本发明一种防甩料机构,涉及包装机械技术领域,由转向台(1)、料道座(7)、挂脚(2)、折臂(4)、转子(3)、挡料片(6)、弹簧(5)和凸块(9)组成,转向台(1)安装在机架上,料道座(7)设有料道(8),并在料道(8)部位开有挡料片槽,料道座(7)固定在转向台(1)上,挂脚(2)固定在料道座(7)下部,一端安装有转子(3),另一端与挡料片(6)一端铰接,中部与挂脚(2)铰接,挡料片(6)另一端穿出料道(8)挡料片槽,弹簧(5)安装在折臂(4)与挂脚(2)或料道座(7)之间,凸块(9)固定在机架上。本发明,设计合理,结构简单,机构配合协调,确保物料不出现甩离,作用可靠。

本发明涉及包装机械技术领域,尤其涉及防甩料机构。
背景技术
在生产中,用于物料包装的输送机、整理机等包装机械设备,在物料传输过程中,往往经转向台来切换物料传输方向及路径,转向台转向旋转产生的离心力,容易将料道中的物料甩离。现有技术防止上述物料甩离的装置,结构较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述包装机械设备生产中存在的问题,提供一种防甩料机构,设有包括凸块结构的防甩料机构。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防甩料机构,由转向台、料道座、挂脚、折臂、转子、挡料片、弹簧和凸块组成,其特征在于:所述转向台安装在机架上,所述料道座设有料道,并在料道部位开有挡料片槽,所述料道座固定在转向台上,所述挂脚固定在料道座下部,所述折臂呈L形,一端安装有转子,另一端与挡料片一端铰接,中部与挂脚铰接,所述挡料片另一端穿出料道挡料片槽,所述弹簧安装在折臂与挂脚或料道座之间,所述凸块固定在机架上。
本发明一种防甩料机构,设计合理,结构简单,机构配合协调,确保物料不出现甩离,作用可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种防甩料机构,包括转向台1、料道座7、挂脚2、折臂4、转子3、挡料片6、弹簧5和凸块9。所述转向台1安装在机架(轴承)上,所述料道座7设有料道8,并在料道8部位开有贯通的挡料片槽,所述料道座7固定在转向台1上,所述挂脚2固定在料道座7下部,所述折臂4呈L形,一端安装有转子3,另一端与挡料片8一端铰接,所述折臂4中部与挂脚2铰接,所述挡料片6另一端穿出料道8挡料片槽,所述弹簧5安装连接在折臂4与挂脚2或料道座7之间,所述凸块9固定在机架上。
本发明防甩料机构工作时,转向台1根据工艺需要转向切换料道8。受弹簧5的作用,挡料片6在料道8中伸出,当转向台1旋转切换料道8时,挡料片6阻挡住物料10,确保物料10不被甩出。当转向台1切换料道8到位,恰好凸块9抵顶转子3,折臂4带动挡料片6下落,使物料10不被挡料片6阻挡,以便推手能将物料10沿料道8顺利推出。
除以上所述外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,在此不一一赘述。但凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均属于本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种防甩料机构,由转向台(1)、料道座(7)、挂脚(2)、折臂(4)、转子(3)、挡料片(6)、弹簧(5)和凸块(9)组成,其特征在于:所述转向台(1)安装在机架上,所述料道座(7)设有料道(8),并在料道(8)部位开有挡料片槽,所述料道座(7)固定在转向台(1)上,所述挂脚(2)固定在料道座(7)下部,所述折臂(4)呈L形,一端安装有转子(3),另一端与挡料片(6)一端铰接,中部与挂脚(2)铰接,所述挡料片(6)另一端穿出料道(8)挡料片槽,所述弹簧(5)安装在折臂(4)与挂脚(2)或料道座(7)之间,所述凸块(9)固定在机架上。
