Abstract

一种封口三角盒,涉及一种纸器皿的制作方法。取等边三角形纸,做出折叠线和指示线,折叠成六边形状,再折叠成有盒口直角三角形的初步三角盒;依照重合第四垂直线正折线,将盒口直角三角形折叠90度,每个直角三角形的直角都置于相邻的直角三角形之下,即三个盒口直角三角形循环叠压,即成封口三角盒。设计新颖,折叠规律;方法直观、操作简单;造型独特,用途广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种器皿的制作方法,尤其是一种纸器皿的制作方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的纸盒多不封口;可以以纸盒自身盒口部分自行封口的纸盒很少见,封口的三角盒更少见。
发明内容
为了克服现有的纸盒多不封口;可以以纸盒自身盒口部分自行封口的纸盒很少见,封口的三角盒更少见的不足,本发明提供一种封口三角盒的制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:取等边三角形纸,做各角的角平分线指示线相交于对边中点;角平分线指示线相互相交于等边三角形纸的中心点;对边中点至中心点的1/2处为盒底三角顶点;以盒底连线正折线将盒底三角顶点两两相连,三条盒底连线正折线合围成盒底三角形;由盒底三角顶点做垂直于盒底连线正折线的第一垂直线正折线,以中心点为基准点,以角平分线指示线为基准线,盒底三角顶点逆时针方向的垂直线正折线为逆时针正折线;以上述基准点基准线为准,在等边三角形纸边逆时针方向一段的1/2处,即纸边1/4点,做垂直于所述纸边的第二垂直线正折线;由纸边1/4点向最近的相邻纸边做垂直于该相邻纸边的第三垂直线正折线,以所述第三垂直线正折线为界,纸角形成纸角小三角形;在角平分线指示线上,在等边三角形纸的顶点至盒底三角顶点的1/2处做垂直于角平分线指示线的第四垂直线正折线,以所述第四垂直线正折线为界,纸角部分形成纸角大三角形;第四垂直线正折线与逆时针正折线相交于正折线交点;
依照第三垂直线正折线,将纸角小三角形折叠相贴,纸角大三角形变化为变形纸角大三角形;再依照第二垂直线正折线将变形纸角大三角形折叠相贴,等边三角形纸即成六边形状,第四垂直线正折线变化成重合第四垂直线正折线;角平分线指示线上的对边交点至盒底三角顶点部分为短反折线;
依照盒底连线正折线、第一垂直线正折线、短反折线折叠,相邻的两个第一垂直线正折线重合,将重合形成的折叠部分置于变形纸角大三角形所在夹层之中,使变形纸角大三角形位于盒内侧表面,形成初步盒体状;由正折线交点做垂直于变形纸角大三角形斜边的垂直线折叠线,将变形纸角大三角形分成大直角三角形和小直角三角形,小直角三角形的折叠方向朝向盒内;
依照垂直线折叠线,将小直角三角形折叠相贴,大直角三角形形成盒口直角三角形,其直角位于最高点;
依照重合第四垂直线正折线,将盒口直角三角形折叠90度,每个直角三角形的直角都置于相邻的直角三角形之下,即三个盒口直角三角形循环叠压,即成封口三角盒。
本发明的有益效果是,设计新颖,折叠规律;方法直观、操作简单;造型独特,用途广泛。

