Abstract

本发明提供一种自调整进刀式切削装置,它包括传动轴、刀头装夹块、铣刀头;所述铣刀头设计有倾斜的刀刃,所述刀头装夹块相对所述传动轴上下可滑动装配,刀头装夹块的上部平面均布有磁力线方向竖直的下磁块;所述刀头装夹块的上部设计有固定安装在所述传动轴上的固定块,所述固定块为圆盘形状,所述固定块下部装配有与所述下磁块位置对应的上磁块,所述上磁块与下磁块同性磁极相对。使用该装置的机床在切削时,刀头会被向上顶起,随着每个铣刀头对金属的切削,会使得铣刀头到达刚开始的接触位置,这个切削过程会自动逐步调整完成,使得整个的切削过程更加的均匀,切削效果更好。

本发明属于金属加工设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种自调整进刀式切削装置。
背景技术
在对金属进行加工时通常使用各种车床来完成,根据各种不同的加工类型可以分为车、铣、刨、镗等等,其中铣加工通过铣刀刀头来完成,铣加工是一种切削加工,通常铣刀旋转运动为主运动,工件或者铣刀的移动为进给运动。一个铣刀装夹头的下部常会设置多个的铣刀刀头,使得铣刀刀头的下部具有较大的切削面。相比刨加工效率更高。同时铣加工的精度更高。因为刀头在对金属进行切削时具有较大的前进阻力,因此传统的铣加工每次切削的厚度都有较为严格的限制,如果一次切削过厚会造成刀头的崩坏。同时为了保证金属表面的粗糙度,需要使用刀头在金属表面逐步进刀,同时多次的往复切削才可以。这样影响了加工的效率,而且由于各种金属性能参数各不相同,人们很难把握每次的进刀量。同时在进行金属切削加工时对于刀头部分的降温至关重要,传统的降温液管路,排布刀头的外部,容易造成降温液的迸散。
发明内容
对于上述的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种通过磁性力,使得铣刀头可以自动的弹性进给,进刀操作更加的方便,切削效率更高,同时金属表面的一次切削精度更高的自调整进刀式切削装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该自调整进刀式切削装置包括传动轴、刀头装夹块、铣刀头;所述传动轴竖直装配,所述刀头装夹块固定连接在所述传动轴下部,所述铣刀头周向均布在所述刀头装夹块下部;所述铣刀头设计有倾斜的刀刃,所述刀头装夹块相对所述传动轴上下可滑动装配,刀头装夹块的上部平面均布有磁力线方向竖直的下磁块;所述刀头装夹块的上部设计有固定安装在所述传动轴上的固定块,所述固定块为圆盘形状,所述固定块下部装配有与所述下磁块位置对应的上磁块,所述上磁块与下磁块同性磁极相对。
作为优选,所述刀头装夹块为圆柱形状,刀头装夹块中间加工有上下贯穿的通孔,所述传动轴从所述通孔穿过,所述通孔内设计有上下贯穿的键槽,所述传动轴下部装有竖直向的传动键,所述传动轴的下部设计有对所述刀头装夹块限位的限位块。
作为优选,所述传动轴上设计有台阶,所述固定块装配在所述台阶上。
作为优选,所述传动轴中间沿轴线方向加工有进液孔,所述传动轴下部装配有分配盘,所述分配盘下表面均布有与所述进液孔接通的分液孔,所述分液孔倾斜向下。
本发明的有益效果在于:该自调整进刀式切削装置主要使用在进行铣加工的车床上,所述传动轴与车床的传动结构相连。该装置中上磁块与下磁块之间由于是同性磁极相斥,所述固定块会对所述刀头装夹块施加向下的斥力;该装置在进行切削加工时,铣刀头刚与金属相接处时,铣刀头受到较大倾斜向上的阻力,刀头装夹块会被向上顶起,随着每个铣刀头对金属的切削,会使得铣刀头到达刚开始的接触位置,这个切削过程会自动逐步调整完成,使得整个的切削过程更加的均匀,切削效果更好。

