线至纵向纸边部分形成等腰梯形;
依照纵向正折线将等腰梯形折叠相贴,正方形纸变成纵向矩形;
将纵向矩形翻转180度,形成翻转纵向矩形,两条纵向指示线分为左纵向指示线和右纵向指示线,两条横向指示线分为上横向指示线和下横向指示线,四条指示线两两相交于左上、右上、左下、右下四个交点,依次为第一交点、第二交点、第三交点、第四交点;
在翻转纵向矩形的左边中点即左中点和右边中点即右中点之间做中点横向指示线,与左纵向指示线相交于第五交点,与右纵向指示线相交于第六交点;
在左中点与右纵向指示线下端点之间做斜线正折线,穿过第三交点,在右中点与左纵向指示线上端点之间做斜线正折线,穿过第二交点;
依照斜线正折线,将翻转纵向矩形的左下角和右上角折向中部相贴;右纵向指示线上的第二交点以上部分、左纵向指示线上的第三交点以下部分,分别与上横向指示线、下横向指示线重合为重合横向正折线;随同折叠呈现于表面的等腰梯形的腰,即表面的第三交点至第六交点之间、第五交点至第二交点之间为夹层开口;
由左中点向第一交点做短正折线,由第一交点做短正折线的延长线至纸边为短反折线;
由右中点向第四交点做短正折线,由第四交点做短正折线的延长线至纸边为短反折线;
左纵向指示线上的第一交点以上部分、右纵向指示线上的第四交点以下部分为交点正折线;翻转纵向矩形变形为由上下两个直角梯形共一个下底的六边形状;
依照重合横向正折线、短正折线、短反折线、交点正折线折叠相贴,同时将折叠部分折进夹层开口内,形成两个等腰梯形共一个下底的双梯形六边形状;在六边形状的表层折叠部分,做交点一至交点五、交点五至交点三、交点二至交点六、交点六至交点四的连线反折线;