具体实施方式
采用虚线表示正面对折的正折线,即折叠时,纸的正面和正面相对折叠;实线加圈表示反面对折的反折线,即折叠时,纸的反面和反面相对折叠;实线加点表示指示线;
取等边三角形纸,做各角的角平分线指示线相交于对边中点;角平分线指示线相互相交于等边三角形纸的中心点;对边中点至中心点的1/2处为盒底三角顶点;以盒底连线正折线将盒底三角顶点两两相连,三条盒底连线正折线合围成盒底三角形;由盒底三角顶点做垂直于盒底连线正折线的第一垂直线正折线,以中心点为基准点,以角平分线指示线为基准线,盒底三角顶点逆时针方向的垂直线正折线为逆时针正折线;以上述基准点基准线为准,在等边三角形纸边逆时针方向一段的1/2处,即纸边1/4点,做垂直于所述纸边的第二垂直线正折线;由纸边1/4点向最近的相邻纸边做垂直于该相邻纸边的第三垂直线正折线,以所述第三垂直线正折线为界,纸角形成纸角小三角形;在角平分线指示线上,在等边三角形纸的顶点至盒底三角顶点的1/2处做垂直于角平分线指示线的第四垂直线正折线,以所述第四垂直线正折线为界,纸角部分形成纸角大三角形;第四垂直线正折线与逆时针正折线相交于正折线交点;如图1;
依照第三垂直线正折线,将纸角小三角形折叠相贴,纸角大三角形变化为变形纸角大三角形;再依照第二垂直线正折线将变形纸角大三角形折叠相贴,等边三角形纸即成六边形状,第四垂直线正折线变化成重合第四垂直线正折线;角平分线指示线上的对边交点至盒底三角顶点部分为短反折线;如图2;
依照盒底连线正折线、第一垂直线正折线、短反折线折叠,相邻的两个第一垂直线正折线重合,将重合形成的折叠部分置于变形纸角大三角形所在夹层之中,使变形纸角大三角形位于盒内侧表面,形成初步盒体状;由正折线交点做垂直于变形纸角大三角形斜边的垂直线折叠线,将变形纸角大三角形分成大直角三角形和小直角三角形,小直角三角形的折叠方向朝向盒内;如图3;
依照垂直线折叠线,将小直角三角形折叠相贴,大直角三角形形成盒口直角三角形,其直角位于最高点;如图4;
依照重合第四垂直线正折线,将盒口直角三角形折叠90度,每个直角三角形的直角都置于相邻的直角三角形之下,即三个盒口直角三角形循环叠压,即成封口三角盒;如图5。

Claims (1)

1.一种封口三角盒,其特征是:取等边三角形纸,做各角的角平分线指示线相交于对边中点;角平分线指示线相互相交于等边三角形纸的中心点;对边中点至中心点的1/2处为盒底三角顶点;以盒底连线正折线将盒底三角顶点两两相连,三条盒底连线正折线合围成盒底三角形;由盒底三角顶点做垂直于盒底连线正折线的第一垂直线正折线,以中心点为基准点,以角平分线指示线为基准线,盒底三角顶点逆时针方向的垂直线正折线为逆时针正折线;以上述基准点基准线为准,在等边三角形纸边逆时针方向一段的1/2处,即纸边1/4点,做垂直于所述纸边的第二垂直线正折线;由纸边1/4点向最近的相邻纸边做垂直于该相邻纸边的第三垂直线正折线,以所述第三垂直线正折线为界,纸角形成纸角小三角形;在角平分线指示线上,在等边三角形纸的顶点至盒底三角顶点的1/2处做垂直于角平分线指示线的第四垂直线正折线,以所述第四垂直线正折线为界,纸角部分形成纸角大三角形;第四垂直线正折线与逆时针正折线相交于正折线交点;
依照第三垂直线正折线,将纸角小三角形折叠相贴,纸角大三角形变化为变形纸角大三角形;再依照第二垂直线正折线将变形纸角大三角形折叠相贴,等边三角形纸即成六边形状,第四垂直线正折线变化成重合第四垂直线正折线;角平分线指示线上的对边交点至盒底三角顶点部分为短反折线;
依照盒底连线正折线、第一垂直线正折线、短反折线折叠,相邻的两个第一垂直线正折线重合,将重合形成的折叠部分置于变形纸角大三角形所在夹层之中,使变形纸角大三角形位于盒内侧表面,形成初步盒体状;由正折线交点做垂直于变形纸角大三角形斜边的垂直线折叠线,将变形纸角大三角形分成大直角三角形和小直角三角形,小直角三角形的折叠方向朝向盒内;
依照垂直线折叠线,将小直角三角形折叠相贴,大直角三角形形成盒口直角三角形,其直角位于最高点;
依照重合第四垂直线正折线,将盒口直角三角形折叠90度,每个直角三角形的直角都置于相邻的直角三角形之下,即三个盒口直角三角形循环叠压,即成封口三角盒。