如图1中实施例所示,本自调整进刀式切削装置主要使用在铣床结构中,它包括传动轴1、刀头装夹块2、铣刀头3;所述传动轴1竖直装配,所述刀头装夹块2固定连接在所述传动轴1下部,所述铣刀头3周向均布在所述刀头装夹块2下部;所述铣刀头3设计有倾斜的刀刃,所述刀头装夹块2相对所述传动轴1上下可滑动装配,刀头装夹块2的上部平面均布有磁力线方向竖直的下磁块21;所述刀头装夹块2的上部设计有固定安装在所述传动轴1上的固定块4,所述固定块4为圆盘形状,所述固定块4下部装配有与所述下磁块21位置对应的上磁块41,所述上磁块41与下磁块21同性磁极相对。
具体来说,所述刀头装夹块2为圆柱形状,刀头装夹块2中间加工有上下贯穿的通孔,所述传动轴1从所述通孔穿过,所述通孔内设计有上下贯穿的键槽,所述传动轴1下部装有竖直向的传动键,所述传动轴1的下部设计有对所述刀头装夹块限位的限位块5。该传动结构简单易于实施,所述传动键可以保证所述传动轴1对所述刀头装夹块2的旋转传动,同时不影响刀头装夹块2的上下滑动。
该自调整进刀式切削装置主要使用在进行铣加工的车床上,所述传动轴与车床的传动结构相连。该装置中上磁块41与下磁块21之间由于是同性磁极相斥,所述固定块4会对所述刀头装夹块2施加向下的斥力;该装置在进行切削加工时,铣刀头3刚与金属相接处时,铣刀头受到较大倾斜向上的阻力,刀头装夹块2会被向上顶起,随着每个铣刀头3对金属的切削,会使得铣刀头3到达刚开始的接触位置,这个切削过程会自动逐步调整完成,使得整个的切削过程更加的均匀,切削效果更好。相比传统铣削加工,该装置对刀头的进刀量会自动调整适应,逐步的削平金属表面,保证刀头每刀的切削量都不大,使得刀具的切削效率最高。
如图1所示,所述传动轴1上设计有台阶11,所述固定块4装配在所述台阶11上。所述台阶11可以对所述固定块4进行限位,保证所述固定块4与所述刀头装夹块2之间的间隙,使得所述刀头装夹块2向上滑动时有足够的余量。
如图1所示,所述传动轴1中间沿轴线方向加工有进液孔12,所述传动轴1下部装配有分配盘6,所述分配盘6下表面均布有与所述进液孔12接通的分液孔61,所述分液孔61倾斜向下。所述进液孔12与机床的降温液管路相连,使得机床内的降温液可以通过所述进液孔12流入分液孔61,当分液孔61被带动旋转时,降温液会被甩到铣刀头3的切削位置,对切削后的零件以及刀头降温。这种降温方式不需要在设备的外部进行放置管路,更加方便。

1.一种自调整进刀式切削装置,它包括传动轴(1)、刀头装夹块(2)、铣刀头(3);所述传动轴(1)竖直装配,所述刀头装夹块(2)固定连接在所述传动轴(1)下部,所述铣刀头(3)周向均布在所述刀头装夹块(2)下部;其特征在于:所述铣刀头(3)设计有倾斜的刀刃,所述刀头装夹块(2)相对所述传动轴(1)上下可滑动装配,刀头装夹块(2)的上部平面均布有磁力线方向竖直的下磁块(21);所述刀头装夹块(2)的上部设计有固定安装在所述传动轴(1)上的固定块(4),所述固定块(4)为圆盘形状,所述固定块(4)下部装配有与所述下磁块(21)位置对应的上磁块(41),所述上磁块(41)与下磁块(21)同性磁极相对;
所述刀头装夹块(2)为圆柱形状,刀头装夹块(2)中间加工有上下贯穿的通孔,所述传动轴(1)从所述通孔穿过,所述通孔内设计有上下贯穿的键槽,所述传动轴(1)下部装有竖直向的传动键,所述传动轴(1)的下部设计有对所述刀头装夹块限位的限位块(5);所述传动轴(1)上设计有台阶(11),所述固定块(4)装配在所述台阶(11)上;
