本发明涉及一种吸湿排汗保温效果好面料，包括纯棉面料（1），纯棉面料的下面设有一层竹炭纤维层（2），竹炭纤维层的下面还设有吸湿排汗层（3），吸湿排汗层（3）的底部覆有一层混纺布（4），混纺布（4）的下面复合有一基层（5）。所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱和纬纱为中空的结构，在经纱和纬纱的中心沿轴线有通孔。这种吸湿排汗保温效果好面料能够将汗水吸走，并且能将汗水及时挥发。本发明纱线的中空结构保证了织物有足够的空气含量，阻止了人体的热量向外扩散，保温效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸湿排汗保温效果好面料。
背景技术
由于纯棉布具有轻松保暖，柔和贴身的特点，因此多用来制作时装、休闲装、内衣和衬衫。但伴随着人们在户外活动时间的增加，人们很容易出现汗流浃背情况。当人的出汗量稍大时，面料会粘贴在皮肤上从而产生不适感，同时，水分发散速度也较慢，从而给人体造成一种冷湿感。
另外，传统服装所采用的织物保温效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能够将汗水吸走，并且能将汗水及时挥发的吸湿排汗保温效果好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明吸湿排汗保温效果好面料，包括纯棉面料，所述纯棉面料的下面设有一层竹炭纤维层，所述竹炭纤维层的下面还设有吸湿排汗层，该吸湿排汗层为涤纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维为皮层，聚酰胺纤维为芯层，所述聚酰胺纤维的聚酰胺纤维截面呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽，所述吸湿排汗层的底部覆有一层混纺布，该混纺布由大豆纤维与纯棉纤维混纺而成，所述混纺布的下面复合有一基层，所述纯棉面料、竹炭纤维层、吸湿排汗层和混纺布的相邻两层之间通过胶水粘合；所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱和纬纱为中空的结构，在经纱和纬纱的中心沿轴线有通孔。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
这种吸湿排汗保温效果好面料中竹炭纤维层可以起到一定的透气作用，同时吸湿排汗层为涤纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维为皮层，聚酰胺纤维为芯层，所述聚酰胺纤维的聚酰胺纤维截面呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽可以吸湿并排汗。
纱线的中空结构保证了织物有足够的空气含量，阻止了人体的热量向外扩散，保温效果好。

参见图1至图3，本发明涉及一种吸湿排汗保温效果好面料，它包括纯棉面料1，所述纯棉面料1的下面设有一层竹炭纤维层2，所述竹炭纤维层2的下面还设有吸湿排汗层3，该吸湿排汗层3为涤纶纤维3.1和聚酰胺纤维3.2经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维3.1为皮层，聚酰胺纤维3.2为芯层，该聚酰胺纤维3.2具有亲水性，所述聚酰胺纤维3.2的聚酰胺纤维截面3.2.1呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽3.2.2，汗水从沟槽3.2.2中排到面料表面，从而被挥发，进而达到吸湿排汗的目的，所述吸湿排汗层3的底部覆有一层混纺布4，该混纺布4由大豆纤维与纯棉纤维混纺而成，所述混纺布4的下面复合有一基层5。所述纯棉面料1、竹炭纤维层2、吸湿排汗层3和混纺布4的相邻两层之间通过胶水粘合。
