本发明涉及一种玄武岩纤维防火毯。
背景技术
玄武岩纤维是一种新型的高性能纤维材料,玄武岩纤维具有突出的力学性能、耐高温性、耐酸碱性、耐湿热老化,此外还有绝缘性好、绝热隔音性能优异、透波性能良好等优点;尤其是它的耐高温性,可在-269℃~650℃范围内连续工作。玄武岩纤维及其织物作为耐高温材料,在阻热或隔热的场所中的应用越来越多,可以用于制作防火服、隔火帘、防火毯、防火包等,还有火药库及其它耐震、耐热的安全设备。
公开号为CN 202844424U的中国专利公开了一种环保型玄武纤维防火毯,该玄武岩纤维防火毯由防火布、握手环、中间隔热层组成,防火布面层设置在上下表面,防火毯一端的五分之一处设置握手环,上下表面之间为中间隔热层。防火布平面结构为矩形或正方形;防火布为无毒环保手感舒适的玄武岩纤维纺织布;中间隔热层为玄武岩纤维机织布或无纺布。防火毯由上下两面由优质玄武岩纤维纺织布组成,材质柔软无毒、手感舒适,中间加入玄武岩纤维纺织布或无纺布作为隔热层,这样有利于更好地阻隔空气增强防火性能,加强保温、绝热功能,平面结构为矩形或正方形,断面为多层结构。防火毯最后加工工序以缝纫为主,缝纫采用玄武岩纤维高温缝纫线,中间部份各层之间用玄武岩纤维缝纫线或绳间断缝纫或扣接。
上述专利在一定程度上起到了防火作用,但是并不能直接用于灭火。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种玄武岩纤维防火毯,可以直接盖上灭火,质轻效果好,可用于替代消防用沙包,替代重工业、大型机器设备制造过程中铸铁出炉时的冷切用毯,大型切割、大范围电焊时的防火隔热。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:玄武岩纤维防火毯,包括由短切针刺毡做成的套体,所述套体内填充有玄武岩纤维长丝,所述套体的上下两层之间使用玄武岩纤维缝纫线双层缝合,所述短切针刺毡包括上层、下层以及设在上层、下层之间的中间层,上层和下层仅为为针刺层,中间层为玄武岩双向布。
短切针刺毡为玄武岩纤维材质,短切针刺毡的中间层加玄武岩双向布后增加了原短切针刺毡的左右拉扯强度,增加了稳定性,玄武岩防火毯即采用了上述玄武岩毡做成套体,套体内填充玄武岩纤维长丝,然后通过使用玄武岩纤维缝纫线双层缝合,增加了防火毯的稳定性和牢度,由于填充玄武岩纤维长丝,既降低了玄武岩纤维防火毯的成本。

本发明采用上述技术方案以后,防火毯为上下表面为短切针刺毡,中间加玄武岩双向布即三明治形式,中间加玄武岩双向布后增加了原短切针刺毡的左右拉扯强度,增加了稳定性,玄武岩防火毯即采用了上述玄武岩毡通过使用玄武岩纤维缝纫线双层缝合,增加了防火毯的稳定性和牢度,中间填充玄武岩纤维长丝,既降低了玄武岩纤维防火毯的成本,又增加了隔热效果,可重复使用,主要用途为替代消防用沙包,质轻效果好,替代重工业、大型机器设备制造过程中铸铁出炉时的冷切用毯,大型切割、大范围电焊时的防火隔热。
