本发明提供一种激光背光灯组件,其包括LED灯条及位于所述LED灯条一侧的激光灯条,所述激光灯条的激光源为绿光激光二极管;所述LED灯条的LED灯包括基座、装于基座内的热沉、固定于所述热沉的蓝光灯芯以及灯壳,所述基座的内填满含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体,所述胶体包覆所述蓝光灯芯,所述灯壳罩于所述基座上并将所述胶体收容所述激光灯条的光源与所述LED灯条同时点亮作为背光灯。本发明还提供一种背光模组及显示装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,特别涉及一种激光背光灯组件、背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,液晶显示装置备的厚度尺寸也越来越小。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件。
现有技术中的随着液晶电视向大尺寸,高色饱方向发展,为了使显示器实现更好的彩色饱,让人们有丰富的视觉感受,近年来激光源作为一种背光光源被引入到液晶显示器的背光中。而目前的激光背光源中,主要是蓝光芯片+绿光荧光粉LED(即B+G粉LED)。该方式背光搭配普通液晶显示屏,其色域通常小于100%NTSC色域。为了达到更高的绚丽的颜色表现,实现更高的颜色覆盖面积,有人尝试用RGB三色激光来实现高色饱,但RGB三色激光背光成本高,颜色不易控制,容易出现色偏。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种激光背光灯组件。
本发明还有必要提供一种背光模组及显示装置。
本发明提供一种激光背光灯组件,其包括LED灯条及位于所述LED灯条一侧的激光灯条,所述激光灯条的激光源为绿光激光二极管;所述LED灯条的LED灯包括基座、装于基座内的的热沉、固定于所述热沉的蓝光灯芯以及灯壳,所述基座的内填满含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体,所述胶体包覆所述蓝光灯芯,所述灯壳罩于所述基座上并将所述胶体收容所述激光灯条的光源与所述LED灯条同时点亮作为背光灯。
其中,蓝光灯芯的蓝光峰值波长为440-465nm,半波峰宽15-25nm;所述含有氟化物红光荧光粉可形成的的红光的主峰峰值波长625-635nm,半波峰宽3-6nm。
其中,所述绿光激光的绿光波长515-535nm,半波峰宽2-6nm。
其中,其中氟化物红光荧光粉可以是:K2TiF6:Mn4+、K2SiF6:Mn4+、K2SnF6:Mn4+、K2GeF6:Mn4+、K2ZrF6:Mn4+、K2G d F5:Eu3+中的一种。
本发明还提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、收容于所述胶框内的导光板及激光背光灯组件,所述激光背光灯组件包括LED灯条及位于所述LED灯条一侧的激光灯条,所述激光灯条的激光源为绿光激光二极管;所述LED灯条的LED灯包括基座、装于基座内的的热沉、固定于所述热沉的蓝光灯芯以及灯壳,所述基座的内填满含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体,所述胶体包覆所述蓝光灯芯,所述灯壳罩于所述基座上并将所述胶体收容,所述激光灯条14的光源与所述LED灯条13同时点亮作为背光灯,所述LED灯条与激光灯条位于所述导光板两个相邻的侧边。
其中,,所述导光板包括第一入光面及与第一入光面相邻连接的第二入光面,所述激光灯条的光源与第一入光面相对设置,所述LED灯条的光源与所述第二入光面相对设置。

本发明的背光模组的LED灯131通过采用有转化效率较高的蓝色+氟化物荧光粉LED实现,有更高的转化效率和能实现更高的彩色饱和度,再与绿色激光光源同时使用时,仅采用一种颜色的激光,不仅NTSC色域接近于RGB三色激光,且具有更高的能量转化效率,节约了背光功耗,节省了电能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明较佳实施例提供一种激光背光灯组件及背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框10、导光板12及激光背光灯组件,所述导光板12及激光背光灯组件收容于所述胶框10内。
请参阅图3,所述激光背光灯组件包括LED灯条13及位于所述LED灯条13一侧的激光灯条14,所述激光灯条14的激光源141为绿光激光二极管。所述LED灯条13的LED灯131包括基座133、装于基座133内的的热沉135、固定于所述热沉的蓝光灯芯136以及灯壳(图未标)。所述基座133的内填满含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体138,所述胶体138包覆所述蓝光灯芯126,所述灯壳137罩于所述基座133上并将所述胶体138收容,所述激光灯条14的光源与所述LED灯条13用于同时提供背光光源。所述LED灯条13与激光灯条14位于所述导光板12两个相邻的侧边。
本实施例中,所述激光灯条14还包括铝基板142,数个所述激光源141装于所述铝基板142上。所述LED灯条13还包括铝基板132。数个所述LED灯131装于所述铝基板132上。所述含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体138主要通过透明硅胶将所述含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体138固定于所述基板132上。当所述激光背光灯组件为所述背光模组提供背光时,所述LED灯条13与激光灯条14同时点亮,LED灯条13的光源与所述激光灯条14的光源同时进入所述导光板12,由于所述氟化物红光荧光粉的转化效率高,半波宽(FWHM)小,背光模组的背光的NTSC色域仅比RGB三色激光背光仅低5.5%,使LED灯具有更高的转化效率和能实现更高的彩色饱和度。
