Abstract
本发明公开了一种胶囊充填机二次入模装置，该装置包括装置支架（1）、连接胶囊充填部位支架（2）、可调节套筒（6）、橡胶垫（5）、和固定面板（4），可调节套筒（6）焊接于胶囊充填部位支架（2）上，装置支架（1）底部固定固定面板（4），固定面板（4）下设置橡胶垫（5）。通过本发明装置可以显著提高空心胶囊的利用率和胶囊产品质量。

技术领域
本发明属于机械设备领域。具体涉及一种胶囊充填机胶囊二次入模装置。
背景技术
在药品和保健品企业实际生产中，一般物料在胶囊充填机上都能正常生产，但是含多糖类、浸膏类等粘性物料在填充时往往会粘胶囊机充填模块，导致空心胶囊在落到充填模块孔中，经过分离后不能完全落到充填模块孔中，生产时不但出现空心胶囊的损耗（一般损耗20%-30%，严重的会达到70%-80%），对内容物也会有严重的损耗，对收得率都有严重的影响，更加影响胶囊产品的质量。
发明内容
发明人根据充填机充填部位的原理提供了一种在胶囊充填时使胶囊二次入模装置，通过本发明装置将没有完全入到充填模块中的胶囊压到充填模块孔中，从而避免了胶囊一次入模不到位而产生损耗。
本发明的目的在于提供一种胶囊充填机二次入模装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种胶囊充填机二次入模装置，包括装置支架、连接胶囊充填部位支架、可调节套筒、橡胶垫和固定面板，可调节套筒焊接于连接胶囊充填部位支架上，装置支架底部固定固定面板，固定面板下设置橡胶垫。
可调节套筒通过定位螺丝进行二次入模装置与胶囊机充填模块的定位。
所述的固定面板为不锈钢面板，橡胶垫可粘结于固定面板上。
橡胶垫采用天然橡胶垫，厚度0.3-0.5厘米，优选橡胶垫厚度0.3厘米。由于本发明针对的是明胶胶囊、植物胶囊或海藻胶囊，其性质偏软和脆，天然橡胶垫弹性适中且可在温度范围-57℃～93℃内使用，采用该特定材料及厚度的橡胶垫一方面能准确将胶囊壳准确二次入模，另一方面避免了胶囊壳破损。
所述的连接胶囊充填部位支架用于连接胶囊灌装机充填部位，可调节套筒套在装置支架上，通过定位螺丝进行二次入模装置与胶囊机充填模块的定位，装置支架固定在固定面板上，通过胶囊充填机的运转带动本装置进行二次入模，从而使没有入到充填模块中的胶囊二次入到充填模块中。通过本发明装置可以提高空心胶囊的利用率和胶囊产品质量。
与现有技术相比较本发明的有益效果：本发明能显著提高含多糖类、浸膏类等粘性物质较高的物料的胶囊填充率，进一步提高空心胶囊的利用率，使得胶囊粘模具的次数减少95%，胶囊利用率达到95%以上，降低物料的损耗，节约了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种胶囊充填机二次入模装置，该装置包括装置支架1、连接胶囊充填部位支架2、可调节套筒6、橡胶垫5和固定面板4，可调节套筒6焊接于连接胶囊充填部位支架2上，装置支架1底部固定固定面板4，固定面板4下粘结橡胶垫5，橡胶垫厚度0.3-0.5厘米。采用天然橡胶。可调节套筒6通过定位螺丝3进行装置与充填模块的定位。固定面板4为不锈钢面板。所述的连接胶囊充填部位支架2连接胶囊灌装机充填部位。
在使用时：先通过定位螺丝和可调节套筒把装置调节到充填模块上方22厘米处，胶囊充填机充填部位带动连接胶囊充填部位支架，从而带动固定面板进行二次入模，从而达到胶囊在分离后二次入模的目的。

1.一种胶囊充填机二次入模装置，其特征在于该装置包括装置支架(1)、连接胶囊充填部位支架(2)、可调节套筒(6)、橡胶垫(5)、和固定面板(4)，可调节套筒(6)焊接于连接胶囊充填部位支架(2)上，可调节套筒(6)通过定位螺丝(3)进行二次入模装置与胶囊机充填模块的定位，装置支架(1)底部固定固定面板(4)，所述的固定面板(4)为不锈钢面板，固定面板(4)下设置橡胶垫(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊充填机二次入模装置，其特征在于橡胶垫厚度0.3-0.5厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊充填机二次入模装置，其特征在于橡胶垫厚度0.3厘米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊充填机二次入模装置，其特征在于橡胶垫(5)粘结于固定面板(4)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊充填机二次入模装置，其特征在于橡胶垫(5)采用天然橡胶垫。
