技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸湿排汗面料。
背景技术
由于纯棉布具有轻松保暖，柔和贴身的特点，因此多用来制作时装、休闲装、内衣和衬衫。但伴随着人们在户外活动时间的增加，人们很容易出现汗流浃背情况。当人的出汗量稍大时，面料会粘贴在皮肤上从而产生不适感，同时，水分发散速度也较慢，从而给人体造成一种冷湿感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能够将汗水吸走，并且能将汗水及时挥发的吸湿排汗面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明吸湿排汗面料，包括纯棉面料，所述纯棉面料的下面设有一层竹炭纤维层，所述竹炭纤维层的下面还设有吸湿排汗层，该吸湿排汗层为涤纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维为皮层，聚酰胺纤维为芯层，所述聚酰胺纤维的聚酰胺纤维截面呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽，所述吸湿排汗层的底部覆有一层混纺布，该混纺布由大豆纤维与纯棉纤维混纺而成，所述纯棉面料、竹炭纤维层、吸湿排汗层和混纺布的相邻两层之间通过胶水粘合。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
这种吸湿排汗面料中竹炭纤维层可以起到一定的透气作用，同时吸湿排汗层为涤纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维为皮层，聚酰胺纤维为芯层，所述聚酰胺纤维的聚酰胺纤维截面呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽可以吸湿并排汗。

参见图1至图3，本发明涉及一种吸湿排汗面料，它包括纯棉面料1，所述纯棉面料1的下面设有一层竹炭纤维层2，所述竹炭纤维层2的下面还设有吸湿排汗层3，该吸湿排汗层3为涤纶纤维3.1和聚酰胺纤维3.2经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维3.1为皮层，聚酰胺纤维3.2为芯层，该聚酰胺纤维3.2具有亲水性，所述聚酰胺纤维3.2的聚酰胺纤维截面3.2.1呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽3.2.2，汗水从沟槽3.2.2中排到面料表面，从而被挥发，进而达到吸湿排汗的目的，所述吸湿排汗层3的底部覆有一层混纺布4，该混纺布4由大豆纤维与纯棉纤维混纺而成，所述纯棉面料1、竹炭纤维层2、吸湿排汗层3和混纺布4的相邻两层之间通过胶水粘合。