进一步的,所述蓝光灯芯136的蓝光峰值波长为440-465nm,半波峰宽15-25nm;所述含有氟化物红光荧光粉可形成的的红光的主峰峰值波长625-635nm,半波峰宽3-6nm。所述绿光激光源141的绿光波长515-535nm,半波峰宽2-6nm。
进一步的,所述氟化物红光荧光粉可以是:K2TiF6:Mn4+、K2SiF6:Mn4+、K2SnF6:Mn4+、K2GeF6:Mn4+、K2ZrF6:Mn4+、K2G d F5:Eu3+中的一种。
本实施例中,所述导光板12包括第一入光面121及与第一入光面121相邻的第二入光面122,所述LED灯条13的LED灯131与第一入光面121相对设置,所述激光灯条14的激光源141与所述第二入光面122相对设置。实施例中,所述导光板12的第一入光面121的长度小于所述第二入光面122的长度。在其他实施例中,所述导光板12的第一入光面121的长度大于所述第二入光面122的长度。
进一步的,所述导光板12内设有与所述激光光源对应的网点;所述导光板内设有与LED光源的光线相对应的网点;所述与LED光源相对应的网点与所述激光光源对应的网点位于导光板内两个平行的平行面上。本实施例中利用一块导光板进行导光,减小了所述背光模组的整体厚度。
所述导光板12为矩形板体,其还包括两个相邻连接的非入光面123,所述导光板受热膨胀方向为所述非入光面123的朝向。本实施例中,所述第一入光面121、第二入光面122与所述两个非入光面123为所述导光板的四个相互连接的侧面。当所述LED灯131与所述激光源141照射所述导光板后,导光板12受热产生形变,本实施例中所述导光板12的热变相方向是远离所述LED灯131与所述激光源141,如此便保证了所述LED灯131与第一入光面121的距离,同时保证了激光源141与所述第二入光面122的距离,进而保证发光源的耦光距离,提高光效率。
请参阅图4,在本发明另一个实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是:所述导光板12包括第一层124及第二层125,所述第一层124与所述第二层125平形相对设置,所述激光灯条14的光源与所述第一层124的入光面相对设置,所述LED灯条13的光源与所述第二层125的入光面相对设置;或者所述激光灯条14的光源与所述第二层125的入光面相对设置,所述LED灯条13的光源与所述第一层124的入光面相对设置;
本发明的背光模组的LED灯131通过采用有转化效率较高的蓝色+氟化物荧光粉LED实现,再与绿色激光光源同时使用时,仅采用一种颜色的激光,不仅NTSC色域接近于RGB三色激光,且具有更高的能量转化效率,节约了背光功耗,节省了电能。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括显示面板及所述的背光模组。所述显示面板装于所述背光模组上。所述显示装置具有较薄的背光模组。

1.一种激光背光灯组件,其特征在于:所述激光背光灯组件包括LED灯条及位于所述LED灯条一侧的激光灯条,所述激光灯条的激光源为绿光激光二极管;所述LED灯条的LED灯包括基座、装于基座内的的热沉、固定于所述热沉的蓝光灯芯以及灯壳,所述基座的内填满含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体,所述胶体包覆所述蓝光灯芯,所述灯壳罩于所述基座上并将所述胶体收容,所述激光灯条的光源与所述LED灯条同时点亮作为背光灯。
2.如权利要求1所述的激光背光灯组件,其特征在于,蓝光灯芯的蓝光峰值波长为440-465nm,半波峰宽15-25nm;所述含有氟化物红光荧光粉可形成的的红光的主峰峰值波长625-635nm,半波峰宽3-6nm。
3.如权利要求2所述的激光背光灯组件,其特征在于,所述绿光激光的绿光波长515-535nm,半波峰宽2-6nm。
4.如权利要求2所述的激光背光灯组件,其特征在于,其中氟化物红光荧光粉可以是:K2TiF6:Mn4+、K2SiF6:Mn4+、K2SnF6:Mn4+、K2GeF6:Mn4+、K2ZrF6:Mn4+、K2G d F5:Eu3+中的一种。
5.一种背光模组,其特征在于:所述背光模组包括胶框、收容于所述胶框内的导光板及激光背光灯组件,
所述激光背光灯组件包括LED灯条及位于所述LED灯条一侧的激光灯条,所述激光灯条的激光源为绿光激光二极管;所述LED灯条的LED灯包括基座、装于基座内的的热沉、固定于所述热沉的蓝光灯芯以及灯壳,所述基座的内填满含有氟化物红光荧光粉的胶体,所述胶体包覆所述蓝光灯芯,所述灯壳罩于所述基座上并将所述胶体收容,所述激光灯条14的光源与所述LED灯条13同时点亮作为背光灯;所述LED灯条与激光灯条位于所述导光板两个相邻的侧边。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板包括第一入光面及与第一入光面相邻连接的第二入光面,所述激光灯条的光源与第一入光面相对设置,所述LED灯条的光源与所述第二入光面相对设置。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板内设有与所述激光光源对应的网点;所述导光板内设有与LED光源的光线相对应的网点;所述与LED光源相对应的网点与所述激光光源对应的网点位于导光板内两个平行的平行面上。
8.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板包括第一层及第二层,所述第一层与所述第二层平形相对设置,所述激光灯条的光源与所述第一层的入光面相对设置,所述LED灯条的光源与所述第二层的入光面相对设置;或者所述激光灯条的光源与所述第二层的入光面相对设置,所述LED灯条的光源与所述第一层的入光面相对设置;所述第一层的入光面与所述第二层的入光面为两个相邻设置的表面。
9.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板为矩形板体,其还包括两个相邻的非入光面,所述导光板受热膨胀方向为所述非入光面的朝向。
10.一种显示装置,包括显示面板及如权利要求5-9任一项所述的背光模组。
